The Rank-1 and Rank-2 of the Moon Court was winning. But the Rank-3 just lost a Fae. This shifted the favor toward the Sun Court significantly.

"We need to finish them off and help the troop!" A Rank-3 Sun Fae shouted.

If the lower ranks finished first, they would face an entire army on their own. If they could kill all their Rank-3 first, they could easily wipe the Moon Army.

’The situation here is very serious, Master.’ Aurora communicated to the black cat telepathically.

’It seems I have to speed things up over here.’

Mater controlled his Nether Beam, instead of firing in a straight line, it became a spiral that dug into the Sun Beam, breaking it apart.

"What?!" The Sun General gasped. He never saw such uncanny fly path before.

The Nether Beam deconstructed his Sun Beam and smacked onto him. His golden armor chipped away.

"Damn you!"

The Sun General was sent flying a few hundred meters before stopping himself. The black cat already teleported right in front of him with its mouth opened wide.

The thick column of Nether Beam blasted in point-blank range at the Sun General’s face, sending him straight into the ground below and dragging him for a long distance.

"Wanna taste my new spell?"

The black cat clapped his two paws together. The clouds above gathered. Lightning roared within the thick gray sky.

"Lightning Beast!" The black cat’s deep voice echoed.

A dragon made of lightning jumped out of the clouds and rushed toward the Sun General.

The Sun General just got up from being ravaged by the Nether Beam.

"How are you even this strong without reaching maximum potential?"

The Sun General spat out a mouth of blood then turned to face the Lightning Beast. His fist clenched and he closed his eyes, he called upon the power of the Sun.

The ground burned fiercely and pure yellow color of plasma flooded the General’s surroundings.

"Come forth, Sun Dial!"

A sun clock appeared beneath the General’s feet. It was made up of pure yellow plasma.

The hand of the Sun Dial ticked over. A blast of the sun plasma shot up and pushed back the Lightning Beast.

The Sun General had to use all of his power to fight back the Lightning Beast and concentrated greatly.

"Do you know what the difference between us, Fae?" The black cat’s deep voice echoed.

"I am a Warlock. A being made for War. I am War. You are just a general."

The black cat clasped his hands two more times. Lightning screamed on top of him as two other Dragons of pure White Lightning appeared.

"Fuck!" The General screamed.

The two Lightning Beasts joined the first one. The black cat snapped his fingers, self-destructed all of his Lightning Beasts at once. An explosion of lightning and thunder washed over the Wilds. The trees braced themselves and ducked down to avoid the lightning bolts spreading.

The black cat lowered down. His mouth opened wide.

’I didn’t just come here to help Tanya and Erin. I came here because I know you stupid Fae would be the fastest way for me to return to my level. Rank-3 Completion is not far. And I will soon return to Rank-4 as well.’

’Once that happens, Selina’s world shall be mine. She and me shall be its new rulers.’

Mater sucked out the Truth within the Fae and stored it within him. He then bolted back to the main battlefield.

One more Rank-3 Moon Fae was killed. The Rank-3 Sun Fae were injured, but none had died.

The Rank-3 Sun Fae froze as they saw him. His presence could only mean one thing. 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢

Their General had lost.

"Retreat!" A Sun Fae shouted.

A thick Nether Beam zigzagged from Mater and blasted through the Fae’s stomach. A large gaping hole was now in his body.

"Retre..." The light in the Fae disappeared as he free fell to the ground.

"No one is going anywhere! All of you are my nutrition!" The black cat grinned widely.

He clapped his hands three times. Three Lightning Beast climbed down from above the clouds.

A Moon Fae shouted, "The Blood Warlock has returned! Their general has died! Charge!"

The morale of the Moon Court Army exponentially rose. Desperation took over the Sun Court Army and weakened them.

Mater’s victory was within his hands. The Rank-3 Sun Fae stood no chance against him and the Rank-3 Moon Fae. They were quickly killed off one by one, adding even more Truth to Mater.

’Key of Disease... Key of Toxin... Key of Energy... You shall soon return to your rightful Master!’

The black cat swallowed all of the Sun Fae and turned them into pure energy. The small dot of black floated in the large sky and spread his front legs wide.

"I am unstoppable! I am inevitable! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

The black cat’s mad laugh spread across the land. Every Fae heard him.

The influence of the Moon Court had grown larger, allowing Telara to watch the black cat from her Moon Palace.

"Oh my gosh..." Telara bit her lips. "He’s so fluffy!"

Her thighs couldn’t help but tremble a little bit. She still remembered what happened the other day and it excited her.

The Moon Court took over the Noon Stronghold.

Mater rushed the place and robbed everything valuable inside.

His servants were too familiar with this task already and they quickly looted every single corner of the building.

’Master! I found something!’ Crow’s voice echoed.

His ability to phase through solid object made him a perfect thief and looter.

The black cat and Selina rushed toward Crow’s direction. They blasted open a wall and found a hidden room inside.

Crow was standing there, looking at a floating gold coin within a ray of sun beam.

"That is..." Selina mumbled.

"The Solar Coin." The black cat floated over and grabbed it. The Sun Beam burned him but his Chaos quickly flooded out to neutralize the power of the beam.

The Solar Coin had the symbol of the sun on one side and the face of Cristina on the other side. This Coin held the power of the Sun Court and with it, Telara could spread her influence even more.

"Tanya is about to have her own body, Crow." The black cat grinned widely.
