Elven Encounter With A Blood Seeker
Chapter 331: She Kissed Him
She was reclining on her bed with her eyes closed and her back leaning against the headboard. A white shirt with wings in front was what she had changed into, his shirt.
He couldn’t believe that she had kept that shirt with her. Aselia’s legs were bare and toned, showing how much she had been practising and working out.
Xiran’s breath hitched seeing her and he wanted to touch her legs, showing restrained he slowly approached her so as not to startle her, just in case she was awake. He squatted on the floor near her, placing his chin right next to where her hand rested.
Her dazed turquoise eyes slowly opened and she found a mesmerising pair of grey circles intently staring at her. Aselia was too drunk to understand that a stranger was not supposed to be in her room.
She only gawked back at him and his angelic beauty, too stunned to speak. He had such gorgeous hair and it seemed silky as it shone under the night lamp.
A warm sensation enveloped her whole being, and without thinking she lifted her hand and reaching out, touched his hair. Her hand slid down to his face and Xiran instantly closed his eyes for his heart had found the long-sought peace.
"You are so peaceful to look at and your hair is soft. Which shampoo do you use?" she giggled like a 12-year-old and began playing with his hair. Xiran contently smiled at her and opened his eyes to peek at her giggling face. Mischief was written all over it.
"Leia...I missed you..." he whispered placing his hand on hers which rested on his face. Seeking and soaking her touch. The sparks erupted where he touched her and travelled in every nerve fibre of their beings.
"Why? I am here, hehe!" she said amusedly, her cheeks going red as she began to feel the heat of the drink she had.
"I know my dear," and he softly kissed her hand resting on his cheek, even in her drunk state, even with her memories gone, her heart pulled her to him. A sadness descended on her, mixed with an overflow of emotions, threatening to reduce her to tears.
"Why do I feel so sad? My heart hurts for some reason, it has been doing that for quite some time now," she confessed with wobbling lips, the smile totally disappearing from her hibiscus-coloured lips.
A piercing ache pierced his heart as her tormenting words reached his ears, the weight of their truth crashing upon him. Xiran knew he was the root of her anguish, and it shattered him into countless irreparable fragments.
"I am sorry...I hope she can forgive me although my sin is unforgivable," he whispered against her hand as she watched him with tear-filled eyes.
"Why? What did you do?" she didn’t want him to let go of her hand, it soothed her and yet an unfathomable amount of sorrow surrounded her heart, dipping her into a sea of misery.
"I hurt someone I love," his eyes bore into hers and he could see the swirling melancholy in them.
"That’s not a nice thing to do, Mr. White. You have been a bad bad boy," she scowled at him with such innocence that he couldn’t help but smile and lower his head a bit.
"You are right. I have been but I am going to fix my mistake and ask for forgiveness," he rested his head near her legs, his hair falling on them, blanketing them, it tingled her, warmed her and gave her peace.
Aselia’s hand moved like on auto and she began to comb his luscious hair with her slender fingers, spreading them all over her legs. She kept playing with his hair and he let her do as she pleased, singing funny nursery rhymes, making him laugh in the process.
"Can I tell you a secret? Shhhh, promise you won’t tell anyone?" she placed her hand in front of her mouth and let out fits of laughter.
Finally, Xiran lifted his head to watch her and she appeared to be so stoned, her speech was getting blurry now and Xiran knew she would doze off soon.
"I promise, across my heart," Xiran gestured with his hand, keeping a serious face although it was a hard task to do that with the way she was acting.
"I keep seeing this angel, I am sure people think I am crazy," she whispered in his ear, leaning closer.
"Ahh! I see. I believe you, Leia. I don’t think you are crazy."
He moved closer to her and his heart began to rhythmically drum as if making music of its own.
He could clearly hear the pounding of her heart and that scintillating aroma of her blood which coursed through her blue veins was enticing him. She tilted her head at him, still laughing as Xiran spoke in an animated voice:
"Can I hug you?"
Aselia struggled with a conflicting mix of emotions. Though her memory was hazy and she couldn’t quite recall anything, there was an undeniable attraction pulling her toward this man. She found herself longing to wrap her body around his, to bask in his warmth and feel the caress of his touch. The desire to taste his lips and be enveloped in his comforting embrace overwhelmed her reluctance.
Her hands found their way to his face and without thinking of any consequences, she brought her lips crashing down to his in a hunger that even amazed her. Not knowing he was the only man she had ever tried to kiss and had done many times.
The bliss that filled her as their lips connected made her moan against his mouth and he opened it to let her invade him.
He lovingly wrapped his arms around her shoulder, and one of his hands snaked into her golden locks, pulling her closer, leaving no space between their craving bodies, he tasted her lips achieving the pleasure only she was now capable of providing him.
