Isaac and Felix nodded, agreeing with Instructor Frank.

Instructor Frank said, "I won’t waste any more time. Let’s begin the battle."

He then directed where Isaac and Felix stood to face each other.

Once Isaac and Felix stood on their position, Instructor Frank moved away from them, and commenced the battle.

Isaac summoned two of his beast pets—the Galefang Wolf at the 3rd Tier Rare rank and the Skyhand Monkey at 4th Tier Rare rank.

He took the defensive stance—Rooted Horizon.

Felix narrowed his eyes. He was surprised by Isaac’s tactics.

A Galefang Wolf and a Skyhand Monkey—a Striker and a Disruptor. His proficiency in Rooted Horizon also concludes that he’s taking the role as a tank.

At this moment, Felix knew that Isaac was unlike others he faced. He had understood clearly now that Isaac might put up a fight against him.

Isaac’s Rooted Horizon has been enhanced with his energy, flowing downward to the ground, creating a temporary rooting effect.

Felix was intrigued by another level of Rooted Horizon. Without hesitation, he summoned Moon and threw his wooden sword.

Moon leapt from his shoulder and glide above the wooden sword. The outer disciples gasped in astonishment while the inner disciples wore heavy expression, fully aware of how dangerous Felix’s attack was.

Isaac was not taken by surprised unlike Nicholas and simply gazed intently at Felix while his peripheral vision was directed at the sword and his beast pet.

His Skyhand Monkey, as it was hovering in mid-air and gripping at an invincible object to keep him floating, compressed air in his hand and threw it at the wooden sword.

His Galefang Wolf remained in his position, waiting to make a move once the compressed air reached the wooden sword.

Moon, having no choice, landed at the wooden sword and used it as a platform to leap forward again, increasing her speed.

The wooden sword also began to return at Felix, who was running at an unparalleled speed with his Wave Step.

The water energy began to fill in every limb of his body. The water energy in his lower limbs increased his speed and, at the same time, began to increase the water energy on his upper limbs, making it dangerous for his opponent to take his attack head-on from the momentum he accumulated.

Grasping the hilt of the wooden sword, Felix glanced at the Skyhand Monkey who threw a compressed air again, while moving in different place, climbing through air.

Felix ignored him, the Skyhand Monkey failed to calculate his speed to accurately threw the compressed air to him. It was inevitable, Felix’s speed increased each step he took.

As soon as Felix arrived and swung his sword downward, time slowed down.

Isaac was totally locked in, he intently gazed at the wooden sword that also shook him after discovering an intense water energy manifested in the wooden sword.

His wind energy traveled from the ground into his wooden sword instantly.

The Rooted Horizon’s purposed was to intercept the opponent’s attack at an angle and then immediately followed up a counter-attack.

However, the moment his sword collided with Felix’s wooden sword, he gritted his teeth as his body was completely shaken from the impact of Felix’s wooden sword.

There was no way he could still intercept Felix’s wooden sword.

Yet, to his delight, he managed to block it.

He was about to rejoice when Felix’s water energy shaped into a layer of his wooden sword disappeared from his vision.

His instinct was tingling. His heart skipped a beat.

For some reason, he felt like his nape was about to be cut by an unknown origin...
