After clearing the battlefield, Ye Liuyun and his allies collected various spoils of war, many of which were resources from the local merchants.

Upon receiving news of the fall of Dormir, the Devil Clan that went on robbery sprees on three different routes instantly rushed back.

Ye Liuyun commanded the entire army and led them to the Devil Clan’s main city.

When the Devil Clan’s armies came, they were astounded by the horrible scene before them.

Under the Dormir’s walls, the bodies of the Devil Clan troops were hoisted high, impaled on weapons or poles. There was nothing left of them. Not their virtuoso, their Interspatial Ring, or their armour.

After a few days, the bodies began to disintegrate under the scorching sun without the support of their genuine energy. Crows, vultures, and other carrion-eating creatures flocked to feast on the bodies, some of which had been gnawed to the bone.

A fearsome skull and two crossed combat scimitars were carved on it.

"D*mn it! Hurry up and catch up with them!" The Devil Clan leader ordered the pursuit.

However, they were six days behind Ye Liuyun. Ye Liuyun was able to accomplish many in just six days.

Ye Liuyun led the Dark Legion to raze city after city. They had newly replaced their Devil Clan guards when Ye Liuyun broke into these cities again. Those cities were ravaged until no resources were left, and none of the Devil Clan was left in it!

Even the human inhabitants were informed by them that the Devil Clan were responsible for the city’s fall. All they did was avenge what the Devil Clan had done.

Ye Liuyun’s Dark Legion advanced at a swift pace. Essentially, every two to three hours, they could annihilate the Devil Clan race within a city, then rush to the next one via their Vessel.

The Devil Clan army pursued them fervently for days, but wherever they reached, all they saw were the corpses of the city guards, littering the ground.

"Allocate the quickest war vessels and set some men to chase at full speed."

"Surrender your army now, or I will kill you right here!"

Upon hearing this, the Witch intervened, "Father, it was our mistake. You mustn’t do something rash!"

On that, Ye Liuyun merely sneered, "I don’t mean to belittle you, but do you think you have a chance against me? If I’m not killing you, it’s only because of your daughter."

"Hold your tongue!" The devil chieftain let out a roar, and the guards charged at Ye Liuyun.

Suddenly, the ground split open, and Devil Vine opened its massive jaws, swallowing up the charging Devil Clan guards.

Next, a powerful Devil Clan attacked Ye Liuyun, only to be crushed by the Devil-sealing Stele and thrown right in front of Ye Liuyun.

Then, both the Devil-sealing Stele and the Devil Vine launched a furious attack, vying for resources.

Thankfully, the Devil Clan guards exhibited fearlessness, as each time the Devil-sealing Stele was aimed at a Devil Clan chieftain, a guard would courageously step in to shield the chieftain.

However, Ye Liuyun kept launching his soul attacks, exterminating those demon clan guards.

The chieftain of the demon clan thought to himself, "Who would have thought that he had such powerful treasures!" When he noticed the Witch was safe and sound, he quickly took cover behind her.

"Quick, ask him for assistance!" the demon clan chieftain instructed the Witch.

"Master Ye, please assist us. After all, he is my father!" The Witch could not bear to watch her father being killed.

Ye Liuyun then ordered the(Devil-sealing Stele and the Devil Vine to stop.

"Tuomu Qianglei, I warn you. Do not play with fire, or you will ruin the future of the Devil Clan!"

Ye Liuyun disregarded them after the warning and put the Devil-sealing Stele and the Devil Vine aside before he returned to his dwelling and carried on with his cultivation.

The moment he left, Tuomu Qianglei called upon his powerful warriors from the seventh level of the Devil clan to prepare for a fight-off with Ye Liuyun.

He would do whatever it took to obtain Ye Liuyun’s treasures after he had seen firsthand the power they held.

However, he feared that the Witch would leak information to Ye Liuyun, so he had her tied up.

Only after they besieged three more cities that their pursuers manage to catch up.
