The fact that Jason killed his brother fueled Stragga’s hatred for the man, and Stragga had been training rigorously for the past few months to make sure he was strong enough to confront Jason whenever he returned! And now Jason was finally coming back home! Stragga’s hand tightened around the tablet so much that the entire thing cracked and broke into pieces in his hand! There was a hot aura flowing off Stragga’s body, and even the Butler Vanta, who was standing multiple feet away, could feel sweat building up on his body as the room grew hotter! Stragga stood up from the bed, and he spoke to Vanta in a gruff voice.

"Prepare the plane. We’re heading to America."

Butler Vanta bowed respectfully, and he spoke up.

"The private jet is already fueled and prepared for takeoff, Master Stragga. But if I may, can I ask what it is you plan to do in America?"

Stragga walked over to one of the large walls in the room, and he clicked a button beside a painting. The entire wall suddenly opened up like a hidden door to reveal hundreds of different artefacts and gadgets behind it! There were multiple high-level magical artefacts, cores, and weapons that Stragga had gathered from the Yellow and Orange gates he had been going into over the years, and in the middle of the wall was a long claymore sword with a large red magic stone embedded in the hilt. Stragga narrowed his eyes dangerously as he answered his butler’s question.

"I’m going to look this Jason Marc in the eye, and ask him why he thought it was necessary to kill my brother. And if I don’t like his answer, I’m going to kill him."

Butler Vanta bowed respectfully, and he was about to wish his master luck, but Vanta blinked in surprise when he suddenly saw a large man who was carrying a large sword on his back rising from the shadows! The man had some strange scales on his cheek, and the man’s aura was so intense that Vanta couldn’t even open his mouth to speak at that moment! Vanta just watched as Stragga turned around in shock and almost lashed out with an attack! Fire burst to life on Stragga’s hand, and he swung it towards the intruder with a shout, but the intruder easily caught Stragga’s hand and stopped his attack in its tracks! The intruder grabbed Stragga by the shoulder, and the two of them sank into the ground and vanished through the shadows!

The room was suddenly drowned in a shocking, unexplainable silence, and Vanta could only stare in absolute disbelief as he wondered what in the world had just happened!

[Tokyo, Japan]

In the lavish personal mansion of the Japanese Prime Minister, a woman wearing a traditional kimono hurried down a beautiful hallway while holding a file in her hand! There was a frantic look on the woman’s face as she hurried towards the room of the Prime Minister, and she quickly knelt down once she arrived at the Prime Minister’s door before knocking.

"Madam Prime Minister. There’s an important message here for you. It’s regarding the superhuman Jason Marc from America... Madam Prime Minister?"

The woman waited patiently to see if there would be any answer, but she was shocked when she didn’t hear anything for a few minutes, and she quickly stood up and apologised for the intrusion before she opened the door! But to her shock, there was nobody in the room, and the woman’s eyes widened as she saw a paper on the table! The paper had a few words written on it in Kanji, and the woman read through them quickly!

’I’ll get her back to you shortly.’

This was the only thing written on the paper, and the woman quickly screamed for the guards as she immediately realised what had happened! The Prime Minister had been kidnapped!

"The head of the SMD is gone! Sound the alarm! Put the country on lockdown!"

"The Enforcers sent a message! They said the head commander is gone as well!"

"What!? What the hell is going on!?"

"The American President is gone, and so is the head of the CIA!"

"The Russian president was also taken!"

This exact same scene was playing out in various parts of the world as multiple world leaders who played vital roles in running the political, economic, and military landscape of the world were simply going missing! No one could tell what was happening, and there was not a single head of state or leader who could fight back as they were simply carried away from the safety of their own home! Presidents were taken from their offices! Guild leaders were taken from their bedrooms! Heads of state and dictators were grabbed from right in the middle of their secure locations and heavily guarded bunkers, and transported away to an unknown location! And after the heads of state were taken away, the only thing left behind by the kidnapper was a single note that read out the same sentence every time.

’I’ll get them back to you shortly.’

But even with this note, the sheer panic and hysteria that tore across the world in that short time would be remembered for hundreds of years! Entire countries were put into lockdown! News channels began to announce the report of missing leaders, and the military was put on the streets to search for the leaders! Many countries thought that one or more of their enemies had been responsible for their missing leader, but when those countries learned that even the leaders of their enemies had also been captured, they realised that they were dealing with something larger than all of them! It was obvious that whoever had done this not only possessed the power to break through the defences of every single major state in the world, but also to bypass all the human and superhuman guards that had been standing watch over the heads of state and simply carry the heads of state away to some unknown place! Although the identity of the abductor was still unknown, to a lot of high-ranking officials in the world, it was a little suspicious that the abduction of so many heads of state would coincide with Jason Marc’s return to Earth, and most of the countries immediately turned their eyes towards America as they wondered if the president of America was behind all of this!

But the countries were all shocked when they discovered that not only had the president of America been kidnapped, but the secretary of war, the director of the CIA, and the Overseer of the SMD had also been taken! The military sector of America had been literally paralysed in that one move! The major powers of the world quickly realised that it was impossible to do anything about this sudden abduction, and the only thing that many of them could do was to wait patiently and hope that their leaders would be returned in one piece!

Jason hummed as he watched his subordinates abduct all the major world leaders and take them to a secure location. Jason knew that what he was doing was going to cause a mass panic, but honestly, Jason didn’t care. Jason had already decided that he was going to begin his plan to improve Earth’s rank the moment he returned to Earth, and Jason knew that the first step to improving the rank of their world was to make sure they got every world leader on board with the plan. Earth was far too weak right now, and the division between all the countries was only going to cause even more issues! The world needed a single power guiding it in the right direction, and even though he didn’t want to do it, Jason knew that he needed to step up and carry the responsibility of making sure their world wouldn’t be eradicated by any enemy that put them in their sight in the future!

Jason was pulled out of his thoughts by Gina’s voice, and Jason smiled as she leaned back into him. The couple was currently standing on the tallest building in Riverdale and watching the city below them.
