"Sorry," he mumbled once his heightened senses had calmed down. "I soiled your hand." He was still lying on top of her, his body refusing to move.

"It’s sticky," Aselia complained, finally withdrawing her hand and showing it to him. She was shocked and embarrassed at the same time.

Xiran laughed so hard at the innocent face she made. "It is, come I will clean you up," he picked her up and carried her to the bathroom. Removing her shirt he made her stand under the shower and turned it on.

"This is the fourth time I am getting myself wet today," Aselia sighed, she was tired and cold now.

"I am sorry, I promise it’s the last. I will dry your hair and let you sleep in peace after this, just hang in there for a bit," Xiran mumbled, knowing she must be cold.

Taking the shower gel he poured it onto his hands and washed her hands and body. Her nipple was a bit swollen from where he had bitten her so he was very gentle. She shivered under his touch but didn’t complain as he washed and bathed her.

"Xiran, go change. I will do the rest," she told him seeing he needed to bathe too.

"Alright, I will be back as soon as possible," Xiran gave her one last kiss and exited the bathroom to head down.

Aselia finished as quickly as she could and dried herself. She slipped into a shirt and trousers before hitting the bed. Her eyes drooped instantly and by the time Xiran returned she had fallen asleep.

He smiled seeing her hiding under the blanket.

He slid in the blanket too and tugged her to his side and she sleepily molded into him, seeking his heat. She was so cold and he hoped she won’t fall ill. He rubbed her hands and stroked her back to warm her up.

After a few minutes, her hands became warmer and she purred in his chest, telling him she was comfortable, even in her sleep.

"Sleep, my Leia, good night," he whispered with a kiss on her forehead. Her leg was curved up on his, and Xiran loved feeling her close. He couldn’t help but gush over the feelings she had invoked in him by only her touch.

What would it feel like to seep into her womanly folds, he couldn’t help but think. Knowing very well that it would be more exquisite than he had ever imagined intimacy to be. For it won’t be feral s£x, it would be mingling of their souls. Sleep finally took him to the other realm.

He woke up to his phone ringing. Glancing at the clock he saw it was 8 am, he reached for his phone and saw the caller ID. It was Dr. Wanstine.

Aselia was still sleeping on his arm and he didn’t want to wake her up, so he picked up the call right there.

"Good morning! Señor, sorry to disturb you early in the morning. But I have your results," as always Dr. Wanstine was to the point lady. Xiran’s heart thudded loud and clear.

"Good morning! Doctor, kindly forward them to me. I can’t come in today," he tried to keep his voice steady.

"Alright, I am sending them over and after that, I will delete all the data and the results. You will have the only copy," she informed him.

"Yes, no traces of it should be left. Remember we never took the test," his voice authoritative boomed through the phone.

"Understood, have a good day Señor," Dr. Wanstine cut the call after that.

Xiran tightly clutched the phone in his hand and waited with anticipation, his other hand protectively clasped Aselia’s waist, who was still sleeping soundly, her hands on his chest, she snuggled close to him.

His phone finally pinged and with trembling hands, he opened the document Dr. Wanstine had forwarded him. He quickly read it and found his suspicions to be true. Irlana was indeed his sister, they had the same father.

This jolted him to his core and if Aselia’s hand wasn’t resting on his chest he would have sat up straight in bed. He had a sister, he had this whole new person he knew nothing about, who had been abused by the one person who was supposed to be her protector.

Pure anguish and hatred he felt for his father made him curse and his hands fisted at his sides. His thoughts went to Irlana, now there were two women in his life, whom he needed to protect at every cost.

How was he going to protect Irlana, he was sure she would never stay with him because of her mother. This made him curse again: "Damnit," he was so agitated that Aselia sensed his body had gone rigid and woke up.

"Xiran," she whispered her eyes fluttering to find his stormy ones. His face was pained, his teeth clenched and his forehead creased as if he was experiencing some agony. "What happened?"

He couldn’t form words so he just handed her his phone. She took it with a bewildered expression and rubbed her eyes so she could focus on the screen and see the results.

"Oh!" she exclaimed, not sure what to say to him.

"Leia, it’s breaking my heart to know what she has been through all her life at the hands of our father. How will I protect her?" His gaze shifted to her and she could see tears shimmering in his beautiful eyes. This broke her heart, seeing him in pain yet again because of that wretched man.

"Xiran, it’s not your fault. You didn’t know but you do now and I am sure you will do everything in your power to protect her, she is your sister and sisters are precious," Aselia palmed his face, providing him with the assurance that she was with him at every step.

"I know, doesn’t make it any less painful. My heart is breaking, I want to meet her and hold her in my arms," Xiran whispered almost choking on the emotions he felt.

"You should meet her and be there for her and I will be there for you," she caressed his face and he nodded.

He took his phone and called Rivan, it was time to meet his sister.
