The two of them continued escorting the box toward the mountaintop.
The Medical Alliance doesn’t make a move lightly, but when they do, it’s to the death.
An ambush had already been set up on the path ahead.
The two were intercepted again.
Li Chenlin’s tail thrashed wildly as they both unleashed their spiritual power, starting another bloody battle.

Yelias shrugged and paid him no more mind, placing Bai Xue on the operating table next to Bai Su.
Lu Tingyan: "Finish the surgery, even if the sky is falling."
Without looking up from sterilizing his equipment, Yelias said, "Don’t worry. I’ll die before I let her die."
Bai Xue was strapped to the operating table. The cold light glared down on her face, making her already poor complexion look like that of a corpse that had been dead for days.
Yelias woke her up.
Bai Xue’s eyes were open for a long while before she came to her senses. When she saw Bai Su beside her, her pupils contracted sharply.
"What’s going on..."
She stared at her surroundings in terror.
’A hospital?’
’An operating table?’
Yelias’s gentle voice sounded beside her. "Don’t you know? Your uterus is about to be returned to her."
Though his tone was gentle, it was inexplicably hair-raising.
Yelias smiled. "Don’t worry, it won’t hurt. My medical skills are quite good."
"But once her uterus is returned to her, there might be nothing left in your belly."
"From now on, you’ll never be able to have children again."
Bai Xue was so scared she burst into tears, shaking her head frantically. "No! Please don’t, Doctor!"
She began to struggle violently. "Doctor, I know I was wrong! Please don’t do this surgery for her, okay?"

She watched, wide-eyed, as the tip of Yelias’s needle entered her arm.
She was fully conscious, but her body wouldn’t obey her. She couldn’t move anything below her neck!
Yelias: "Don’t be afraid. My scalpel is very sharp. The incision on your abdomen will be very clean."
Bai Xue was a mess of tears and snot. Seeing that weakness was useless, she completely fell apart and shrieked, "Don’t you touch me!"
"Do you know who I am? I’m a young lady of the Bai family!"
"I’m a female with a superpower! You can’t do this to me!"
"Which hospital are you from? If you dare touch me, I’ll have the Medical Alliance kill you! And your entire family!"
Yelias ignored her screaming and began to make the incision with concentration.
Bai Xue watched, wide-eyed, as his scalpel became stained with blood. She was so terrified she started spouting nonsense. "This is my uterus! What right do you have to give my property to someone else?"
"Bai Su is just a little bitch! Is she even worthy of touching my things?"

"Bai Su, you won’t die a good death! You bitch, you’ll definitely get what’s coming to you!"

Yelias was completely unaffected. He was doing this on purpose.
Bai Xue had bullied his "little rabbit" so much; of course, he had to get some revenge for her.
Making this idiot Bai Xue watch with her own eyes as something that never belonged to her was stripped away from her body, piece by piece—torturing her both mentally and physically—was his small punishment for her.
Inside the operating room, a strand of spider silk silently floated down onto his shoulder.
Yelias’s movements paused for a fraction of a second, his gaze instantly turning ice-cold as he looked toward the corner.
In a dark corner, a Little White Spider was silently spinning a web.
Frost spread from beneath Yelias’s feet, shooting sharp, aggressive spikes toward the Little White Spider in the corner.
The Little White Spider dropped from its web, rolled once, and reappeared standing a short distance away. The silk in its hand instantly restrained Yelias’s scalpel.
Seeing this, Bai Xue’s eyes lit up. "Are you here to save me? Sent by the Medical Alliance?"
"Mhm," the Little White Spider replied coldly, confirming her guess.
