A distance away from the civilians and injured soldiers of the estate, two silhouettes were clashing at ghostly speeds while a blue flaming bird aided the person.

"Damn, brat, and to think you’re using me as a test subject," Soreil said in an angry voice as he felt Victor could have finished him sooner but was merely toying with him, which only enraged him further. He did not know whether to feel grateful or furious.

Soreil was enveloped by extremely sharp silver lights that shattered anything in their path, while Victor was surrounded by black lightning.

"Moon Descent!"

Soreil’s voice thundered across the destroyed battlefield. He leaped forward, and the silhouette of a silver moon appeared as his sword became coated in moonlight. As he descended, it felt as though the moon itself was crashing down.

The sword of Soreil released a brilliant milk-white radiance as he descended toward Victor.

Victor did not panic in the face of his Undead father’s attack, which possessed enough power to cleave a mountain in two.

Victor gripped his own sword, which crackled with faint lightning, and swung it.

"Moonlight Slash."

Victor spoke as a milky-white crescent collided with the descending sword.

Boom!

A massive explosion erupted as Soreil’s descent was halted midair, though he still struggled desperately to break through Victor’s attack. Suddenly, his expression changed when he noticed the sword light that had brushed against his arm beginning to rot the flesh.

"Damn it!" Soreil cursed as his expression darkened when he felt the poison weakening his body, and he was flung backward.

That was expected in Victor’s eyes. His slash had been boosted by lightning power, poison effects, and, not to mention, all his stats were doubled due to the Blood Berserker Bloodline, which still remained active even after his injuries had healed.

But that was not the end of it, as the Blue Flaming Phoenix chased after him, causing his expression to darken even further.

"Let’s try something else," Victor said as he watched his Undead father engage with the Blue Flaming Phoenix construct. He could feel his mana draining rapidly.

Amber and Edward, who had been completely absorbed in watching the Blue Firebird attack the Undead, were startled when they felt a wave of heat rush toward them. They instinctively snapped their heads toward the other side, and their eyes widened in shock and panic.

"Hey, hey, why is the white bird coming toward us... and it launched a beam of white flames at us!" Edward cried out in shock as he watched the white flames rush toward Amber and him.

On the other hand, Amber raised an eyebrow and was about to use her Ice Bloodline, but paused when she remembered that this had been created by her Master and that he would never harm her. So, she simply stood still to see what would happen.

Instantly, not only both Edward and Amber but all the injured soldiers were also covered by white flames, but to their surprise the soul-wrenching pain did not come and instantly they felt their bodies relax as if they were having a spa in a luxurious salon.

" My injuries, they are healing" Edward exclaimed when he saw the injuries he had sustained heal at a visible rate.

" Mine too, and some of my mana reserves I had spent have also recovered " Amber said and looked at a few of the soldiers who were weeping with joy as their severed limbs were being regenerated. 𝓯𝓻𝒆𝙚𝒘𝓮𝙗𝓷𝒐𝓿𝙚𝒍.𝙘𝓸𝙢

"Damn, " Soreil cursed as the flames that hit him clung to him like an octopus refusing to budge. He had spent a considerable amount of mana and effort to disperse the blue flames, feeling that if he let them linger they would have burned him.

"MoonLight Slash" Soreil said as he saw the firebird get cleaved in half and a smile appeared on his face, which froze the next second " Damn it"

He cursed as he saw the bird turning into flames and rejoining together to form a Phoenix again, which continued its relentless assaults.

Victor activated one skill after another and when the attacks amplified with gravity were ready to launch at Soreil, he used his new skill and blue flames wrapped around the lightning serpents. Victor could feel the terrifying power of the flames and how drastically the power of the lightning serpents had increased.

" Go" Victor said as the black serpents infused with blue flames rushed towards Soreil.

" Fuck" the undead cursed as he clenched his sword and released a small arc toward the incoming lightning serpents.

" What!!" Soreil’s pupils constricted as he saw the sword arc he had just unleashed shatter like a mirror and continue charging at him.

" Get away, quickly" Edward, who could feel the terrifying power, hurriedly shouted to the soldiers who ran further away with all their might. They wished they had an extra leg to run faster.

"NOOOOO" Soreil screamed loudly in despair and anger, seeing the black serpents just a few meters away from him and knowing he could not dodge and would die. He looked at Victor with anger one last time and then....

A huge explosion like dozens of nuclear bombs detonated near the Silvernum Territory, destroying every building nearby.

Victor sucked in a cold breath as he saw the destruction caused by the black serpents boosted by Flame Infusion and other boosts. " I need to be careful, if I use Flame Infusion along with my other skills in the Giant Axe then it would be catastrophic... at least I will have to use it far away from any nearby allies ’

Victor mumbled as he wiped the sweat from his brows. He was glad he had lured his undead parents out of the Silvernum State or else his entire territory would have been destroyed.
