A-Xuan woke up alone in his big bed. He was a little disappointed but he knows his husband works early.

He hopped into the shower and got dressed. After eating breakfast he went to Divine U.

He went to his first class and saw Li Dagou In front of the door. He was the seer Ming married and used on the original without his consent in the OGTL.

When he saw A-Xuan approach he sneered:

"What so now you’re too good to eat lunch with us?"

A-Xuan looked down mumbling:

"I-I no I’m not I just work during lunch now."

Li Dagou looked at him and ordered:

"Let me read you."

A-Xuan looked up and said timidly:

"It’s fine you don’t need to, I’m a 3 tiered witch."

Li Dagou narrowed his eyes.

"Are you implying that I’m not a good enough seer to read you?" 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚

A-Xuan just wants to strangle him. Despite Ming’s suspicion lessening he still wants Li Dagou to read him to make sure he is indeed a 5-tiered witch.

When I’m done with you you won’t even be a seer. A-Xuan blinked fast and said nervously while handing him his arm:

"N-No no that’s not what I meant. Here."

Li Dagou sneered and pulled his arm. After putting two fingers on his wrist he closed his eyes. When he was done he just left. A-Xuan smirked at his retreating back. Hopefully, you’ll like the present I gave you...

After class Li Dagou called Ming to meet somewhere private. Ming walked to him and asked without preamble:

"What tier is he?"

Li Dagou smiled.

"Your brother is a 5 tiered witch now."

Ming smiled cruelly.

"He’s not my brother and he’ll be dead soon enough."

"What is your plan for Mystic Warfare?"

Ming explained:

"I’ll pretend to be close to him and act sad when he dies. Everyone will praise me for being friends with an orphan. You know how witches eat that shit up."

Li Dagou said:

"That’s true and we need to show that we are a team."

"I know I’ll show the whole realm how much I love you."

He pulled Li Dagou by the waist and whispered in his ear:

"You’re spending the night with me right?"

Li Dagou nodded happily. Despite what he thinks Ming doesn’t have feelings for him. Li Dagou’s family is very old and they’re intricately linked to the royal family.

They’ve been their seer for generations because of their strong power. Their family has a lot of pull in the realm this is why the king always keeps them close.

Li Dagou is the heir of the family and he has the strongest power out of all of them. He’s beneficial to Ming who is the heir to the throne.

He already talked to him about getting married and of course, Li Dagou is excited about it. A-Xuan plans on making him obsolete and when he is Ming will discard him.

If he hadn’t read the original without his consent Ming would’ve never known he was a mage and at least he would’ve had a chance to stay alive. Just like father and son he must pay.

At lunch, Huang Xing was on his computer looking at the documents he received. He used a seer detective to find out everything about A-Xuan.

Once he read all the documents he felt heartbroken. He saw all the operations he had to undergo after the car accident. He also saw the condition he lived in at the orphanage.

He was malnourished and he stopped growing early on. No wonder he likes to eat so much now that he has the means.

He saw how he worked before and after school ever since he was 7. Everything that he did was so he could attend Divine U and have a better life.

He read the report of his time at the potion shop and saw how he was underpaid and abused. The seer also found out that someone performed a DNA test without his knowledge.

Huang Xing wasn’t shocked that his nephew would do that, he knows that he and his father are the same. But now that Ming knows A-Xuan is his brother he’ll do everything in his power to get rid of him.

He wants to tell A-Xuan the truth about his origin but it would destroy him to know that his father had him killed. If it isn’t enough his brother is trying the same. I won’t say anything and just protect him.

He also saw how both of them signed up for Mistic Warfare. He felt complicated about that, he knows how powerful A-Xuan is but he’s worried he’ll downplay his power again. I’ll talk to him about it tonight.

A-Xuan was in his kitchen warming food while he looked at Ming and Li Dagou’s plotting on his forearm. How can he not see that Ming is using him?

A-Xuan knows how much Li Dagou values his rich heritage, he thinks he’s above all seers. That’s why he’s going to make him lose face in front of the whole realm.

A seer who loses his power of vision can’t even do enchantment. They’re basically reduced to a 5 tiered witch.

Some seers can even be stronger than 3 tiered witches if their power is strong enough but losing the vision would take them below a 5 tiered witch. Even if they’re below their categorized as such.

Just being it would be humiliating for any witch but for Li Dagou who’s part of the royal seers it would be life-ending and it will be.

A-Xuan brought all the food into the dining hall and ran to the elevator when he heard a sound.

Huang Xing was in the elevator with a bag in his hand, when he got out he saw A-Xuan running toward him excitedly. He stopped in place blushing when he saw that Huang Xing saw how eager he was.

A-Xuan stood in place looking at him and biting his bottom lip. Huang Xing put down his bag and opened his arms, A-Xuan ran and hugged him. How can he be so sweet?

Huang Xing who never felt in his life has never cared about hugs or any intimacy beyond sexual release but when he saw his cute excited face he wanted to hug him.

A-Xuan pulled back and asked:

"Have you eaten?"

Huang Xing smiled and grabbed his hand and walked to the dining hall. When he arrived he sat at the head of the table with A-Xuan on his lap.
