After the celebrations were over, it was inside one of these bases that Sebastian rested before he was visited by the 2 Lord Leviathons.

Once these 2 Lords arrived, Sebastian was not startled, it was like he was waiting for their arrival as he offered them some delicious meat delicacies.

Once the 2 Lords settled down, they did not go straight to the point as the both of them took their time to feast on the delicacy that was offered while they subtly observed this Leviathon who was seated opposite them.

After they gave Sebastian their verdict to go claim the Blood Wreckage before further talks about the Leviathon Empire would be discussed, they did not just leave it at that, they closely monitored every move that Sebastian made.

What Sebastian revealed to them during their last meeting was deep, and they wanted to badly confirm if he was right or if he was just bluffing.

Was he really from an ancient legendary race called a human being?

They were not sure, but what they were sure of was that no mere race in Oceania could produce a beast that would achieve as much as Sebastian already achieved as a mere Red tier predator after only 1 year of growth.

Through their careful monitoring of the Leviathon, the 2 Leviathon Lords did not just get to spectate the dominating take-over of the Blood Wreckage by their kin but they also got to spectate Sebastian’s work in the Shadow Realm.

The Shadow Realm was a unique treasure that could obscure senses, they could not see what was going inside from far away, and that was why they entered also.

When they saw Sebastian entering this forbidden ground, they were shocked, thinking and proving themselves right that this liar was overly ambitious but when they followed him in, what they saw shocked them speechless.

Sebastian assassinated a Black tier predator!

For the first time, these 2 pinnacle Leviathons experienced Sebastian’s terrifying intelligence and strength up-close. After everything, the only verdict and review that they could give Sebastian was 5 stars.

In their mind, they already found their leader.

If at the Red tier realm, Sebastian was already this dangerous, then even their imagination could not fantom how lethal he would be after he finally became a Black tier predator, then a pinnacle one, then finally the Ocean King.

Once they thought of all those, they dared not hesitate anymore. If any of the other races like the Night Rakshashas recognized all this and stole Sebastian as their leader before them, they would be damned.

The 2 Lords ate for 10 minutes before Lord Rudock finally spoke.

"Lord Sebastian, I have just one question, is it true that you are not of this world?" As he asked this question, Lord Rudock gave Sebastian such an intense look that his intention to get nothing but the truth was related.

Sebastian answered without hesitation. "Yes".

Lord Rudock looked at Sebastian for some more before he finally relented. "That settles it then, I have made my decision".

"I support your ambition to become the leader of the Leviathon Empire!"

"I also support your ambition to become the leader of the Leviathon Empire!"

As these 2 Leviathon Lords added that sensitive term ’Empire’ to their race name, their eyes squinted as they seemed to envision the future ahead.

Sebastian let them indulge in their fantasies for a minute before he interrupted. "Thank you, Lords, I am really appreciative of your support".

"From my understanding of Oceania, it takes only 1 Black tier predator to create an Empire. With both of your support, I can realize the dream of the Ocean King to see a unified Leviathon empire".

Once Sebastian said this, Lord Rudock snapped out of his daze then he regained his dignity as a Black tier predator as he smiled.

"Sebastian, 2 of us are not enough, this is the Leviation Space Beast race we are talking of not the Sea Lion race".

"We Leviathons despite being solitary beasts are already one of the strongest races in Oceania. Our climb to become an Empire cannot be a small factor".

"My Lord, leave everything to the both of us".

"We’ll gather our brothers from far and wide, all Leviathons must attend, our rise to become an Empire shall be a legendary event to be remembered".

"Give us a week and all Leviathons will be gathered in the Blood Wreckage".

That was all that needed to be said. With that, the 2 Leviathon Lords left and preparations for the induction of the Leviathon Empire officially started.

In this chaotic period, not only the established Beast Empires aspired to grow, solitary beasts like the Leviathons now aspired to have Empires of their own.

After the 2 Lords left, Sebastian retreated deep inside the Blood Wreckage to rest and recover. After his battle against the Deceiver, he won but he sacrificed a lot, he wanted to rest and recover within this period of one week.

He needed to recreate his Night Rakshasha living doppelganger, and he also needed to prepare for his upcoming trip.

Before the 2 Leviathon Lords left, Sebastian asked them and got information about the temple of enlightenment.

The temple would be open in a week.

A day after the conquest of the Blood Wreckage, news about a supposed leader of a Leviathon army spread across the Dungeon of Souls like wildfire ravaging through a field fueled by the catalyst of harmattan.

Not just the Dungeon of Souls, but other Great Seas heard the news.

After the first event of numerous Leviathons gathering together which was already an anomaly, this one confirmed the conjectures that the Leviathons were about to make a big move, and everyone became wary.

For those who saw the conquest, they could never forget it as the iconic Leviathon led the army of Leviathons into the wreckage like there was no one there.

The unforgettable scene as they swept through all their enemies, wiping them away like a weed, including a Black tier predator was forever ingrained in their brains. After that battle, Sebastian’s fame shot through the roof.

Just a few days later, new rumors said of an ancient beast of a legendary race who lived long before the era of beasts started in Oceania.

The rumors said this beast fell into slumber just before the start of the era of beasts, now he woke up in the form of different beasts. Megalodon, Leviathon, Sea Lion, legends say that he awoke as a member of all these beast races.

Now, he was on a journey back to the top of the beast world to claim his rightful place as the leader of Oceania. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

No one knew who started the rumor or where it started from, but people believed it, and the intelligent ones already associated it with the rumored leader of the Leviathon race.

To some, Sebastian was already a legend of Oceania. To others, he was a long-lost legend who was only reclaiming his glory.

While this rumor circulated amid the death and destruction wrath by the ongoing world war, a week passed and the D-day was here.

The day for the establishment of the Leviathon Empire finally came.
