Leveling Up Alongside My Plant Legion
Chapter 9:Class Error
After awakening, one could still level up on Earth. However, unlike zones, where unique skills and valuable resources were dropped along with many other things, the monsters here dropped nothing of real value.
Though you could enter dungeons and zones that descended into the real world, no one knew if they held any value compared to zones in the other world.
Reigns stared at the floating text, his expression turning serious as he contemplated for a moment.
"Since,I am here I don’t want to leave things fate. This sudden transmigration has already left me uneasy."
"I need strength.Strength to defy what lies ahead."
[YES]
Taking a deep breath, he chose Yes.
[You are being summoned to the Tier 0 zone.]
[Scanning the class and information.]
[Class Farmer det-Error!]
[Scanning again... Class Far-Error detected.]
"Huh... What’s going on?"
His eyes widened slightly as he instinctively leaned forward.
Confusion flashed across his face due to the sudden unexpected situation.
[Error... Error...]
[The Class Awakening doesn’t match soul frequency data.]
[Scanning again.]
[#$&$&$⿉]
The time seemed to be frozen in silence that was broken by screeching sound as the system continued to glitch in front of Reigns.
The light flickered again and again, as if something was forcing its way through.
[It had been detected you are anomaly with a different soul characteristic.]
The voice this time sounded distorted, not fully mechanical, yet not entirely human either, as if two tones were overlapping each other.
Reign’s brows furrowed as he tried to understand his situation.
’May be because it detected that I am someone else.’
The situation felt dangerous and he wondered if another bolt might appear stuck him to death.
Thankfully,his words fear didn’t come true. 𝒇𝙧𝙚𝓮𝔀𝓮𝒃𝙣𝓸𝒗𝒆𝒍.𝙘𝒐𝒎
[The error is being solved.]
[Handbook is drawn.]
[Temporary assortment is done to adjust.]
[Class change is adjusted.]
[Class change failed.]
[Changing class directly will damage the user.]
[Searching for Alternatives.]
[Searching for other options.]
[New class assigned. Current class converted to sub-class.]
A sharp ringing filled his ears as multiple notifications began flashing rapidly one after another, surrounding him from all directions.
Reign’s eyes were suddenly set ablaze as the eerie series of system sounds echoed around him.
The haunting sound was unbearable. Before he could react, the world around him twisted.
The room disappeared.
In the next moment, he found himself standing in a vast white space, empty and endless, where even the concept of distance felt unclear.
His breathing slowed a bit as he looked up,he saw a huge eyeball, suspended in the void above him, slowly descended. Its enormous pupil locking directly onto him, as if it had been watching him from the very beginning.
A crude voice echoed in the air.
[Searching through one quadrillion classes.]
Reigns stood still, his entire body tense, yet his gaze did not waver as he stared back at the massive eye.
[Suitable class has been assigned.]
A faint pulse spread across the white space, like a ripple passing through reality itself.
[Anomaly has been resolved.]
The pressure around him eased slightly, but the strange feeling in his chest did not disappear.
[The Zone transfer process is initiated.]
The white space suddenly distorted.
Everything twisted inwardly and in the next instant, his figure vanished.
The next moment, Reign felt his body being pulled apart into nothingness, a strange force dragging him through something he couldn’t comprehend.
Then he felt his existence disintegrating, and with it, he began losing all sensation and feeling of his own body, as if he no longer belonged to himself.
And then, slowly, he felt his broken body getting reassembled again.
Gradually, he started to regain sensation.
First came the sensation of his fingers, then his arms, and finally the rest of his body. His vision flashed brightly, forcing his eyes shut for a brief moment.
When he opened them again, he found himself standing on solid ground.
He blinked a few times as his vision adjusted slowly while he drew in a deep breath.
To his surprise, people began materializing around him with flashes of light, appearing one after another.
Within moments, the entire area was filled, teeming with individuals who looked just as confused and uneasy as him.
Reign looked around carefully and scanned the surroundings with caution.
He knew there were countless times when awakeners were transported directly into the middle of a forest or dangerous zones only to get brutally killed before they could even understand what was happening.
This wasn’t a game’s world where you could respawn infinitely. Each death cost you half of your remaining lifespan, and once it dropped below three years it was game over.
Rest in peace.
A cold feeling settled in his chest as the thought sank in.
Then the voice returned clearer now. But instead of coming from outside, it resonated directly within his mind, making his body tense slightly.
[Young people who have just reached 18, you have been chosen by your respective worlds to enter this Forsaken Land and fight for the glory of your world.]
[Your actions and effort may seem futile, but it is those very actions that have been holding your world till now.]
[Here, you will find countless rewards, opportunities, and powers that transcend your imagination. And in equal measure, you will also face danger.]
[Now young ones... brace yourself.]
[You have descended into Tier 0 Yellow Zone.]
The moment they heard "Yellow Zone", everyone’s expressions distorted, as if they had just stepped on some dogshit. Their faces turned pale and tense in an instant.
A few even tried to scream or speak.Thier mouths opened in panic but they soon realized that no sound was coming out, as if their voices had been completely sealed.
The voice continued without pause.
[The place of teleportation is random.]
[Fortunately, you have all managed to land in a safe zone protected by walls, but not everyone is as lucky as you. Beyond these walls lie territories filled with creatures from other worlds. Killing them will increase your strength and provide resources.]
Reign instinctively looked around again. Only now did he notice the tall walls surrounding the area. They offered a faint sense of safety though it felt fragile.
[So march on and claim glory.]
[May the odds be in your favour.]
With that, the voice slowly faded, leaving behind a heavy silence.
