A-Xuan waited until he couldn’t hear sounds downstairs to go eat. He opened the fridge and warmed the rest of the pizza he had eaten yesterday. Usually, Charles would always cook for him but now he only cooks for Alex.

Now that A-Xuan thinks about it it’s been 10 days since he stopped cooking for him, which means they’ve been dating for that long. A-Xuan leaned against the counter, narrowed his eyes, and tapped on the counter ever so slightly.

He has never been this angry before. The problem is that he felt like the love he had for his husband was too intense and that it would bite him in the ass at some point and it did.

In this world, he doesn’t love him. A-Xuan looked down, he felt saddened and angry all at once. Before he could think some more someone put him on top of the kitchen island.

A-Xuan looked up expressionlessly, earlier he showed emotions because he was caught off guard but he won’t do it again.

Charles looked at him and felt the need to tease him. When he saw how angry he was after falling for his plan he was happy. Alex is his half-brother so there’s obviously nothing going on between them.

Ever since they were kids he’s been taking care of him because of his poor health. Even Alex saw how much he cared about A-Xuan once he saw the look in his eyes.

And now Charles knows that A-Xuan cares about him too at least a little bit or he wouldn’t be angry.

"Did you like Alex?"

No, I did not. I hate his guts and I hate you. A-Xuan answered expressionlessly:

"Sure."

Charles smiled brightly and then asked:

"Do you mind if he stays here for a week?"

A-Xuan pushed him to get down from the kitchen island and started to fill his plate with slices of pizza.

"I don’t, he can have my room."

Charles asked:

"You don’t mind sharing with him?"

"I’m leaving tomorrow."

After filling his plate A-Xuan threw the cardboard in the trash.

He was about to grab the plate when Charles pulled it and hid it behind him. A-Xuan looked up and saw anger and resentment in his eyes. Are you fuckin kidding me? I’m the one who should be angry!

A-Xuan sneered:

"What?"

Charles pushed him against the fridge and ordered:

"You’re not leaving."

"It isn’t up to you."

"I don’t care you’re not leaving."

A-Xuan tried to push him but Charles wouldn’t budge. He took a deep breath to calm himself and said:

"You don’t make decisions for me. Do you understand?"

"If you want to leave then I’ll just tie you up."

At this point, A-Xuan had run out of patience.

He pushed him forcefully and yelled:

"Do you think I’m going to stay and watch you be close to your boyfriend every day? You are no one to me so you don’t get to make decisions for me."

Charles seemed hurt by his last sentence, he asked in a shaky voice:

"I’m no one to you?"

"Just stop! You don’t get to do this. You don’t get to play the hurt card when you brought your boyfriend here."

How is this fair? He feels heartbroken every time he sees his hurt face when he deserves every insult he gets. He’s the one who has someone, not the other way around.

A-Xuan was so angry that tears started to run down his face. He hates how he can’t control his feelings when it comes to his husband. A-Xuan wiped his tears and ran upstairs.

He sat on the edge of the bed thinking. If he could take him out with him when he’s finally free then he wouldn’t mind having those kinds of intense feelings for him.

But before that, he wasn’t sure his hubby would fall for him in every world and now he has his answer. The only thing that was holding him back was not knowing if they were truly fated and now he knows they’re not.

A-Xuan bowed his head. Charles walked in and stood in front of him. A-Xuan didn’t look up, Charles knelt and showed him a picture on his tablet. A-Xuan didn’t make any move to reach for it but saw that it was a family picture.

There was Charles and A-Xuan could recognize both of his parents from CF, But there was also Alex.

A-Xuan said exasperated:

"I don’t care that your boyfriend met your family. Just get out, I’ll be gone by tomorrow morning."

"He’s my half-brother."

A-Xuan looked at him askance. He looked up Charles’s family in CF but he didn’t see Alex when both he and his Father are public figures.

Charles explained:

"My brother’s mother is my dad’s second wife. He isn’t in the limelight because of his health issues. He’s always wanted to be a soldier and after getting multiple surgeries for years he can finally attend the orientation trial."

A-Xuan looked into his eyes and could see the deep love he felt for his brother and his sincerity. He looked down not saying anything. He thought they were dating but they aren’t but it doesn’t mean he has feelings for him.

Charles said:

"I don’t like seeing you cry and I hate the fact that I was the one responsible. I knew you would think that they were more between Alex and me and I didn’t deny it because I wanted you to be jealous."

A-Xuan looked up at him sharply with narrowed eyes. I knew it, I knew he would never change. He is as shameless as ever!

A-Xuan pushed him hard and Charles fell backward on the floor, because of the force he squinted his eyes in pain. A-Xuan didn’t lose a second getting on top of him.

He grabbed his shirt and yelled:

"You jerk! Do you want me to kill you? If that’s what you wanted you should’ve just said so already."

"I don’t, I want you to love me as much as I love you."

A-Xuan got up from him, he pointed at the door and yelled:

"Get out!"

He walked to the bathroom locking it behind him. He leaned against the door with a silly smile on after taking a relieved breath. We are meant to be together, fuck it I’m not going to worry anymore.

I’ll just be with him and feel how I feel no matter how deep I get into it I won’t care. He’ll be leaving with me anyway at the end. He’ll find a way to get him out. A-Xuan’s eyes flashed in determination.

When A-Xuan woke up he smelled breakfast. He took a shower and went down to the dining room. Charles was sitting around the table waiting for him. He ignored him and grabbed food.

When he was done he got up but Charles pulled him on his lap and encircled his waist. A-Xuan looked at him coldly.

"What?"

Charles tightened his hold as he coaxed:

"Please don’t be mad anymore, I’m sorry. I’ll do whatever you desire."

A-Xuan crossed his arms.

"Whatever I desire?"

"Yes."

A-Xuan said expressionlessly:

"I want Steven to die."

"He was already going to die the moment I found out about his plan to sacrifice you to the soul-eaters."

A-Xuan smiled. Why do I underestimate him? In every world, he always knows who’s after me and wants to deal with them.

A-Xuan circled his neck:

"I’ll deal with him."

"What about Louis?"

Louis after being blown off so many times by A-Xuan decided to help Steven in his plan. He knew what Steven was up to but he didn’t stop or help until he knew for sure if A-Xuan would get back with him.

Now that he knows for sure it will never happen he chose to help. That was all in A-Xuan’s expectations. When the originals died Louis couldn’t care less which means he never cared for him in the first place.

He only cared about his reputation. But this time A-Xuan will make sure Louis dies by sacrificing himself for him.

That way he’ll laugh at his face so he knows he never had feelings for him and it’ll give a psychological blow to Steven.

"I’ll deal with him too."

Charles had a brilliant smile on.

"Good."

"Don’t smile you’re not forgiven."

Charles looked down like a sad puppy. A-Xuan laughed, how can he be so silly? Seeing A-Xuan busy laughing Charles kissed him. When he was done licking every part of his mouth he probed in deeper slipping in his tongue. 𝐟𝚛𝕖𝚎𝕨𝗲𝐛𝚗𝐨𝐯𝐞𝕝.𝐜𝗼𝗺

A-Xuan kept suckin on it until he was out of breath. He pulled back wanting to kill Charles.

Charles watched that frightening change of emotions and asked worriedly:

"What’s wrong?"

"If you deceive me ever again you’re dead. Do you understand?"

"I won’t, I swear."

A-Xuan nodded satisfactorily. His cold eyes thawed and he caressed Charles’ cheek. Charles looked at him, his eyes were full of affection and worship. A-Xuan wondered how he could miss it in the first place.

But that’s the thing when his Gege is involved he tends to become emotional. It’s very odd to him since he’s always been the logical type. He never understood the people who would listen to their hearts instead of brains.

A-Xuan was sure it would never happen to him but he was wrong, it just looks like he hadn’t found his soulmate yet. A-Xuan gave him a peck then got up and left for class.
