Fuck!!!! I'm Having The Alpha Princess's Baby.
Chapter 298: It’s You And Only You
Two hours had passed, and the Alpha still wasn’t out.
Malo had already fallen asleep inside Princess’s car while Faye paced around the parking lot.
She let out a long breath through her nose, watching the doors of the club with an impatient frown.
Beside the hood of the car, Peamah casually scrolled through his phone, smiling suspiciously at whatever he was looking at. His eyes stayed glued to the screen, his thumb flicking upward every couple of seconds as a quiet chuckle rumbled in his throat.
"Peamah, I think you should go inside and drag that girl out. I need to go home and see my babies," Faye said. She stopped her pacing, turning her eyes toward him, her chest heaving with a deep, frustrated sigh.
Peamah paused and gave her a side-eye, waiting for her to say something else. He held the phone still in his palm, his expression totally unbothered by her sudden demand.
"No, you should just wait. I don’t want Princess thinking I’m using my Beta to control her. She might get offended, and she already happens to be angry since she threw me out of her car." Faye muttered, shaking her head as she immediately backed down from her own idea.
Peamah simply returned his attention to his phone.
His sire had been doing this for almost 30 minutes now.
Go in. Don’t go in.
He could have complained, but he kept quiet for the sake of his own peace of mind.
"You know what? Maybe I should go in myself. I don’t care how many Alphas are in there. I’m going to get mine out here." Faye gritted her teeth, her jaw setting into a hard line as she pushed herself forward.
Faye was about to take a step when she saw her Alpha coming out of the club with another Alpha, Beam, and some guy.
Faye assumed that must be the Alpha Malo had been talking about, but the way he had described their relationship made this scene look completely different.
The two Alphas were laughing as they walked out. Princess was leaning slightly against the other girl, her cheeks flushed bright red from the alcohol, her face open and relaxed in a way Faye hadn’t seen all night.
Faye crossed the parking lot to meet them. Her sneakers stomped heavily against the ground, her eyes locking straight onto her girlfriend with a fierce, burning intensity.
"My Omega," Princess called the moment she saw her girlfriend. Her eyes lit up instantly, her slurred voice carrying across the empty lot as she stumbled forward.
She threw her arms tightly around Faye’s neck, burying her face into the fabric of the oversized hoodie, her scent flaring with a warm, desperate possessiveness.
Even Faye looked surprised by the sudden embrace. Her hands hovered in the air for a fraction of a second, her heart giving a violent thud against her ribs before her instincts took over.
"My baby girl, I missed you so much. Where have you been?" Princess muttered. She squeezed tighter, her hot breath rubbing against Faye’s neck as she nuzzled her hairline.
Faye’s face turned red as she hugged her Alpha back. The familiar warmth of Princess’s body hit her all at once, making her lungs expand with a soft, shuddering breath as she buried her fingers into the back of the blazer.
Then she remembered they were still fighting and that Princess had kicked her out of the car.
She pushed against Princess’s shoulders, forcing a small gap between them, though she kept her hands resting on the girl’s waist to keep her from wobbling on her feet.
"I can’t believe you went in there and got yourself completely... wasted. Look at you. I can’t believe this is how you’ll be going home to the kids," Faye said, acting as tsundere as possible. She lifted her chin, crossing her arms again and looking away to hide the fact that her heart was melting inside her chest.
"Sooooo, this is the Omega Faye who tied you down, huh?" Asha asked, pointing at Faye. She leaned heavily against Kyle’s shoulder, a lazy, drunken smirk spreading across her face as she looked the girl up and down.
"Yes. My Omega," Princess replied proudly while still holding onto her girlfriend. She reached out and snagged Faye’s waist again, pulling her right back against her side with an unyielding grip.
"So this is the girl you chose over that beautiful goddess Kiara? I’d still say Kiara is top-notch." Asha giggled, waving her hand through the air as she spat out the name.
Faye’s eyes immediately locked onto the Alpha.
It was not a friendly stare. Her nostrils flared, her pupils slit slightly as her breathing stopped altogether.
It was the kind of stare used to calculate whether someone deserved a place on her punch list. She memorized the girl’s face, her wolf baring its teeth at the sheer disrespect of bringing up the ex-girlfriend right now. The main reason for their fight..
"My girlfriend is my most beautiful treasure, and I wouldn’t trade her for the world. I love her exactly the way she is." Princess said it clearly, her voice turning solid and protective as she glared right back at her nemesis-friend, her arm tightening around Faye like a shield.
Hearing that, Faye immediately turned her attention back to Princess and ignored Asha. The tight knot in her throat completely vanished, replaced by a warm, tingling heat that rushed straight to her cheeks.
Kyle dragged Asha toward their car. He hauled the drunk alpha by her arm, ignoring her whining as he unlocked the passenger door and shoved her inside.
As he drove off, Asha waved goodbye. Her hand flopped out of the open window, her fingers twitching wildly as the tires screeched against the concrete.
"We’ll meet again!"
"Princess, let’s go home. I need to see my kids," Faye said, taking her hand.
Princess didn’t move. She planted her self firmly on the ground, her body going heavy as she stayed glued to the spot.
Faye looked at her. She tilted her head, her eyebrows drawing together in confusion.
Princess shook her head like a stubborn child. Her lower lip pouted out slightly, her eyes dropping to the floor as she let out a low, miserable huff.
"What is it?" Faye muttered.
"I’m sorry I couldn’t find MG. He wasn’t in the club." Princess whispered, her shoulders slumping as the guilt finally broke through her drunken fog.
"Oh, he’s in the car over there," Faye said, pointing at Malo sleeping inside the vehicle.
Princess and Beam both looked toward the car. They blinked in unison, staring through the tinted glass where a thin, messy-haired boy was curled up sound asleep against the passenger seat.
"How did he..." Princess muttered. Her mouth stayed open, her brain completely struggling to put the timeline together.
"Is he alive or dead?" Beam asked. She took a step closer, her eyes narrowing as she tried to see if his chest was moving up and down behind the window.
"He’s sleeping. We shouldn’t wake him. Let him rest." Faye said, her voice dropping into a quiet, gentle tone as she remembered what the boy had been through with his family.
"How did you find him?" Beam asked. She turned her head, looking at Faye with a newfound respect that she couldn’t quite hide.
"My girlfriend is amazing. She did the impossible. I love you, baby girl," Princess said. She didn’t even wait for Faye to answer the question, her face lighting up with absolute worship as she leaned her forehead against Faye’s shoulder.
Then she looked directly at Faye. Her eyes were intense, the drunken haze clearing up for just a second as she caught her girlfriend’s gaze.
"Do you love me?"
"...Yes, I do, even though I’m still angry at you." Faye muttered, a small, helpless smile breaking through her tough act as she reached up to wipe a stray strand of hair from Princess’s cheek.
"Faye, I need you to know something. It’s you and only you. If it isn’t you, then it’s no one else. If I’m not waking up beside you every morning, then I’d rather wake up alone. This Alpha only needs Faye Grande." Princess said it with so much weight that the air around them went completely still. Her breath came out warm and steady against Faye’s lips, her hands trembling slightly where they rested on the omega’s hips.
Faye’s heart melted hearing her girlfriend’s confession. The final walls of her anger crumbled into nothing, her chest swelling with a love so heavy it made her eyes sting.
She couldn’t help but kiss her. She closed the distance between them, standing on her tiptoes as she pressed her mouth firmly against Princess’s.
"I want to be yours, Princess Kings. Only yours." Faye whispered against her skin, her hands sliding up into the alpha’s thick hair as the kiss deepened, the cool air completely forgotten around them.
The two continued kissing while Beam quietly looked away, and Peamah pretended to be very interested in his phone, his thumb aggressively tapping the glass screen to block out the sight.
