When Wyatt Sterling got home, he parked the car first.

He looked around and didn’t see June Kane, and just when he was puzzled, a person wearing a mechanic’s outfit and a hat appeared behind him.

"Go inside." June Kane’s voice came through, and Wyatt turned his head to see the face under the hat, recognizing it as June Kane.

"Mom." Wyatt called out softly, but June gave him a cold glare and walked quickly towards Wyatt’s house door.

Once inside the room, June took off her hat and then removed the smelly jacket she was wearing.

"You should turn yourself in." Wyatt urged.

June turned around and looked up at Wyatt.

Although Wyatt was male, his appearance resembled Claire Sullivan more than Serena Sullivan. With such a person in front of her, how could she like him, let alone treat him like her own son?

Such an ungrateful creature, luckily never saw him as her own!

"Give me your phone." June didn’t answer Wyatt’s words. She reached out her hand, indicating for Wyatt to hand over his phone.

Wyatt was startled for a moment, but without much thought, he handed the phone over.

June asked for Wyatt’s phone number, then went through his call records and other information to ensure he hadn’t informed Simon Sterling about her whereabouts, only then did she smile in relief.

"Turning yourself in could reduce your sentence."

Wyatt continued to persuade June, but June turned off his phone and, sneering, said, "Turn myself in?"

"Even if Felicity is useless, she knows to plead to Serena for me. What did you do?"

"The moment you came, you tell me to turn myself in. Wyatt, oh Wyatt, you really are my good son."

Regarding not rescuing June, Wyatt felt a bit guilty.

This guilt stirred within him but quickly disappeared.

"On the Sterling family island, did you attack Serena?"

Wyatt asked in a calm voice, "Were you intending to kill Serena?"

"Heh." June sneered, not taking his words seriously.

"Yes, so what?" June was not afraid of Wyatt at all.

This little bastard without her could he ever become the Sterling family’s eldest young master, who knows if he ended up disabled like Serena outside.

"Serena deserved to die." June replied.

Wyatt was stunned, never expecting someone who killed could be so open.

"Don’t you feel you did wrong?" Wyatt asked in shock.

Why is his mother this kind of person!

"Did Serena ever harm you, or what? Why are you so cruel to her."

"She didn’t harm me!" June scoffed, "But so what?"

At this point, she thought of Claire Sullivan.

"Twenty years ago, if it wasn’t for Claire Sullivan, I wouldn’t have been violated, nor would I have given birth to a bastard."

No matter how well-behaved or caring Felicity was, in June’s eyes, she was still an unwanted bastard.

"I don’t believe Claire Sullivan ever harmed you."

Wyatt replied directly, "Even if Claire Sullivan harmed you, it has nothing to do with Serena."

Seeing Wyatt defending Claire Sullivan like this, June couldn’t help but laugh, and after laughing, she looked at Wyatt coldly.

"After raising you for so many years, you’re a real ingrate."

What June said, in reality, the one who raised Wyatt was the Sterling family, having nothing to do with her.

She merely took on the identity of Mrs. Sterling, becoming Wyatt’s mother in name.

All these years, not to mention Wyatt, even Felicity she never genuinely cared for, not to say Felicity still working hard for her is quite pathetic.

"You giving birth to me has nothing to do with me siding with Claire Sullivan."

"I stand by justice."

Wyatt spoke up loudly, not changing his mind due to June’s questioning and anger.
