The Dungeon of Souls became hosts to the 2nd most monumental event in the century after the start of the world war as Leviathons big and small arrived at this well-known and notorious Great Sea in batches.

Due to their solitary nature, only seeing one of them in years, they thought that the Leviathon was a powerful Beast Race that was bordering on the point of extinction but today proved them all wrong.

Today when they were all summoned, all the Leviathons came out of their holes and corners in droves as they all trooped to the Dungeon of Souls.

Traffic was induced like today was declared by the government for environmental cleaning to be observed, and the great war here in the Dungeon of Souls temporarily paused around the vicinity of the Blood Wreckage. 𝑓𝓇𝘦ℯ𝘸𝘦𝑏𝓃𝑜𝘷ℯ𝑙.𝑐𝑜𝓂

Today was not for war nor was it for other beasts, today was for the Leviathons!

All Leviathons in Oceania gathered in the Blood Wreckage.

Despite this monumental event, the Blood Wreckage was not decorated. Innately, it was still wreckage from a great war, the Leviathons left it that way since they didn’t give much of a damn about aesthetics.

They even liked it that way since they preferred the location of their induction into an Empire being a war zone rather than being a safe zone.

Leviathons were war beasts, they were born and bred for war.

Just 3 hours after the rise of the primordial origin magic glow, all the Leviathons were gathered as the event finally started.

Because they were born as purple tier predators, Leviathons like all other Space Beast races had terrible reproduction speed.

They were not up to a million as they trooped into this world but they trooped into this Great Sea in the hundreds of thousands. Perhaps, 300,000, 400,000, or even 500,000 as they moved like giant locusts.

By now, even fools already got the clue that the Leviathons were about to do something big so every outsider steered clear from them.

Lord Rudock and Lord Kronon were present but they were not the only Black tier Leviathons, 2 other Black tier Leviathons, Lord Quema, and Lord Locs were present as they graced this monument event with their presence.

Unlike the establishment of other Beast Empires and variant human empires that had so many formal procedures, the Leviathons were straightforward as theirs had a lot fewer procedures.

The most complicated thing in the schedule was narrating the story of the Leviathon race, and this was done by Lord Rudock.

Once he took center stage, all the Leviathons roared excitedly.

"Today is an unforgettable day in the life of every Leviathon".

"Today is a day that most of us never dreamt of but was the vision of our greatest ancestor, the Ocean King before his death".

"Today is a day that we become something more than just Leviathons".

"Today is a day that we become truly unified".

"The history of our race started all the way from the beginning of the era of beasts. We started like all other races that started from the beginning, we received the favor of the primordial origin magic and were blessed by it".

"Through it, we became what we are today known as, Space Beasts".

"Despite being a solitary beast race, we thrived due to the effort of our ancestors to create the mind domain to unify us despite our distance".

"Through the mind domain and our unique bestowments by the primordial origin magic, we lived exemplary lives and became some of the foremost beast races in Oceania despite never becoming an empire".

"In our history, we have an incredible record of having produced 23 Black tier predators with the honor of also having created the greatest predator in the history of Oceania, the Ocean King!"

"The Ocean King ruled the Origin Peak Sea for centuries as the greatest predator in all of Oceania, he was unchallenged at his peak!"

"At the current age, we have 5 Black tier Leviathons!"

"This is the pride of the Leviathon race!"

"Despite our pride for being one of the foremost beast races in Oceania, we have one big flaw and that is our lack of total unity".

"The Ocean King realized this but it was already too late".

"Our greatest ancestor died because he did not have enough Leviathons who had his back and could protect him from backstabs. In his death though, he vowed to change this paradigm, and is why we are here".

"I and Lord Kronon rose to the pinnacle tier of evolution in the only inheritance ground that the Ocean King left for us, his Domain World".

"Inside the Domain World, he set only one test for us but despite spending centuries in there, we were unable to complete that single test, we failed".

"Decades after we left, another Leviathon chanced on this opportunity and he completed what we could not complete in centuries in a month".

"He completed the test of the Ocean King and received his mandate. He saved all the Leviathons in the Domain World and set out to fulfill the mandate, we are here today to help him fulfill the mandate of the Ocean King".

"The mandate of the Ocean King is for all Leviathons to unite as one and create an Empire with Sebastian, the Conqueror as our leader!"

"Despite being solitary beasts, during every era, Leviathons always have a godfather figure who looks after all of us from the shadows".

"The godfather of the current era who is also the only pinnacle Black tier predator of this era and the oldest Leviathon alive, Lord Gigaman, will receive the honor of crowning Sebastian as the leader of all Leviathons".

Lord Gigaman’s entrance was iconic. This old Leviathon teleported into the ceremony calmly as every other Leviathon exploded into a frenzy.

No matter if they were small or big, though they did not recognize this Leviathon, every Leviathon here recognized his presence. During one period of their life when they felt like giving up, they’ve felt the presence of this anchor.

This was the anchor of the current era of Leviathons.

Once he arrived, Lord Gigaman, the old and gigantic Leviathon laid his eyes on Sebastian as he smiled. "So, you are the chosen of Gatorot".

"Yes, my Lord".

Sebastian knew someone whose respect was due and this old Leviathon definitely deserved one. He answered while paying his respects as he bowed low.

Lord Gigaman smiled on seeing that as he finally spoke.

"Rudock already said it all, so I won’t say much".

"I have seen the prophecy about today long ago but I never influenced it, I let fate take its natural path like it was destined and I was not wrong".

"Leviathons need a leader and here we are, finally having one".

Lord Gigaman finally turned to face Sebastian with the same kind and harmless expression on his face as his right limb extended to touch the much younger Leviathon’s head. "I bestow unto you the blessing of the elders..."

"I bestow unto you the wisdom of the elders..."

"I bestow unto you the strength of the elders..."

"And I bestow unto you the luck of the elders..."

"Today, I give us a new name".

"Today, we become known as the Leviathon Empire".

"Rise, Sebastian, Monarch of the Leviathon Empire!"

"All hail the Leviathon Empire!"

"All hail the Leviathon Monarch!"

"ALL HAIL THE LEVIATHON EMPIRE!"

"ALL HAIL THE LEVIATHON MONARCH!"

With that, it became established, the Leviathon Empire was born and Sebastian became the first Monarch of this mighty Empire!
