Chapter 718: Chapter 717: No One Wants Her Anymore

Serena Sullivan returned, and her status plummeted, but that wasn’t the most important thing.

The important thing was her family, her father didn’t want her anymore!

Her mother was also about to pass!

"Felicity Sterling!"

These words displeased First Mrs. Sterling, and she rebuked sternly.

"Serena was lucky to survive."

If it wasn’t for Old Mr. Sterling happening to pass by, how could Serena have survived!

"You’re losing your mind out of urgency." First Mrs. Sterling noticed that Felicity was obsessing over June Kane and started ushering her out.

"You should go back and calm down first."

Felicity finally got to see Serena, and she placed all her hopes for saving June Kane on Serena.

Felicity broke free from First Mrs. Sterling’s grip and grabbed Serena’s hand.

"You’re big-hearted, don’t press charges against her, okay?"

"I only have one mother, what would I do if she goes to prison!"

"I’m begging you! I beg you!"

Felicity cried out, gripping Serena’s hand tightly.

Serena looked at First Mrs. Sterling and spoke while forcefully pulling Felicity’s hand away, "Please ask her to leave."

First Mrs. Sterling came over, seeing Felicity holding onto Serena’s wrist tightly, she sighed softly and said sternly, "Felicity, begging like this is pointless."

"That’s your mother, not Nancy’s, she won’t forgive."

Felicity abruptly froze, tears welling in her eyes, she looked at Serena.

Serena’s eyes were cold and indifferent, not moved by her pleading and crying.

Felicity’s heart sank, and she came to realize.

Serena was heartless, she wouldn’t change her mind because of her cries!

"Yes!"

Felicity curled her lips in a mocking smile, "She’s my mother, not yours!"

"You can’t wait to see her in jail, how could you possibly let her go!"

"I understand now."

Felicity released Serena’s hand, took a few steps back, and turned to walk towards Deepwood’s entrance.

At the door, she saw Serena having breakfast again, and her anger reached its peak.

"Serena!"

Suppressing the anger surging from the bottom of her heart, she looked at Serena with hatred, "You’ll get your karma!"

"Felicity Sterling!"

Felicity’s words had just fallen when First Mrs. Sterling couldn’t help but reprimand, "Haven’t you had enough?"

"It’s your mother harming Nancy, not Nancy making it difficult for her."

"Karma! She’s already received her karma! And that karma was given by your Kane Family and your mother."

June Kane dared to go to The Sterling Family island to harm Serena, if it wasn’t she who did the car accident four years ago, it was someone from the Kane Family.

Felicity said nothing more, nor did she show any remorse, she stood there with a cold smile and then turned around to leave decisively.

After she left, Deepwood returned to silence, First Mrs. Sterling came forward, softly persuading Serena, "Nancy, don’t take it too much to heart, Felicity will understand in the future."

Serena gave First Mrs. Sterling a smile, seeing from Felicity’s glance before she left that she hated her.

As for whether Felicity would understand in the future, it was none of her business.

"I don’t intend to let June Kane go," Serena replied calmly.

No matter how much Felicity begged, she wasn’t changing her mind.

"Alright!" First Mrs. Sterling nodded, showing understanding.

Having experienced death, only then would one hate those who harmed them.

June Kane was bringing it on herself!

Simon Sterling learned about Felicity’s visit. He called Serena, not saying a good word for June Kane and Felicity, but simply reassuring Serena that he would handle everything well.

"Okay!"

It was rare for father and daughter to have such a conversation.

Yet, Simon Sterling was very pleased; compared to before, Serena would take his calls.
