I Regressed With a 10,000x God-Tier Multiplier
Chapter 166: Eclipse of the Sun God, A Blinding Core
The path to the Solar Throne was paved with shattered glass and broken light.
Lucifer walked slowly across the massive plaza, the heavy iron boots of his dark armor crushing the remnants of the Sun-Eater Array.
Behind him, the thirteen-million-strong mortal army halted their advance, securing the perimeter as ordered.
Elara, Lyra, and Isolde fell into step beside him.
The Twilight Sovereign gripped her violet-flaming spear, her dark, iridescent wings folded tight. The Dawn Saintess held her silver broadsword, her dual-toned eyes locked onto the massive, open doors of the ziggurat.
And Isolde.
The Winter Sovereign had shifted back to her human form. She wore her shimmering ice-crystal gown, her white reptilian eyes narrowing as she felt the oppressive, suffocating heat radiating from the open doors.
"I don’t like this heat, Warlord," Isolde hissed, crossing her pale arms. "It feels like standing inside a forge."
"It’s a throne room built for a creature made of plasma," Lucifer noted smoothly. He didn’t draw his sword yet.
He let the ruby-red glow of the Blade of Ruin rest casually on his hip. "It’s not supposed to be comfortable."
They reached the massive, blown-open doors of the golden ziggurat.
They stepped inside.
The interior was not a standard throne room. There were no pillars, no tapestries, and no guards. It was a vast, cavernous, perfect sphere forged entirely of solid, blindingly bright gold.
The air was so dense with pure holy magic it felt like breathing liquid sunlight.
In the exact center of the spherical room floated a massive throne made of white fire.
Sitting on the throne was Solaris Prime.
He was not projecting a fifty-foot Avatar this time. The God of Light sat in his true, original form. He was roughly eight feet tall, humanoid, but he possessed no physical features.
He was composed entirely of blinding, churning white plasma, contained only by heavy, glowing golden armor plates bolted directly into his energy form.
[System Warning: Primordial Sovereign Engaged!]
[Entity: Solaris Prime (Level 100 - God of Light)]
[Status: Absolute Hostility.]
Solaris Prime did not speak.
Gods of this tier did not negotiate. They did not monologue when mortals breached their inner sanctum. They erased the intrusion.
The moment Lucifer’s boot touched the golden floor of the throne room, Solaris Prime raised his right hand.
He didn’t cast a fireball or a lightning bolt. He triggered the entire spherical room.
[System Alert: Ultimate Divine Annihilation Initiated!]
[Spell: Localized Supernova (Mythic)]
[Effect: Instantaneous vaporizing heat. Unavoidable within confined space.]
The air inside the massive golden sphere ignited.
It was not a wave of fire. The atmosphere itself instantly reached the temperature of the surface of the sun.
The intense, blinding white light flooded the room, instantly vaporizing the stone floor and melting the edges of Lucifer’s dark leather armor.
"Isolde!" Lucifer roared over the deafening crackle of burning oxygen.
The Winter Sovereign was already moving.
Isolde did not try to freeze the God. She stepped directly in front of Lucifer, Elara, and Lyra. She threw her pale arms wide open, her crystalline horns flashing.
"Absolute Zero!" Isolde shrieked.
She poured every ounce of her ancient, Royal Dragon mana into a localized, desperate defense. A massive, thick dome of pure, solid blue glacier ice erupted around the four of them.
The blinding white plasma of the supernova slammed into the ice dome.
The clash was catastrophic. The ice hissed, instantly sublimating into thick, boiling steam, but Isolde continuously forced new layers of ice to form, burning her core to keep the dome from shattering.
"He’s melting it!" Isolde yelled, her voice straining as the intense heat pushed closer to them. The ice dome was shrinking rapidly. "I can’t hold a sun back forever, Warlord!"
"You just need to hold it for ten seconds," Lucifer stated coldly.
He didn’t activate Void Step. Teleporting through a localized supernova would instantly vaporize him the moment he materialized outside the ice shield.
"Lyra," Lucifer commanded.
The Dawn Saintess stepped forward. She didn’t raise her sword to block the heat. She raised her free hand, her dual-toned eyes locking onto the blinding white glare outside the melting ice.
"Negate it," Lucifer ordered.
Lyra understood instantly.
She was no longer a pure vessel of the Light. She was a Twilight Seraph. She understood the fundamental nature of holy fire better than any mortal alive, and she now possessed the dark matter required to snuff it out.
Lyra didn’t cast a shield. She cast a shadow.
"Twilight Eclipse," Lyra whispered.
A massive, sweeping wave of pitch-black, suffocating Void magic erupted from her hand. The dark energy shot out through the melting ice dome and violently collided with the blinding white plasma filling the room.
The Twilight magic didn’t overpower the supernova; it canceled it. The absolute darkness greedily devoured the absolute light, rapidly neutralizing the catastrophic heat.
The blinding glare inside the spherical room violently dimmed, shifting into a dull, smoky gray twilight.
The temperature plummeted from apocalyptic to merely sweltering.
"The heat is down!" Lyra gasped, dropping to one knee as the massive mana drain hit her.
"Drop the ice," Lucifer ordered Isolde.
The Winter Sovereign instantly shattered her protective dome.
Lucifer didn’t hesitate.
"Elara. Go," Lucifer commanded.
The Twilight Sovereign was already a blur of dark motion.
Elara didn’t fly over the lingering gray smoke. She used the Absolute Spatial Phasing of her Mythic Void-Weave armor.
She turned entirely intangible, passing straight through the residual pockets of burning plasma without taking a single point of damage.
She materialized flawlessly directly in front of the throne of white fire.
Solaris Prime was recovering from the sudden neutralization of his ultimate attack. The God of Light raised his massive, glowing golden hands, preparing to swat the Valkyrie away with a localized kinetic burst.
Elara didn’t give him the chance.
She swung her violet-flaming spear with both hands, channeling the absolute, primordial power of her Tier 5 core directly into the weapon.
"Fall," Elara roared.
The celestial spear slammed into the center of Solaris Prime’s chest.
CLANG.
The impact was deafening. The heavy, glowing golden armor plates bolted into the God’s plasma body cracked violently.
The violet twilight fire on the spear tip detonated, blowing a massive hole through the armor.
Solaris Prime roared in sudden, genuine agony. The God of Light staggered backward against his throne, the blinding white plasma of his body violently spitting and sputtering through the breached armor.
[System: Critical Strike Confirmed.]
[Target Vulnerable. Core Exposed.]
"He’s open!" Elara shouted, twisting her spear to widen the breach in the armor.
But Solaris Prime was a Level 100 God. He did not die from a single strike.
The God of Light roared, a sound of absolute, unadulterated divine fury. He ignored the spear buried in his chest. He reached out with a massive, burning hand of pure plasma.
Solaris Prime grabbed Elara by the throat.
The sheer physical strength of the God was incomprehensible. Elara gasped, her hands flying up to grip his burning wrist.
Her Mythic Void-Weave armor hissed and sparked as it desperately tried to absorb the point-blank, concentrated heat of a dying star.
"You betrayed the Heavens, spark," Solaris Prime hissed, his voice vibrating through the Warlord’s very bones. "You chose the dirt. Now, you burn."
The blinding white plasma in the God’s hand flared, preparing to instantly incinerate the Valkyrie’s head.
"Lucifer!" Elara choked out, her golden eyes wide with sudden, absolute pain as her armor began to melt.
Lucifer didn’t yell. He didn’t issue a command.
He didn’t even draw the Blade of Ruin.
Lucifer went into an absolute, cold, terrifying rage.
The Warlord didn’t use Zephyr’s Grace to cross the room. He didn’t use standard Void Step.
He raised the Gauntlet of the Void King. He channeled his entire, Archmage-level mana pool directly into the Mythic artifact.
He didn’t just multiply the spatial tear by ten thousand. He pushed the system to the absolute breaking point.
"Spatial Rend," Lucifer whispered, his voice a lethal, vibrating hum.
He didn’t tear a portal.
He physically folded the space of the entire throne room.
The massive, golden spherical chamber violently compacted. The distance between Lucifer and the throne ceased to exist.
Lucifer’s iron-clad fist materialized instantly out of thin air directly in front of Solaris Prime’s chest.
He didn’t punch the armor. He bypassed the physical shell entirely.
Lucifer drove his bare, dark-matter-infused gauntlet straight through the hole Elara had created, plunging his arm deep into the blinding, burning white plasma of the God’s true body.
Solaris Prime gasped. His grip on Elara’s throat loosened instantly.
The God of Light looked down.
Lucifer was standing inches away from him, his void-swirling eyes burning with pure, unadulterated hatred.
Lucifer’s iron fingers closed tightly around the dense, pulsating, blindingly bright divine core hidden deep within the plasma.
"You don’t get to touch her," Lucifer stated softly.
He clenched his fist, and prepared to extinguish the sun.
