Pushing his naughty thoughts away for now, Austin’s eyes moved back up to the talent card.

He hadn’t used the last few he’d received yet as much as he would have wanted to, but a part of him feels this one would just be as amazing as the ones he’s received so far.

And so, he drifted his focus to the next reward.

These were the fruits and seeds.

If he hadn’t arrived from a different world, he probably wouldn’t have been able to recognise these fruits, but thankfully he was from another world, so he definitely knew what these fruits were and how delicious they were going to be as well.

’ But I’ll have to be extra careful this time.’

’It seems due to the abundant mana in this world, fruits from my previous world grow a lot bigger here.’

’That could be another reason why so many potatoes were yielded from just five.’

’How have to experiment how many can be yielded in planting one of these seeds here.’ Austin noted internally whilst feeling excited as well.

He was still quietly impressed with himself for how the potatoes produced a lot, but it had admittedly been a little difficult to explain.

So he glanced at the baby clothes last, and the amusement on his face softened even more as he stared at the clothes with a huge grin on his face.

’Oh my goodness. Luna’s going to look ridiculous in these.’ He thought to himself.

’She’s definitely going to look absolutely ridiculous on these.’

’I can’t wait!!’ Austin exclaimed internally but before he could dwell on any of the rewards further, a new screen appeared before him.

Acknowledging his response, three screens unfolded before him in sequence.

Austin read through all three of them slowly, then he read them again.

By the time he finally let the screens close, the smile on his face had broaden even more than he could have ever imagined.

’Alright then. I’ve got no shortage of things to do.’ Austin thought quietly as he stared up at the dark ceiling as Nora’s soft breathing filled the room beside him. .

He turned his head to look at her, as he took in the peaceful curl of her body beneath the blanket.

Then he noticed the slow rise and fall of her shoulders along with the way her ears had relaxed completely in sleep.

’A wedding huh.’ He thought.

’ It will be a proper one.’

’I’ll have to start thinking about that soon.’

’There’s so much I’ve got in mind to do regarding our wedding and I can’t wait to get started.’

But he definitely couldn’t do anything about that tonight.

Because tonight was just for him to cuddle and sleep with his wife, so Austin closed his eyes, and for the first time in what felt like a long while, fell asleep almost immediately.

The following morning, Rowena was already seated at her desk in the study by the time Cedric knocked and entered the room .

His posture was as composed and unhurried as always despite the early hour and he approached his countess slowly.

"My lady." He greeted her with a bow before crossing the room to stand before the desk.

"I have the full report from yesterday’s hunt."

Rowena set down her quill and gave him her full attention. "Go ahead."

"The hunting party encountered the griffin flock approximately two hours northeast of the territory’s border, just as the advance scouts had predicted." Cedric began before continuing.

"Commander Aldren led the main column while Lady Tatiana took the forward position."

He paused here very briefly as he pondered on how he should reveal this information by saying it politely or by just revealing it the way it happened..

"Lady Tatiana engaged the flock’s lead griffin before our knights had fully assembled. She handled the confrontation alone and concluded it before the rest of the hunting party had advanced to within supporting distance."

Rowena’s brow lifted slightly. "Wait a minute Cedric? Are you saying Tatiana engaged the assault of the griffins all by herself?"
