Ka-Boommm!!

The sound of a large explosion echoed through a massive wasteland as thousands of monsters were thrown into the air by the shockwave!

[Unyielding Wave Of Destruction] has been activated!

Gretha screamed angrily as she activated another high-level explosive skill in the direction of more monsters and another explosion rocked the entire hundredth floor! The monsters roared in anger as they were blown away and Gretha finally had some time to take a calming breath and relax.

Gretha looked like she had gone through hell and come out the other side! Her clothes were torn in various places and she had a large cut on her left temple that was leaking blood down her face. There was black soot all over her body and a large bite mark on her thigh from a monster that managed to get to her when she wasn’t paying attention.

Gretha sighed and put her hands on her knees tiredly! She has been fighting like this for hours and there didn’t seem like there was any end to the monsters! Is there not a way to get rid of all of them once and for all!? They just keep on coming! If not for the fact that Orochimaru was watching her back, Gretha was sure that she would have died more than a hundred times over! Gretha was barely holding on to the last of her stamina. If she falls here, there is no way she can stand up again.

Boom!!

The sound of a great force slamming into the ground behind her made Gretha turn back and she saw Orochimaru slamming his tail into a large beast that was holding his side. The beast’s head was ripped off its body and it fell to the ground dead. Gretha could see the tiredness in Orochimaru’s movement as it slithered closer to her and allowed her to fly up to his neck. Even the giant snake was already feeling the effect of fighting for so long.

Luckily for them, the monsters around were fewer than before and they now had a few seconds to rest. Gretha rubbed the back of her hand across her chin to clean some blood and she turned to look in the direction of where the majority of the monsters were fighting against an army of shadows.

Han was impressive.

This was the only thought that could come to Gretha’s mind at that moment. Really, there was nothing else she could use to describe what Han was doing right now. Someone being able to singlehandedly handle those many monsters was something she never thought was possible.

There was a literal mountain of ministers on the ground! Hundreds of thousands of millions of monsters that tried to attack Han were all destroyed by Han’s shadow hunters and their corpses were simply added to the mountain.

And on top of a mountain of these corpses, Gretha could see Han sitting down calmly with his sword stabbed into the body of a monster in front of him.

Han had a lot of blood on his clothes and there were some tears on his cloak from the more dangerous monsters that he fought against. But there wasn’t a single injury on him. The only indication that he even fought was the blood on his hands!

Han was taking soft breaths and trying to calm himself after all that fighting. Even after killing these many monsters, there have only been two or three notifications from his system so far. Han already knew that things would be like this as he became stronger. His system no longer recognized this sort of thing as an accomplishment so it was no longer rewarding him for it. Han was now too strong and he was sure that these monsters just weren’t enough to give him any achievement points.

The only thing that was increasing right now were his skill levels. As Han used more and more skills or as he used the same skill over and over again, Han noticed that his skill level was still increasing until it reached the max. That was good. At least, he can gain something from all this. Han looked at his skills tab with curious eyes to see how far he has come.

Both the [Unyielding Armament -D] and the [Iridescent shield of Protection - E] had increased because Han has been using them throughout this fight. His battle continuity was also higher than before since he has been fighting nonstop for hours. As Han looked at [Battle Continuity] he suddenly remembered those four chosen that were sent to earth to try and bring him to the celestial plane forcefully all those years ago. Han chuckled as he got up and pulled his sword out of the body in front of him with a squelch. That was such a long time ago that it seems like a completely different life.

Han looked at the sea of monsters below him and scoffed in amusement. If I go back and tell the me of back then that this is where we will be in two years, will I even believe myself?

"Roarrrrrr!!!"

"Rarggggghhhhhhh!!!"

Monsters from all over finally made their way past the shadow Hunters and started trying to attack Han and Han activated a skill as he pointed his sword forward.

[Electric Railgun] has been activated!!

Bzzzzzzzztttttttt!!!!

The entire sword was covered in lightning and Han swung it around expertly and spread the lightning all around him! The monsters that were trying to attack Han were all struck by thousands of volts and many of them were immediately killed! The ones that managed to survive jumped at Han and Han didn’t waste any time as he jumped toward them and continued the fight once again!

Boommmm!

A far distance away from the fight, a beautiful woman was sitting on a throne and watching the fight through a screen in front of her. There was sweat gathering on her forehead and she couldn’t stop herself from biting her nail nervously as she saw Han cutting down monster after monster like it was nothing! Who the hell is this man!? Don’t tell me that is the mortal Han Luo.

The woman’s name was Rexx and she is the last guardian of the temple. The one that was placed before the final trial to prevent whoever reaches the hundredth floor from getting to the trial. She is supposed to be the most feared trial in this entire temple, but right now, she couldn’t even believe what she was seeing. Han was not what she expected at all! When she realized that someone finally got through all the other floors and reached the hundredth floor, she was ready to destroy that person! She hasn’t fought in a long time so she has accumulated a lot of power in that time.

Her power allows her to create monsters from her blood and control them over any distance. She has been creating these monsters for thousands of years and there was an almost endless supply of them! Well, there used to be an almost endless supply of them! Right now, she was watching this mortal tear through her monsters like it was some sort of joke!! 𝕗𝚛𝚎𝚎𝐰𝗲𝗯𝗻𝚘𝚟𝚎𝗹.𝕔𝐨𝕞

Is this the Han Luo that the celestials have been whispering about all this time!? How scary! If this man finds his way into the celestial plane. It will be a bloodbath! Only the Imperial force will be able to stop him!

Rexx watched as Han cut through another wave of monsters and she put her hand to her head as she felt a headache coming for her! She has to find a way to kill this man once and for all. I can’t let him get to Wrath. If Wrath finds out that I couldn’t do anything about this mortal even with all the power that he gave me, then won’t he just kill me?

Each one of these monsters was capable of taking on a celestial all on its own! Just a single monster had the power of three or four black stars! And Han was treating them like they were toys!

Phwoom!!

Rexx turned towards the screen to see Han using a fire skill to burn through some monsters! Han took a monster by the neck and used that monster to slam another monster towards a third monster! Han dropped the first monster he carried and used his heel to break its neck before stabbing his sword into a fourth monster than tried to attack him from the side!

A chill traveled down Rexx’s spine at the brutality that she just witnessed and she immediately stood up. This has gone on for far too long. At this rate, Han will really erase all of her monsters from existence and then he will come for her! The best thing she can do now is to go and fight with her monsters. Hopefully, she will be able to tip the scale and allow them to have a chance.

Rexx was about to take to the sky but she stopped as she suddenly heard something whisper in her ear. She turned around and she saw a small bat monster there. It was a carrier bat and it was one of the monsters that she made for communication. It could memorize words and then relay those words to another person. Right now, the bat was bringing a message directly from Wrath.

Rexx stayed silent and listened to what the bat had to say and her eyes widened as she heard it! She gave the bat a look of disbelief but the bat just flew away and perched itself upside down on a tree branch. It already gave its message so there was nothing else for it to do other than sleep. Rexx wanted to query the bat and find out if it was telling the truth or not, but she knew it would be a waste of time, so she ignored the animal and started to think.

This may be a chance for her. If she does this, then she would be killing two birds with one stone. She won’t have to fight Han, and she might just escape punishment. Regardless of how confident she sounds, she has no delusions about her strength! Rexx knows that she is not stronger than Han! That man is killing millions of monsters like it is nothing, how the hell will I be stronger than him!?

Rexx bit her nail and her canines became visible as she thought deeply. It didn’t even take her ten seconds before she came to the conclusion that this was the best choice she had! She couldn’t allow this opportunity to go just because it might hurt her pride!

Rexx immediately took off the ground with a loud Boom! and the bat that was hanging on the tree screeched and flapped its wings in annoyance before going back to sleep.

Han was in the middle of battle when he suddenly felt a foreign energy coming towards him from a far distance. This one felt different from all the monsters around him for some reason! Han could sense a lot more power from this energy, and even though it was the same type of energy as the monsters he was fighting, it was also a lot more potent.

Han immediately put his hand up and summoned a large number of railguns around him as he cast the [Electric Railgun] skill multiple times! The monsters all around Han started to roar in anger as they couldn’t get closer to him due to the number of weapons surrounding him! The weapons were too many and the monsters would get hurt if they even tried to get past all the lightning!

Han ignored them as he just sent his shadow hunters to deal with any of the monsters that were too stubborn to stand down! Han closed one eye and aimed directly at the energy source that was heading toward him! The energy source was more than five hundred miles away, but that was nothing to Han! Han could aim for a fucking fly on a different continent if he had to! There is no way that Han will allow something like this to come and join in on this battle. Han didn’t know what monster this was, and he would rather destroy it before it comes and joins the others!

Bzzzzzzzztttttttt!!!

The lightning all around Han started to release a loud deafening sound and even Gretha had to close her ear as she heard it! The sound increased more and more before it finally reached its peak as the railguns shot off into the sky like bullets!

Rexx was on her way toward where she could feel Han fighting to relay the message that she received from her bat when she suddenly felt something strange in the air. What the hell is that? Is there a storm coming? I can feel lightning in the air for some reason!

Hmm. Rexx hummed and looked around as she stopped flying. She narrowed her eyes into the horizon to try and see what the hell was going on and her eyes widened when she suddenly saw something blue flying towards her at an unbelievable pace! What the hell is that!? Isn’t that lightning!?

Phwoom!

Rexx was so stunned that she couldn’t do anything as the first bolt of lightning shot past her cheek and burned a path through the clouds behind her before lighting up the sky in an explosion. Rex felt something wet travel down her cheek and she immediately touched her cheek and saw that her finger was green. She was bleeding!

Phwoom!

Phwoom!

There more bolts came towards her and Rexx had to rush to move away before they hit her! She blasted to the side and tried her best to avoid the other bolts that there coming! She looked behind her and her eyes widened as she saw that they were changing direction to follow her! What sort of messed up power is this!?

Rexx immediately brought out a knife from behind her and cut her forearm open in one slice! She turned around swiftly and spread her blood into the air and a hundred monsters appeared out of thin air from the blood that sprayed around her!

Boommmm!!!

Rexx grit her teeth and shot off again as she heard the monsters behind her explode as the lightning hit them! She didn’t like using her monsters like this, but she didn’t have any other choice right now! She couldn’t charge up any other skills fast enough to block lightning and only her monster creation skill allowed her to block the lightning!

Han hummed as he heard the explosions happening in the area where he could sense the monster from. It seems that the monster is trying to avoid the lightning. Well then, how about I send it something more intense?

[Laser Beam] has been activated!!

This was one of the very first skills that Han ever received from his system, and even to this moment, it remained one of his best skills.

Ten magic circles opened around Han and they started to spin as they gathered up a great amount of Mana from Han and the atmosphere. Han added so much Mana into the magic circles that he heard one of them crack a little at the edge. Han had to stop adding mana because he knew that if he added any more mana, they would implode and that won’t be good.

Han pointed it toward where he could sense the monster and he calculated exactly where the monster would be. It was flying at a very fast pace, but it was easy for Han to calculate exactly where the monster would be when the laser beam reaches it!

Once Han got his calculations right, he fired!

Boommmm!!!

The ground shook and the air around Han started to sizzle as all the magic circles released a huge amount of Mana all at once! Each of the laser beams were as wide as Han was tall and they tore through any monster in their oath as they traveled towards the monster Han was aiming for!

Rexx breathed deeply to calm herself as she finally got rid of the final lightning bolt! That was fucking terrifying! What sort of human has a power like that? Does he not have anything better to do other than training!? There is no way he can gain power like this unless he was a hermit for thousands of years!

But at least I got rid of them. Now to go and give that bastard a piece of my mind! Who the hell does he think he is!? I’m trying to talk to him and he is just sending blasts at me!? I didn’t even show my face yet and he already thinks I’m an enemy!

Rexx started to fly towards Han again in anger and she was already preparing the angry words she would tell him once they meet, but she stopped in her tracks again when she felt something new coming towards her! This time, she didn’t have time to wonder if it was an attack or not! It was like all the warning bells in her mind flared all at once and she knew that if she didn’t activate her defenses at this moment, she would definitely die! There were no two ways about it!

Rexx didn’t even wait to find out what was coming! She just started activating everything that was even remotely considered a defense in her skill tab!

[Absolute Defense - E] has been activated!

[Full Protection - C] has been activated!

[Complete Coverage - 700,000] has been activated!

[Guard of Trust - F] has been activated!

[Anti-Magic - E] has been activated!

More and more skills like these were activated and Rexx wondered if it would be enough. She couldn’t believe that she was thinking something like this, but there was no other thought in her mind at that moment!

Phwoom!!!

Rexx finally saw the blasts that were coming towards her and she couldn’t stop her eyes from widening as she felt the heat! So much heat that even the shields couldn’t stop them completely!

And then the beams hit her straight on!

Boommmm!!!!

Han hummed as he waited to see what the effects of his beams would be. Han put his hand to the side and caught a monster that tried to attack him while he was distracted. He squeezed his hand and a sickening crunch echoed through the area as he broke its neck and dropped it to the side like trash.

Han wondered if that blast killed the monster or not. He can’t feel anything for now, so did the monster actually die? Maybe it did. I’m almost done here, so I should go and find Orochimaru and get moving again. Han turned around to leave but he suddenly stopped in his tracks as he felt something behind him. Han turned around and saw a bat flapping its wings. What the hell is this?

Han’s face scrunched up in confusion as he saw the bat behind him. Is this another monster?

[PLEASE STOP ATTACKING ME!!!!!!!!]

Han blinked in shock as the bat suddenly shouted at him. The bat’s mouth was open and Han could see that the inside of its mouth was like a speaker. Does that mean that someone else is talking to me through the bat? Could it be the monster I was attacking?
