Chapter 50: 050: RAVEN MOLESTED ME.....SHE KISSED ME ON THE LIPS!

I felt muscular hands pull me closer, and I mumbled out some inaudible words softly... I turned my head to the side and felt a soft breath on me: husky, gentle, and warm...

"Hmm," I mumbled, trying to free my hands, but I felt pressure tighten around them and pull me closer. Just like that, my eyes snapped open. I stared at the male gazing down at me but his eyes shut close and I bit my bottom lip.

"Thyrian?" I gasped and pressed my hands to my face, gently scrubbing my eyes. Was I seeing things? How did he crawl onto my bed?

I gently reached out and touched his nose, it was cold and I retracted my hand, that moment his eyes opened. I wanted to say a word, but my head throbbed, and I placed my hand on my head, gently massaging.

"Are you okay?" Thyrian asked, sitting at the edge of the bed and gently placing his large hands on my forehead. I shivered at his touch. This wasn’t the first time, yet I still felt my heart skip a beat. I gently stared at his face, he was worried, and his brows were furrowed in confusion.

"What are you saying?" he asked, and my cheeks flushed red. What did he mean...? But his warm palm made me blink back to reality. "When did you catch a fever!" he said, and I arched a brow in confusion.

Fever? Wait, did that mean my temperature was boiling? My hands flew to my face, covering how flushed and embarrassed I was, but Thyrian didn’t seem to notice that.

"Does it hurt anywhere?" he asked, and I nodded. "My head," I managed to voice out dryly, and he placed his hands on my head, gently caressing.

"I’ll make you some herbal tea," he said and got off the bed. I froze the moment he stood up... He was standing naked and were those legs...?

My hands shot to my face, covering them, but amidst his movement, I peeked through my fingers, taking a quick glance at him. He had changed, the way his long legs shimmered, the scales on his forearms, shoulders, and legs made my cheeks flush bright red.

Thyrian was still moving when I finally made a sound. "When did you get legs?" I asked, and he turned. That was unexpected, but my eyes subconsciously moved down again, and I hid once more, pressing my hands to my mouth, trying to muffle the strange sensation.

Thyrian gazed at me and then looked down. "Let’s not think about that for now, Master. You are sick!" he said and turned away. I felt more embarrassed. Thinking about something like this while running a high fever, I couldn’t help but wonder what he thought of me.

"I’ll borrow some clothes from Azrael," he said and walked off. I couldn’t help but stare at him and lick my lips...

That’s when a knock came from the door, and my lips parted. "Come in," I said, and Liora walked in. She was dressed in a floral gown and brown boots. Her hair was tied in a ponytail, her black hair shimmering as she made hurried steps towards me.

She sat on the bed and held my hands. "Are you okay? I’m really sorry I gave you wine. I thought you could handle your liquor," she said, and I raised a brow.

"What wine?" I asked, and her eyes widened in shock and confusion.

"You don’t remember?" she asked, and I blinked my eyes. I gazed at the door, trying to remember what happened, but it only made my head hurt more. I placed my hands on my head and hissed in pain.

"Don’t think about it," she said and stood up. "I’ll make you some soup," she added and walked off before I could even say a word.

"Wasn’t this body good at holding liquor? Even if I did take a sip, I shouldn’t go crazy," I thought, when Thyrian walked back in with Azrael, who just stared down at me blankly.

Thyrian moved closer and gently touched my forehead.

"I’ll be right back," he said, reaching for the door, but my voice stopped him and Azrael.

"Where are you guys headed?"

"To get the herbal leaves," he said, and my lips parted to protest and say I was fine, but Azrael cut in.

"Thyrian can also use this to practice how to walk. Don’t be selfish," he said coldly, and I sighed.

"You didn’t have to say it in such a way," I mumbled, and as if not waiting for my reply, Azrael walked out. Thyrian stared at me and smiled. It made me smile back, and I looked away.

They left, closing the door shut, and I gently stretched my head, resting it on the pillow, about to fall asleep when the door was pushed open.

"Liora, I don’t really need the sou—" I froze as I stared at who was standing there.

"Bibi!" I called out in shock, and she rolled her eyes, stretching her hand towards me.

"You forgot this with me," she said and dropped the ribbon to the ground. I just stared at it and then back at Bibi.

Really? There was no way she was here just to return a ribbon. Something was really up.

"What do you want?" I asked, and she beamed. "Oh, you know why I’m here?" she asked, and I nodded. She licked her lips and moved closer.

"Do you remember last night?" she asked, and I froze. I really didn’t want to try.

"Come back later, my head hurts," I said flatly, but her eyes darkened, and she stepped closer. She forcefully grabbed my cheeks.

"Your eyes... I want them. They are so pretty," she said, and I blinked. Why did that sound familiar? Just like that, some scenes flashed in my head, and I reached for my head.

"Ahh," I hissed in pain. Why did it feel like my head was bursting? My lips parted, but then she let go of my cheeks.

"Are you okay?" she asked, but I stayed still. It hurt so much.

"Raven," she called worriedly, but that second, a hand reached for her arm and dragged her backwards.

"What are you doing?" Ryker’s cold voice came through. He glared at her, and she stepped back. Then he walked towards me and gently held my head.

"Raven, are you alright?" he asked, and I nodded, but Bibi stared worriedly. Her lips parted to say a word, but then Ryker turned to give her a death glare, and she went cold.

"Whatever," she snapped and looked away, ready to leave, but Ryker’s next words stopped her.

"What did you do again? Are you trying to hurt her again, aren’t you tired? You already did this once," he said, and Bibi’s eyes turned cold. She gazed at me and back at my beastmen.

"Before you blame others, actually look into things," she said darkly and reached for the doorknob, but Ryker gritted his teeth angrily.

"What did you do to her?" he asked again, and Bibi snapped. She slammed her hand into the door, it startled me. She glared at Ryker and then at me, a bitter laugh escaping her lips.

"She didn’t do anything. She just held my cheeks and asked me if I was okay," I said, and Bibi froze. Her lips parted in the air. She pressed them together and opened them to say a word again, but nothing escaped. She held her head and sighed.

"Raven, you’re trying to cover up for her," Ryker said, but I forced a smile at him.

"I don’t cover up for bad people, Ryker. I tear them apart," I said coldly. Seeing my eyes, he understood I was being sincere and turned to Bibi.

"Thank you for not hurting her."

Bibi’s lashes trembled in shock. She didn’t expect him to accept it and actually thank her. She couldn’t even drag it out and just stared at him, then at me in disbelief.

I couldn’t look her in the eyes as I actually did remember what happened last night. I placed my hands on my head.

"Gawd, Raven, what did you f*cking do?" I muttered under my breath, and she seemed to notice it. Her eyes softened, but then a smirk appeared on her lips.

"After kissing me multiple times last night, you better take responsibility," she said shamelessly, and my eyes widened.

Ryker gazed at both of us, and his lips parted. "What kiss?" he asked.

How do I explain this to him? My ears reddened, and his gaze darkened a bit.

"What happened?" I heard Veyra’s voice from behind, and I felt my body shrink. I really wanted to disappear... but first strangle Bibi.

"Kiss?" It was just a light peck on the cheeks. She was trying to kill me deliberately.

My lips parted to say a word, but she beat me to it. "Raven actually kissed me on the lips," she said, dragging out the word lips, and I choked.

"When did I—" My breath was cut short as Ryker’s lips landed on mine, hungry, and he bit down on my lips. I squirmed in pain, but her eyes shimmered in bright victory, and she didn’t stop there.

"How would your beastmen ever react now? He knows you kiss me!"
