"You feel that too?" he asked.

Sylvia nodded seriously. "Yeah," she replied. "I feel a similar aura to those Riftbound beasts."

Caelus looked toward the direction of the pressure. "Let’s go see what it is."

Sylvia readily nodded at his words, and the two immediately rushed toward the source.

As Caelus and Sylvia moved through the city, they noticed countless other players heading in the exact same direction. Some leaped across rooftops.

Others sprinted through the streets. Several famous streamers were already broadcasting while running, their phones held up as they narrated the unfolding situation.

Drones flew overhead, recording everything.

News helicopters began appearing in the distance.

Ordinary civilians were being evacuated by police while players rushed toward the battlefield. Someone nearby mentioned that this was the first time such a powerful monster had appeared this close to the city.

The moment Caelus and Sylvia entered the area, a system notification appeared.

The Spatial Mark was clearly visible on the bear’s stomach, glowing with a faint purple light.

The battlefield came into view moments later.

The streets were destroyed. Several vehicles had been overturned. Buildings nearby had collapsed. Blood stained the road. Numerous players lay unconscious. Some had already died.

Medical personnel were desperately trying to rescue survivors. Nobody dared approach the bear anymore. The atmosphere was heavy.

Caelus listened to nearby conversations.

"Its Combat Score is..." one player stammered.

Caelus transformed Ruyi Jingu Bang into its double-edged spear form.

The weapon gleamed as he gripped it firmly.

Sylvia raised her hand, blood already beginning to flow as she activated Blood Generation and Sanguine Genesis.

The bear charged forward without hesitation seeing the two ready for combat.

Caelus ignited Ancient Dragon God almost instantly.

Golden Aura erupted from his body. Two straight energy horns formed above his head.

Then, the enormous manifestation of the dragon rose behind him.

Blue lightning crackled across his body.

The Lightning Attribute merged with his movements as he shot forward like a bolt of electricity.

The bear suddenly vanished seeing this.

It used Spatial Blink, its skill.

The creature reappeared directly beside Caelus, its massive claw already swinging toward his head.

Caelus twisted his body. Ruyi deflected the attack. Lightning exploded from the point of impact.

The bear was pushed back several meters almost instantaneously.

Behind Caelus, Sylvia summoned Crimson Sovereign.

The massive crimson figure manifested behind her, black-red lightning crackling across its form.

She formed blood spears and launched them toward the bear.

It swung its claws.

Those claws tore through space itself.

He realized he couldn’t take all of its skills.

And it only lasted 10 seconds, but that was enough for Caelus.

He grinned as he charged forward, sonic booms erupting in his wake.

Ancient Dragon God’s claw manifested and slammed into the bear’s side. The creature was sent tumbling across the battlefield. It crashed through a destroyed vehicle.

The bear stood back up almost instantly. Its Spatial Mark glowed desperately. It activated Spatial Claw again. The tear in space extended toward both Caelus and Sylvia.

Caelus didn’t dodge. He swung Ruyi directly into the spatial tear. Lightning exploded as the tear shattered like glass.

Sylvia launched another barrage of blood spears. Each one struck fiercely.

The bear’s fur slowly began losing its luster. Its breathing became heavy.

"They’re both insane!"

"Where did these monsters come from?!"

"They’re stronger than all those guild players from before!"

"Streamer, are you sure they aren’t in a guild?"

After several more exchanges, Chaos Erosion and the Stun effect of their Rare Muscle Armor Set had visibly weakened the Riftbound Bear. Its movements were sluggish. Its spatial abilities barely functioned.

Caelus and Sylvia exchanged a glance.

Sylvia activated Crimson Sovereign fully. The massive crimson figure grew even larger. It grabbed the bear with both hands, restraining it completely.

He thrust forward with everything he had.
