"Alright Neva, are you ready?"

"Sha Sha!!" Neva waved her hands in excitement, seemingly eager to get started.

"Alright, let’s begin. Show me a basic attack." Raiden commanded.

"Sha!!" The spider jumped up and down on a spot, and a second later, an energy beam appeared on top of her, firing directly at the tree in front of him.

SEAR!

A hole, as large as Raiden’s head, appeared straight through the tree, its edged burnt black from the temperature.

Neva’s eyes started shining as she looked at the damage she had done to the tree.

Without waiting for Raiden to say anything, she happily waved her hands as a few more orbs of light appeared on top of her, shooting straight at the tree.

Boom!!

In an instant, the tree was burnt straight through, with the rest of the beams hitting the fallen tree, obliterating it from existence while causing a massive blast and a fire.

"Woolie~" Woolie nodded his head in approval from the side. His new little sister wasn’t bad at all. He would take her to fight against the other Terrans and have fun in the jungle next time.

Raiden had no idea about what Woolie was thinking. If he did, he would have a heart attack. He was much more busy thinking about Neva and her attacks.

’You know what, it’s fine. It’s just a basic attack. She surely has some other skills besides the attack one.’

"You did... Great!! Let’s see what else you can do, Neva."

"Sha Sha!!"

Neva felt cheered up by his encouragement, and the next second, she let out a cute shout, but what happened next didn’t feel so cute anymore to Raiden.

In the blink of an eye, five different light swords appeared at the top of an adult tree, each the size of a short baddie, before they impaled it directly.

But she wasn’t done yet, as in a next second, she launched five light spears at another tree.

Boom!!

Looking at the crater in front of him, Neva seemed to get even more fired up, and then she truly opened Raiden’s eyes about what it meant to be an attack-type Terra Beast.

Lasers, Fists of light, a machine gun, even a Woolie and Raiden made up of pure light, she used anything and everything she could think of to attack with weapons made up of light attacks.

By the time she was done, there was nothing but a wide ten-meter crater in front of Raiden, with a proud Woolie and Neva standing side by side.

Raiden truly had no idea what he should say; his illusion was broken too thoroughly.

"Sha Sha?!" How did I do?? I was good, right?! Right??!!

Looking at the bright expression on her face, Raiden didn’t have the heart to disappoint her.

"Yes!! You did extremely well!! You were a superstar!! The best!!"

Neva seemed to love the praise as she started laughing softly, with her body turning pink due to the lines shining.

"Ahem, Neva dear, do you have any other skills other than attack ones?? How about healing skills?? Or anything else??" Raiden asked expectantly. He hadn’t given up hope yet.

"Sha!!" I do!! I have two more powerful skills!!

She nodded strongly.

Then under Raiden’s hopeful eyes, she opened her mouth and let out multiple strings of light that turned into a big spider web in the air, falling down on another innocent tree in front of Raiden.

Just as he was grateful it was a trapping skill and not an attack skill, under his horrified eyes, as soon as the web of light touched the tree, it started slicing through it, like a hot knife through butter, cutting it into hundreds of pieces.

"Shaa!!"

Just as he thought it was over, he saw Neva spit out what can only be called golden light onto the tree that was cut up by the lightweb, melting and burning it into nothingness.

"Sha~" I am done. (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

"Woolie!!" Well done, Emperor Woolie is impressed. Fight me next!!

"Wait, wait, wait!! Nobody is fighting anybody. Neva, tell me honestly, do you have any healing skills??" Ignoring the grumpy Woolie, Raiden picked up the Neva from ground and asked seriously. He still hadn’t given up hope.

"Sha??" Healing skills? What is that?? Is it food??

She tilted her head to the side, confused.

Raiden let out a tired sigh after he heard her words.

"Nevermind, you go have fun with Woolie, I need to think about something." Raiden waved his hand and let her go have fun, while he made his way towards a nearby intact tree, leaning against it.

"All I wanted was a peaceful and non-violent Terra Beast. Where did I go wrong?? Or is my luck just that bad??" Raiden started questioning the reality as well as himself.

"Never mind, she is family now. I’ll worry about the future in the future itself. I should start taking care of pending tasks first."

Raiden pulled out his phone and started dialling a number he hadn’t called in a while.

"Hello, Sarah?? Yeah, are you busy right now?? Yeah, I am finally a Silver Tier Battle Master. Ahaha, thank you, thank you. You want me to visit the shop today?? Alright, I’ll do it. I wanted to discuss the future path anyway."

Raiden hung up. He had been postponing this, as well as a few other things, for a long time now.

So, he’ll start one thing at a time.

"Woolie, Neva, come back!! We are going to visit the city!!"

Raiden shouted in the distance, attracting both Terra Beasts, who had already started fighting.

Neva was flinging one light sword after another at him, but he was easily taking them head on without any damage like an absolute unit.

"Woolie!" Not bad, try to block this.

Woolie let out what he thought was the weakest thunderbolt towards Neva, but to her, it looked like a nightmare.

Neva: O.O?!

Looking at the violet coloured thunder that was bigger than her entire body, she didn’t know what to do.

"Shaaaa!!"

Luckily, her dominant instinct buried inside her blood awakened in the face of crisis, as she let out a resonant shout, before five giant light doors appeared in the path of lightning.

Bang!!

The bolt of lightning broke through three doors, finally stopping at the fourth door.

Woolie’s eyes lit up after seeing this.

Just as he was about to get even more serious and have a good fight with her, he was rudely interrupted by Raiden’s shout.

But then he heard it was to go to the city, he forgot all about his enmity, and put Neva on his head, and ran towards Raiden with a happy face.

Going to the city meant good food, and that was something he couldn’t wait for!!

To the City!!

"Hahaha, are you that excited to go to the city?" Raiden laughed as he patted their heads.

"Woolie!!"

"Sha Sha!!"

Both of them nodded in excitement, with Neva not knowing where she was going, just that they were going out.

"Alright then, I have booked a cab. Hop on." Raiden asked with a smile on his face.

Hearing this, Neva was the first one to act, jumping on top of Raiden’s head happily.

Woolie, seeing his spot was already occupied, decided to jump onto his shoulders next.

Just as Raiden was about to leave, he was stopped by Ruby on the way.

"Wait, Rai Rai. Do youu want mee to comee with youu? Theyy mightt attack you on thee wayy." She asked with genuine worry in her eyes.

"Hehe, it’s fine, Aunt. Don’t worry about it. Just watch over the farm. I doubt they will dare to send more people right now since I am currently under Alliance protection. They have lost a lot of people already. I don’t imagine it’s easy to find Gold Tier BM in a city like ours. Plus, if they dare to attack..." A feral grin appeared on Raiden’s face as he thought about it.

’That’s right,’ Ruby glanced at him and Woolie in reassurance. She almost forgot that Woolie had already gone Nuclear. She didn’t think that there was anyone left in this whole city that can compete with him on the higher Gold Tier, let alone the same level.

As for the Platinum Tier BM, they all were strategic resources, and nobody would move such high-level Battle Masters that easily.

"Anyways, I am still worriedd, so takee this with youu. It will protect youu." Ruby spit out a drop of crimson blood from her mouth, giving it to Raiden for safekeeping.

"Haha, thank you. Don’t worry about us. We’ll be back soon~" Raiden accepted the drop of blood with a smile, turning around and walking to the automated taxi waiting for him with Woolie and Neva.

As soon as the ride kicked off, both Terrans started looking outside the window in curiosity, with Neva’s curiosity being really strong since it was her first time.

Raiden was thinking about a different issue, though.

It was fine to travel like this when he had no money before, but now he had some spare income, so maybe it was time to upgrade his ride??

"Hey brother AI, please change the destination for the trip."

"Sure, dear customer, where would you like to go?"

"Showroom. Take me to the biggest vehicle showroom in the city."

"Understood, recalculating route..."

It was time to travel in style!!
