Manager Robert started taking us around the ship. Sam Patrick was not new to the place. He had seen the ship since childhood.

I saw the important places. Manager Robert brought me to the engine room. This place was forbidden for others. But he had brought me up here.

I looked at the manager with new eyes. I used the system to check the place. I found out restrictions were here as well.

Then we left the place. Manager Robert then showed us around a few more places, including my room. Finally, the time for departure had come.

Sam Patrick decided to leave. I thanked him once again. I went to the deck to see him off. When he was gone,

Manager Robert turned towards me.

"Lord, I’m going to introduce the Guardian to you," Robert said.

Hearing that, I nodded to him.

The next second, Manager Robert called someone. It didn’t take long for the old man to come.

The old man was wearing wizard robes. But the pressure coming from him gave me a sense of crisis.

I immediately used the system’s probe function.

The system’s voice sounded in my mind. Hearing that, my heart stirred. I didn’t expect a Forbidden Wizard was going to oversee the ship.

"Lord Gary, he is our guest. His destination is to reach the other side of the land," he said to the old man.

Hearing that, the old man turned towards the young man. He tried to see through his strength, but he failed to do so.

The old man was shocked. He thought that the background of the young man was not simple. He couldn’t see his face either, because the young man was wearing a mask.

He then collected his thoughts and said, "Don’t worry, I will look after him."

Manager Robert sighed in relief. Then he bid goodbye as well and left the deck.

On the other hand, I and the old man were left here. The old man gave me a look before leaving the place. I didn’t know whether the old man was good or bad.

I didn’t feel any ill intentions. Then I put away my thoughts and returned to my room. The room was spacious. I closed the door and sat down on the sofa.

Then I closed my eyes to rest.

The ship started and departed from the port. The ship was moving slowly towards the other side of the land. It was moving slowly.

I had no idea about how long it would take me to reach the other side of the land. I stood up and walked up to the window.

Then I opened it. The next second, the wind from the sea brushed against my face. It was warm. Then my gaze fell on the sea. The sea looked deep and calm.

My mask had drawn attention. I ignored them and turned towards the sea to enjoy the view. Now I could feel the wind.

On the other hand, a few passengers noticed the masked man. Seeing that he was alone looking at the sea, they became quite interested.

When they tried to see through his strength, they failed. They were shocked. These people had decent strength.

The monster had yet to show its presence. It was waiting for the right opportunity.
