Chapter 359: Chapter 35: Conquest Method, Authority Holders Gather

’So, there were already otherworlders infiltrating the Star Empire behind my back? And they even achieved Ascension to Divinity?’

’Ah, no, that’s not right. After all, those two were originally natives of the Karte Continent.’

Lince had been awakened by the True Game.

Moreover, he had been awakened by Brother Cheng Takes Off using a lesser authority.

There was no need for any inquiries; the True Game directly transmitted an informational display to Lince.

So, Lince woke up immediately.

And this time, his awakening left him feeling somewhat vexed.

The reason was simple: Lince felt he had been on the verge of touching the threshold of a new tier among the Ancient Deities.

To be suddenly awakened at such a critical moment was, needless to say, frustrating.

However, Lince had always maintained a calm temperament, so he quickly managed to readjust.

「A century passed.」

Thanks to the spoils from the last war, coupled with the bonuses from the Empire, Lince’s body of flesh and blood as a Giant Dragon was now approaching a size of fifty thousand kilometers.

It seemed like rapid progress, but he was still a long way from the modest goal he had set for himself.

The Sun, for instance, had a diameter of at least a million kilometers, and that wasn’t even factoring in its mass.

In short, Lince’s current body, approaching fifty thousand kilometers, was truly nothing to boast about.

In fact, compared to the vast Star Sea, his current form was utterly insignificant.

The only difference, of course, was that if the current Lince were to appear on the surface of the Sun, he would no longer look like a mere strand of hair.

’Giant God? Giant Serpent?’

’To be able to unconsciously influence the ecology of an entire world while asleep... a being like that is definitely an Ancient Life form, no question about it.’

’But what tier would a being like that even be considered?’

Lince didn’t know, and even the True Game had no answer.

The True Game simply had no information on the matter.

’Judging by the mass of its coiled, spherical form, it’s about the same size as that Square World.’

’In other words, in terms of its physical body, this being is still weaker than I am now? Perhaps even on par with the Blood God from before?’

’As for its ability to ’radiate’ and alter an ecosystem, maybe that’s just a passive Ability?’

’Or is its control over its Power insufficient, causing its aura to leak and warp the Life Planet?’

Lince wasn’t quite sure. After all, it was just like with mortals and ordinary Deities.

Some Warriors were physically powerful, while some Mages were masters of Magic.

Ancient Life forms were likely the same.

From this perspective, Lince figured that the Giant Serpent God must possess a rather formidable Law Power.

’If its Law Power weren’t strong, how could it possibly break through the Rule Power of the Mana Will to influence the planet’s internal ecosystem?’

Based on this line of reasoning, Lince had a general idea of the situation.

So, Lince immediately opened the True Game’s map information.

[World Map (6):

1. Blue Star (Low Demon, Player qualification zone, Rule Control: 100%, not publicly accessible.)

2. Oakland Continent ’Planet’ (Middle Demon High Energy, Map 1, Rule Control: 100%.)

3. Karte Continent ’Planet’ (Middle Demon, Map 2, Rule Control: 100%.)

4. Green Saturn ’Planet’ (Low Demon, Map 3, Rule Control: 100%, vassal world of Blue Star, not publicly accessible.)

5. Intelligent Mechanism World ’Planet’ (No Demon, Map 4, No Rules, ecosystem under repair, undergoing optimization process for upgrade to Low Demon World, current progress: 35%.)

6. Crimson World ’Planet’ (Middle Demon High Energy, Map 5, Rule Erosion Level: 21%.)]

[Maps Available for Development (2):

1. Wizard World (High-Demon, unopened, Rule Erosion Level: 0%)

2. Square World (Middle Demon, unopened, Rule Erosion Level: 0.15%. Estimated to reach 5% erosion in forty-seven game days, which will unlock this new map for development via a War of Civilizations.)]

’Forty-seven days?’

’That’s pretty fast.’

’A Middle Demon World... not bad. At least it’s comparable to the Karte World.’

Lince mused.

He knew that the Square World had two Main God Level beings. Furthermore, because they were some sort of twin Deities, their combined Power could likely reach the Dominator Level.

Yet, even that level of Power was completely unable to affect the sleeping Giant Serpent in the slightest.

This made it clear that the Law Powers controlled by the Giant Serpent were anything but weak.

’Otherwise, by my understanding, how could a Dominator Level being, a Star God, be unable to even budge a sleeping Deity?’

Of course, if it were him, Lince felt confident he could achieve the same feat as the Giant Serpent.

After all, his Space Ability would allow him to completely seal off the surrounding Space while he slept. Any Deities whose Law Power was weaker than his, or who lacked Space Power entirely, would be absolutely unable to affect him.

Moreover, according to the True Game’s analysis, the current Lince already possessed Power comparable to the energy level of a Low Demon World’s Mana Will.

In other words, Lince could now single-handedly shatter the resistance of a Low Demon planet’s Mana Will.

This meant that if Lince wanted to force a Descent into the mortal plane of a Low Demon planet, the Low Demon World would offer very little resistance. In fact, the world might even explode during his Descent.

It made sense when he thought about it. Just what was his current physique?

His diameter was already approaching fifty thousand kilometers. How could a conventional planet with an ecosystem possibly accommodate His Descent in his full glory? A single Dragon Claw, perhaps, but that was it.

As for a Middle Demon World, Lince was currently unable to descend directly. Even if he tried to extend a claw through a Mortal Star Gate, the world’s Mana Will would likely have a defensive reaction, directly confronting His Power and even instantly sealing the Space within the planet.
