Chapter 1032

Two deadly attacks were now closing in on Orion with crazy speed that would have caught most people completely off guard.

A thrust to the heart and a descending slash to his face.

He looked at these attacks entirely unfazed for a single second.

Then, with blinding speed, he darted backward in time, easily avoiding both strikes.

BAM! BOOOM—!

Thalos’ sword smashed into the ground with such destructive force that the whole earth burst open.

Simultaneously, Fenrir’s sword cut a ten-meter-long trench into the earth—a precisely cleaner strike compared to Thalos’, but nonetheless incredibly strong.

Before Orion could regain his footing completely, Kira blinked forward with blinding speed.

At the back of her throat, a searing beam of lightning was being prepared at an astonishing rate, ready to be deployed.

Orion stared at this scene for a moment with a deep frown on his beastly face.

Bang!

The beam burst out with fierce, screeching speed.

The next second, the transformed warrior leaned his body to the side at the absolute right moment, totally avoiding the beam as it tore through the earth with destructive force.

Orion’s leg snapped toward the phoenix with crushing speed.

However, Kira blinked out of the way just in time, allowing the limb to smash into the air with a loud crash that shook the surroundings hard.

Noir darted forward, his horn gleaming with a sinister pressure.

Leaping into the air, a bright beam tore forward toward the corrupted fighter.

Without moving from his spot, Orion watched calmly as a dense obsidian ki sword crashed down from the sky, deflecting the laser beam away from him just in time.

Whirling around, Thalos’ greatsword snapped into place, intercepting an incoming strike from Orion that detonated with a thunderous boom.

The ground shuddered from the force of the clash as Orion was seen smirking, looking directly at the struggling gargoyle who was trying to push back with all his might.

Fenrir lunged forward in a lightning-fast dash, closing the distance in a split second with a massive lightning arrow in hand, which he proceeded to haul directly toward Orion.

BANG!

The arrow launched forward with such blazing energy and speed that, for a split second, Orion wasn’t able to dodge in time.

All he could do was lift his pincer-like claws in front of his face as the arrow struck with a thunderous bam that sent shivers down his whole arm.

He was even reeled backward from the tremendous, electrifying impact.

Kira wasted no time in blurring through motion.

One second she was meters away; the next, she was directly in front of Orion as if she had just teleported.

But it was simply her overwhelming speed.

Flapping her wings with all her might, hundreds of razor-sharp, electrifying feathers burst out like bullets and immediately bolted toward Orion.

Keeping completely calm, he took half a step backward.

In his hand, a single ki longsword appeared, which he lifted and began deflecting the feathers with absolute precision.

He remained calm, unfazed, and unbothered.

With decades of battle experience and swordsmanship flowing into his blocks and deflections, not a single feather could bypass his defense as harmless sparks flew from the impact of the ki sword against the feathers.

Smashing the last one to the side, Thalos bolted forward with a precise thrust of his greatsword toward Orion’s chest with all his might.

Smashing his hand downward, Orion’s ki sword struck the greatsword, and for a moment, it seemed like time itself froze.

Then,

BANG!

The greatsword was flung violently into the earth, carving a deep chasm that stretched as far as the eye could see, while a thick blanket of dust rippled upward.

Without delay, the gargoyle abandoned the idea of pulling his weapon back out and instead rushed forward with breakneck speed.

His gauntleted hand was lifted upward and hurled back down at Orion with crushing weight.

With nothing else he could do, the corrupted beast was just able to lift a single hand into the air to intercept it.

Thalos’ fist smashed into his palm with the force of a freight train, causing the terrain to buckle beneath their feet as massive chunks of rock flew into the air.

Even with the immense force of the blow, Orion’s knees didn’t buckle at all.

Instead, his second pincer-like claw shot forward like a viper, heading straight for the gargoyle’s abdomen.

Just in time, Fenrir swung his hand forward, and a specialized parchment flew out with rushing speed.

"Bolzo..."

The parchment immediately decayed into ash as a huge wall of earth rose rapidly between Thalos and Orion’s descending claw.

BAM! BOOOOM!

The entire structure crumbled in an instant, unable to withstand the raw force behind Orion’s blow for even a single second.

But that brief delay gave Thalos just enough time to bound backward out of harm’s way, while the pincer continued forward until it crashed into empty space, causing the atmosphere to ripple from the sheer impact.

"If you won’t listen to reason, I just have to beat it into you!" Scarlet roared, her hand shooting forward like a blazing meteor.

The fist was just an inch away from striking Vince when the Zodiac lifted his hand into place, dense metal coating his entire arm as a shield.

BAM! BOOOM!

The blazing fist struck with an immense force that Vince hadn’t properly calculated.

He was sent lurching backward as his defensive metal coating was seen... melting?

Looking up, Raze was already moving, a sharp flame blade in his hand which he swung forward with all his might.

It was completely obvious; unlike Scarlet, he didn’t care for past sentiments.

He was going in for the definitive strike regardless of their previous relationship.

Angling his body to the side, Vince managed to avoid the flame blade as it grazed his flank, consuming a portion of his robe.

Then, his hand shot forward as a sharp metal spear burst forth, rushing toward Raze’s abdomen.

A shimmering protective bubble appeared around the boy just in time as the spear struck with force, heavily shaking the barrier.

The next second, the sharp tip could be seen slicing through the energy.

Before it had the chance to pierce completely, flames erupted around Scarlet’s hands and feet, propelling her forward like a blazing rocket.

She crossed the distance within a jiffy and quickly launched into a fierce, double, fiery kick aimed directly at Vince’s face.

Bam! Bam—!

Her feet smashed into his face with immense force, lifting him off the ground for a split second and sending him tumbling backward across the dirt.
