Chapter 865: Part 2: Tier-9 Lords vs Tier-9 Black Centipede

When the Tier-9 Black Centipede got hurt, the backlash was received by the Beast Tamer, Samuel.

He was doing a mission not far away from the 5th human zone. He was supposed to return sooner. He didn’t expect the Black Centipede to suffer.

He understood that Lords from the Human Alliance had come. They might have found out which Beast was responsible for the attack.

Now the Black Centipede was facing a problem. Samuel was hesitating. Nobody knew about the human involvement yet.

For now, everyone thought that it was an attack from a single Tier-9 Beast. If he dared to show himself, then they would be exposed.

But he decided to move closer to the Beast’s location and take it back into his mental zone. He was not going to let the beast fight against the Tier-9 Lords.

If anything happened to the beast, then he would receive a strong backlash. This little backlash had already hurt him.

If any major injury occurred, he could be seriously injured. The next moment, he rushed toward the unexplored region. He was going to take back the Tier-9 Beast into his mental zone.

Meanwhile,

The attacks landed on the Black Centipede. Yet, it continued to go deeper. Three of them looked at each other’s faces.

They made a decision. The two middle-aged men took their lifeline beasts back into their mental zones.

Then, they and the middle-aged woman landed on the back of the white sparrow. The white sparrow flew fast. It would soon catch up to the beast.

The middle-aged woman was happy that the Tier-9 Armored Earth Lizard was not disturbed. She thought that the beast was slumbering.

Otherwise, the commotion would have woken it up.

A few minutes later,

The white sparrow caught up to the black centipede. It flew above the black centipede.

Boom!

The next second, it used its wings to release an ability attack.

One after another, hundreds of air bullets were released from its wings at the same time.

They released from the wings. In the blink of an eye, they struck the long body of the Black Centipede.

The air bullets were able to leave behind dents on its defense.

Shriek!

The black centipede revealed a real sound this time. It was hurting. The beast frantically rushed forward. It could tell that its human contractor was coming to the rescue.

The white sparrow swiftly went ahead of the Black Centipede. The next second, the middle-aged man jumped off from the beast.

He used a flight ability to stand in mid-air. Then, he released his lifeline beast as well.

A green anaconda appeared in mid-air out of nowhere. Then, the massive snake landed near the Black Centipede.

The Black Centipede was caught off guard. The massive green anaconda attacked this time. It had missed last time.

This time, its massive body tried to wrap around the centipede’s body. The size of the black centipede looked small compared to the anaconda.

The thickness of the anaconda was huge, while the black centipede looked rather flat despite its strong defense.

Shriek!

The black centipede alarmed. It tried to use its sharp thousand legs to stab the beast. But the flesh of the anaconda was stronger as well.

It withstood the sharpness. But if it continued, the needle-like sharp legs could tear through the defense and injure the beast.

At the same time, the other middle-aged man left the white sparrow and stood in mid-air. He released his Lifeline beast the next second.

A towering black-red ape landed on the ground with a heavy thud.

It rushed toward the long black centipede and tried to crush the black centipede with its bare hands.

The heavy impact created a booming sound. The black centipede panicked. It couldn’t do anything; it was trapped by the green anaconda.

By the time the beast could do anything, the black ape reached the Black Centipede. It raised a huge arm to punch.

In a flash, the punch landed on the back of the Black Centipede.

The next second, the defense of the Black Centipede broke. The punch tore through the scales at the impact site.

Shriek!

The Black Centipede let out a wailing sound. This time, it was truly pinned. Yet, the attacks didn’t stop.

The white sparrow in the mid-air circled around. It then released more air bullets. Hundreds of air bullets shot from its wings.

Swoosh!

In the blink of an eye, the air bullets reached the back of the Black Centipede. This time, the air bullets managed to pierce the scales.

Shriek!

The Tier-9 Black Centipede made a screeching sound. It released its poison ability. Black poison shot from its mouth.

It struck the bodies of the green anaconda, the white sparrow, and the black ape. All of them were hit by the poison strikes.

If they continued to receive the poison attacks, they would be heavily poisoned.

The three Beast Tamers felt the pain experienced by their lifeline beasts. The three Beast Tamers quickly took their lifeline beasts back into their mental zones.

Swoosh!

The three lifeline beasts disappeared from the place.

The Tier-9 Black Centipede fled from the area. It didn’t wait any longer. It went deeper into the region.

The Three Lords stood in mid-air. They didn’t chase the beast because their lifeline beasts were poisoned. They needed to go back for treatment now.
