Master Shen glanced at Krisha and said, "Take your time to recover. No need to rush."

Krisha glanced at Master Shen, but the latter had already disappeared. She inwardly complained. If it’s Felix, you’ll stay longer, won’t you?

Even so, she was still glad that Master Shen gave her time to recuperate.

Looking back, it was the victory that brought immense satisfaction to her. Her previous battle against the inner disciple was also a narrow victory, but this one, it was more narrow. She didn’t expect the risk she took would actually work.

Felix was surprised. He faced Evangeline, who was being carried by her red hawk with stylish eyelids.

Evangeline was being followed by her cameraman, bringing a wireless mic.

As soon as she arrived, she asked, "Can I interview you? It’s not about your coming match. It’s about Krisha’s performance."

Evangeline smiled brightly as she coordinated with her director while she stood beside Felix. She briefed him of her possible question to prepare Felix.

Once it was their turn, the cameraman pointed at them and gestured that they could finally talk.

Evangeline asked various questions—what Felix thought of the duel, did Felix helped Krisha improved her sword techniques or if it would be the other way around, and if it was Felix who gave her the sword techniques.

Felix answered without revealing much. He honestly stated that Krisha’s victory was a narrow one that was only possible after taking a calculated risk. He also admitted that he was the one who gave her her sword technique, but Felix praised that Krisha improved it.

The sparkle in his eyes made it difficult to doubt his words. It seemed he was genuinely impressed how Krisha improved the sword techniques he gave to her.

Afterwards, Evangeline asked set of questions about his relationship with Felix and the latter admitted it was simply a pure genuine friendship and rivalry.

Evangeline was surprised on the latter. Still, after knowing that Krisha’s growth was no lesser than Felix, she admitted that Krisha was indeed worthy to be his rival.

To finish the interview, she asked how was his preparation against the Top 1, Jayden, and Felix simply responded with a smile.

He said, "I prepared as best as I could."

Evangeline nodded with a radiant smile.

She said, "We wish you the best, Felix! Do you want to send a message to your loved ones?"

Felix was a bit surprised. He couldn’t prepare himself.

He was frozen for a while, causing Sarah and Noah to laugh.

They turned towards Mia, who kept staring at Felix, seemingly mesmerized as tears began to swell her eyes.

Sarah and Noah glanced at each other and smiled brightly.

They knew how much Mia loved her big brother and so was the other way around. If it came to the last person who wouldn’t accept Mia wouldn’t be cured and that they could only wait until she breathed her last breath, it would be Felix.

Hence, Sarah and Noah were glad. They wouldn’t even worry if they lost their lives abruptly as their children could take care of themselves.

They had grown up.

Watching Felix in a live interview in a television, Sarah and Noah couldn’t be more prouder to their son.

Felix messaged to them was simple, "I’ll grow stronger than this. I’ll give you a life you deserve."

Sarah and Noah chuckled but tears already came out of their eyelids. They hugged each other, while hugging their daughter closer.

Felix knew that Sarah and Noah were watching. He felt emotional after saying what he wanted to say, but thankfully Evangeline followed up and ended the interview, giving her time to process his emotion without accidentally embarrassing himself.

Felix managed to restrain his emotion and simmered down. After Evangeline left, Felix turned towards the beast sync arena and noticed Krisha finally standing up while grabbing PengPeng to her embrace.

Krisha glanced at him and began walking towards him.

When she arrived in front of him, she asked, "What did she ask about?"

Felix responded with a wide smile. "Congratulations for winning! I’m really happy for you."

Krisha was taken aback. It was the first time Felix said along those lines, causing her heart to be fluttered.

Felix noticed her reaction and chuckled. "I’m genuinely happy for your victory."

Krisha was startled awake. Her cheeks reddened and rolled her eyes, lowering her head to hide her embarrassment.

"Y-You didn’t answer my question."

Felix chuckled. He was intrigued of Krisha’s reactions.

He thought. I guess, she’s still not used to being complimented.

He said, "She interviewed me about my views on your victory. I complimented you a lot. You should have seen it."

"Really?" Krisha abruptly tilted her head and stared at Felix with skepticism. "I’ll look into it once I have time. You’re dead if you’re lying."

Felix was dumbfounded.

Suddenly, he revealed a smirk. "Sure, then. I’m looking forward to it."

Krisha rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. "I’m not saying I’ll be the one to do it. Lucia can do it."

Felix was speechless.

Seeing his reaction, Krisha couldn’t herself from giggling.

Afterwards, they chatted for a while. Krisha talked most about her battle and what she perceived during the battle, while Felix shared her opinions about her battle.

To their surprise, when there was still more than half an hour before Felix’s duel, there were matches occurred between two inner disciples.

It turned out, there would still be more duel between inner disciples before the final match would begin.

Felix praised Master Shen for such arrangement—it also gave exposure of the Azure Cleave Dojo’s inner disciples’ abilities...
