I'm looking at the outside scene through the window. My gaze fell on the people. Apart from the locals, there are people from nearby nations who have come.

I don't know what's with the tournament. It makes people come this far. If not for my own mission, I would have waited here to watch it.

Maybe I should travel the world after completing the mission.

The flying cab is moving through the traffic. As the cab is getting closer to the Raymond Mansion, the number of vehicles blocking it ahead has reduced.

Seeing that, I was not surprised. I just hope no Forbidden Wizards are outside. The cab driver found space now.

The path has become way more clear. He drives faster now. Behind him, five more cars are following slowly. They are not increasing the speed of the cars.

There will be no crowd outside the Raymond Mansion. It's the wizard family with the Elder Level Ancestor. The public is careful not to offend the people for no reason.

So no one goes there unless they have got something to do in that area. But there are business shops on the opposite side where the customers do visit.

"Guest, where do you want me to drop you?" the driver asked.

"You can drop me in front of the magic store there," I replied.

"Raymond Family Magic Store?" he asked.

Hearing that, I raised my eyebrows and nodded my head. Before coming here, I had looked at the map. So I knew there were businesses connected to the mansion. 𝒇𝓻𝓮𝓮𝙬𝙚𝒃𝒏𝓸𝙫𝒆𝙡.𝓬𝓸𝒎

A few minutes later,

The car entered the lone street with wide roads. There is a huge wall on one side of the road. Then there are a series of shops on the left side.

I raised my eyebrows. But when my gaze fell on the shop names, a look of understanding dawned on me. Everyone had the name of Raymond.

"Don't tell me the whole area is under them," I thought.

Then my gaze fell on one of the magic shops here. So I told the driver to stop. Hearing that, he slowed down and stopped in front of the shop.

I exited and paid the fare to the cab driver. The car driver looked at the masked man. He had never seen anyone using a mask recently.

He then thought about the tournament.

"A lot of weird people are coming. He could be one of them," the driver thought. Then he drove his car and left the place.

Magic Shop

I walked into the shop directly. It's a multi-storey building. My gaze immediately fell on the staff behind the desk.

Slowly, I started looking around the place. There are other customers apart from me. Soon, a female staff member walked towards me.

"Guest, how can I help you?" she asked.

Hearing that, I turned my head and glanced at the opposite side. It's the estate of the Raymond Family.

The woman followed my gaze and saw the huge wall. She then said, "Don't tell me. You are another supporter of Young Master Raymond. He is not here. He has been preparing for the tournament."

"Word is that he has gone to Nyx Land. It's a forbidden place for those who don't have dark mana," she added.

Hearing that, I was stunned. I had come here to collect some intel. But I didn't expect her to reveal information. It appears the place was frequently visited by the supporters of Young Master Raymond.

What caught my attention was Nyx Land. I hadn't heard of the place in the intel.

"So, where is this place?" I asked her.

The woman smiled all of a sudden.

She said, "It's located at the border. Unfortunately, no one can enter the place without permission. Even if you enter the land, the dark corrupt mana can kill you. So don't try to go there."

"I have advised many people, but some of them forcibly entered the place and were killed by the dark mana," she added.

Hearing that, I decided to go to the place. It might be a good opportunity to capture that person. If he comes back to the capital, it would be troublesome.

I don't want to be chased by an Elder Level Powerhouse. Then I smiled at her. I didn't know if she would tell me how to go to the Nyx Land.

Then I thought of something and took out a small pouch. I gave it to her.

"Can you tell me how to reach the Nyx Land?"

"Safest route? Anything to avoid?"

I asked her. The woman understood. She then checked the pouch. There were 100 mid-grade mana stones.

She was shocked to the core. Her face was full of disbelief. She quickly hid the pouch into her storage bracelet.

"Ha... Ha... Ha..." She let out a small laugh.

"Here is the map. It's marked with the easiest and safest route to reach the Nyx Land. If you bribe the people at the border, they will let you in," she said with a smile.

Hearing that, I accepted the map and opened it to view it. I used the system probe function to check. She was not lying. Then I stored the map inside the bracelet.

Now I can tell why a lot of people have died. She must have given them a similar map. Then I left the shop.

I came outside and waited for another cab to come.

A few minutes later,

I entered another cab. I saw the map and asked the driver if he could take me to the border. The old man driver was stunned.

He then looked at the Raymond Estate and Shop.

He said, "Guest, you will die if you go there."

Hearing that, I looked towards that old man.

"It appears you have taken a lot of people to the border," I said.

The old man smiled and said, "Young Master Raymond is popular. Many of the supporters want to be his followers."

"So many of them tried to show their strength in front of him. But the Nyx Land is a cursed place. You cannot survive there without dark mana," he added.

"Don't worry, I have someone to see there. I'm not going to enter that land," I replied.

The old man was stunned. But he didn't believe it. He then started driving the car.
