For the next few days, Lin Feng continued drawing the spirit gathering array along with dual cultivating with his aunts and refining pills to improve the bloodlines of the seven protector beasts and Hei Ying.

The most important thing he did every day was deepen his bond with the Eternal Dao Lotus by feeding it chaos qi.

Now that the Origin Seed of Chaos had become his dantian, the Eternal Dao Lotus felt even more attached to him. It was a good thing for what he was planning to do.

This routine continued for a few more months when finally the spirit gathering array was ready to be activated.

This completed his first step towards the cross world teleportation array. Now it was time to draw the teleportation array. It would also be very big with its nodes scattered around the whole sect, with the main array node behind the sect where it could be used for teleportation.

"Will it require spirit stones to activate?"

Xuan Xue asked as she couldn’t understand the intricacies of this array at all. She had drawn some of the nodes to help Lin Feng but it was beyond her comprehension.

"No, it will use the spiritual vein of our sect to activate once you trigger the main node before using the natural spirit qi it draws from nature to maintain itself while gathering even more spirit qi which will be used to activate teleportation array..."

Lin Feng spoke and decided to test it.

"Senior brother, let me do it..."

When Lin Feng heard Mu Yao’s eager tone, he nodded. "Alright, go ahead..."

Activation of the array didn’t require too much qi anyway, so even she would be able to do it.

Mu Yao became excited and immediately swirled her finger.

A thread of vibrant greenish yellow qi left her fingers and entered the main node in front of her.

A small faint sound originated from the main node as it glowed due to activation before one by one all the nodes of the spirit gathering array began shining with faint brilliance around the sect.

Soon the density of qi inside the array began rising rapidly, so much that in just a few breaths the spirit qi became so dense that it became visible everywhere in the sect with the naked eye.

All the disciples inside the sect got shocked, they didn’t understand what was happening as none of them knew that Lin Feng had created a spirit gathering array around the whole sect.

Some of the disciples sat in their places and began cultivating immediately, it was a heaven sent opportunity for them since this much spirit qi was even denser than the special inheritance sites they had visited before.

Cultivators and disciples who were near the Frozen Heart Sect saw a different view.

A tremendous amount of spirit qi was gathering from everywhere and the whole

Frozen Heart sect got covered in a huge mist like cloud.

They even felt the subtle decrease in spirit qi density around them.

This effect was felt even more thoroughly by the rogue cultivators who were secretly cultivating in the forests and mountains near the Frozen Heart Sect.

It was normal for rogue cultivators to make their cave abodes somewhere near big sects because the spirit density in the area was much higher due to the presence of spiritual veins, which were one of the highest grades in the world.

"Dammit, I was just about to break through, why in the heavens is the spirit qi density decreasing..." One of the Heaven Ascension rogue cultivators got annoyed immediately.

Unlike those who cultivated Heaven Grade cultivation techniques or had special constitutions, normal cultivators had to prepare thoroughly to have a successful breakthrough.

"Alright..." Mu Yao again inserted her spirit qi into the main node and that finally stopped the gathering of spirit qi.

The dense spirit qi began spreading out and slowly things came back to normal.

"Wouldn’t it be better to keep it active, senior brother?" Mu Yao felt that she could have cultivated a hundred times faster in that spirit density.

Lin Feng shook his head," The rate at which the spirit qi density was gathering was too much for anyone to use and that would have broken the array runes."

With his strength, this was all he was capable of creating. Well, it worked fine for him so he was satisfied.

Suddenly, the seven beasts appeared above their heads. They were all alerted by the movement of spirit qi just a moment ago.

"You all came at the right time..." Xuan Lian spoke with a small smile on her lips. "Let’s go to the Southern Region, shall we..."

Now that the Eastern Region was completely under the Frozen Heart Sect’s territory and the Yin Yang Harmony Sect was totally isolated from the outside world, it was time to take over the Southern Region.
