The hollow shell as Levin Cloud calls it suddenly moved and hugged the Myrmekes Player. The woody avatar started to crush the Myrmekes Player to death as it was a body made from the roots of the world tree. Levin Cloud knows that he is not that great when it comes to one-on-one duels which is why he needs to improvise according to his environment.

Even if he is a priest type player, it does not mean that he cannot learn ways to deal damage or protect himself. A good priest must have a means of staying alive the longest in a party or else you would be deemed useless once you die. A priest player must always be aware of the surroundings in order to make sure that no one will be targeting them as the start of the downfall of a team is if a support player dies.

"Did you think that you have already won?! If you think that I am going down without anything then you are mistaken! Soldiers and Elite Soldiers! Destroy the roots of the World Tree as much as you can!" The Myrmekes Player shouted as a supreme command has been given to the ant race before her. 𝒇𝒓𝙚𝒆𝔀𝓮𝓫𝒏𝓸𝙫𝓮𝓵.𝓬𝙤𝙢

The Myrmekes Player could only say that command before she is encased entirely of wood but Levin Cloud had to shift his attention to the Myrmekes. All of them suddenly turned mad and tossed all of the potion that weakens the roots of the world tree. They discarded everything onto it and started hacking at the weakened roots.

Levin Cloud tried to sweep all of them but he did not expect more powerful version of the Myrmekes would appear. They were that of the same body type as the Myrmekes Player which means they are the top of the guards that command everything. He already knew what they were but he still checked just to be sure but it still stings that they are what he has suspected.

Species: Royal Guard Myrmekes

Description: The ultimate form of all of the Myrmekes. They are the most elite guard of the Myrmekes and handles everything that she needs. They are also fed with a special syrup in order to evolve into the Royal Guard Myrmekes. Not all Elite Soldier Myrmekes that easts this special syrup will evolve as a vast majority of them die.

It is said that their bodies are evolved to become a living weapon as their carapaces are so hard that even a steel sword will break when used against it. They are also famed for their immense power and lethality. The Royal Guard Myrmekes may serve the Myrmekes Queen but they can also rise to become the monarch of the colony if the latter dies.

Five Royal Guard Myrmekes came out of the colony entrance and immediately charged towards Levin Cloud’s location. Just like what the abilities of the Myrmekes player, the Royal Guard Myrmekes are not much different as they can see energy. In fact, Levin Cloud could already feel it and almost all of those five are at the same level as that of a demigod.

"I think I can manage since they are not fully demigod level beings." Levin Cloud stated but the Royal Guard Myrmekes are still powerful beings.

Levin Cloud could not manually control the roots which is why he simply issued a command for it to rampage. He even made sure to make the rampage as chaotic as possible and that even he will get swept in as it will be random. The roots of the world tree suddenly became just like what Levin Cloud set it to be.

The massacre of the Myrmekes has started and the roots of the world tree slammed at any being that moved. This proved useful to Levin Cloud as he could see that all of them cannot predict what happens. The Royal Guard Myrmekes looked at Levin Cloud like he is a madman but the latter thought it was a sound and reasonable choice.

In fact, Levin Cloud avoided the five Royal Guard Myrmekes entirely and dove his body towards the large number of clumped enemies. Since the rampaging roots target larger groups more as they tend to attack more life signals, he made sure to actually use his body as a homing beacon for all of the rampaging roots. Out of all of the beings there, Levin Cloud is the one that has the most life energy after all.

"STOP HIM!" One of the Royal Guard Myrmekes shouted but that command actually helped Levin Cloud’s plan even more.

All of the Myrmekes below the Royal Guard Myrmekes had followed the command as everything is tied to hierarchy for their race. All of the Myrmekes basically charged towards Levin Cloud without a care for their life. Levin Cloud just smiled as he slammed his hands on the ground and numerous entangling vines sprouted to root all of the enemies in place.

Speaking of root, the rampaging world tree root has detected the area where Levin Cloud is and immediately entangled all of the larger roots together to form a large one. Levin Cloud could only smile as a large tangled root slammed down on his location. Loud and numerous splatting sound came from his location as all of the Royal Guard Myrmekes below are killed.

All of the lesser enemies are killed but Levin Cloud appeared from the area of the massacre. He was the only that is alive while all of the enemies that were near him are killed. All five of the Royal Guard Myrmekes clicked their tongues in annoyance and frustration as they charged towards him. Without the large herd of enemies, Levin Cloud could now focus on dealing with the real ones that could kill him.

Levin Cloud regained full control of the roots of the world tree and used them against the Royal Guard Myrmekes. He cleverly used the roots to constrain, attack, and even defend against the Royal Guard Myrmekes. He thought that he will win but his own mental strength is already dipping low due to the fact that he has been fighting alone for so long. The mental strength to control the world tree is not small and is incredibly taxing to both his mind and body.

"Mind Cleanse!" Levin Cloud casted support magic on himself.

Levin Cloud is basically making sure that he is standing with all of the support magic that he has. In fact, ten or so spells are already being applied to his body. He even increased it to twenty when he grouped up all the lesser enemies. Most of the buffs dissipated when he made a big move earlier but he is definitely not surrendering the world tree.

Levin Cloud controlled the roots once again but the Royal Guard Myrmekes are incredibly dexterous despite the area. The fact that they can also fly using their wings gives them great mobility which is why Levin Cloud could not kill one even if he is trying so hard. In fact, he might be unable to kill one Royal Guard Myrmekes at all.

One thing that he also noticed is that the Royal Guard Myrmekes are learning while they are fighting. It seems that the learning capabilities of the Royal Guard Myrmekes are increased due to their specific evolution tendencies. Before, the roots that he controlled can get close to the Royal Guard Myrmekes but they are easily dodging now in advance.

While Levin Cloud was busy dealing with the five Royal Guard Myrmekes, he did not pay attention or his first threat slipped his mind for a split second. He felt immense bloodlust but he was too late to defend himself because the Myrmekes Player had already stabbed him on the chest. Just as he was about to turn into vines and save himself, the five other Royal Guard Myrmekes used that opening to also stab him.

Levin Cloud’s gaze wandered towards the area where his copy was and he could see that it was thoroughly smashed from one side. The Myrmekes Player also has this disturbing sinister aura around her that drains the life force of anyone she attacks. The carapace that she had earlier was that of a crimson color but her current form is different. The carapace that the Myrmekes Player had is now blue in color while a dark sinister aura is emanating from her.

Levin Cloud tried to move but he could not because the Myrmekes Player and the Five Royal Guard Myrmekes were plunging their weapons on his body. The Myrmekes Player even laughed hysterically as she could not believe that she had to put this much effort in defeating one support player. The Myrmekes Player wanted to torture Levin Cloud even more but she had to focus on controlling her sinister aura to prevent him from even thinking of regenerating.
