Both Loki and Ant Hill were stunned to hear what the dragons had said. They were surprised because the dragons were looking at this situation in the wrong way.

Loki wanted to know what was going on, so he said, "Weren’t you the ones lurking around? We came to fight because you challenged us."

But the cobra dragon asked in confusion, "What nonsense are you talking about? You came out first. Then we answered your challenge to do battle and came to fight."

Loki grimaced when he heard this. Then he muttered, saying, "This is much worse than I thought."

His reaction was mild compared to Ant Hill’s. She immediately shouted at Money Body, saying, "You bastard. You set us up."

Her voice was loud so everyone in the world would hear her as she said, "This isn’t what we agreed on. You said you would set up the rookie and sacrifice him. You told us to help you convince him to go out as bait. You didn’t say anything about using me as bait, too."

When Loki heard this, he first thought that he had misheard. But he didn’t mishear, as Ant Hill was very clear with both her words and her mental transmissions. So he couldn’t have made a mistake about what she was saying.

This made Loki’s face fall as he said, "I was wrong. Now it is much worse than I thought."

At first, he thought that Money Body had lied to them about the number of dragons that were in this direction. He thought that Money Body had withheld the truth that there were two dragons here, not one, so that they wouldn’t be able to back away and let the plan fall through.

He thought all that Money Body was guilty of was going ahead with the plan at the detriment of both him and Ant Hill. It was later that he found out that there were no dragons coming to attack them at all.

So, there hadn’t been two dragons here waiting for them. Instead, there had been no dragons, and the dragons wouldn’t have appeared if they hadn’t come out of their island to come looking for a fight.

This makes it so that Money Body had lied to them about the plan. But it was much worse than that. Apparently, there was another plan that Money Body had discussed with everyone else about how they would sacrifice him.

The more he thought about this, the more he realized that Money Body was playing everyone. After all, Money Body was deceiving him, Nether Flame and Ant Hill, and was also deceiving the dragons.

This made him shake his head and say, "Why is he doing all of these? Is it just so that he can complete the mission and keep all the reward for himself?"

"But it doesn’t make sense that he is risking so much. What if his plan fails? And what does he want to do with all of the divine merit points anyway? It is not like he can use it to advance."

He was confused, and so were the dragons. But the dragons were not willing to let their confusion stop them from doing what they came here for.

The frilled dragon shook its head and said, "No matter. Time to die."

The cobra dragon stuck out its forked tongue for a brief moment in Ant Hill’s direction before saying, "I will take the bug one. You take that shiny one."

Ant Hill was still shouting out Money Body’s deceit and swearing about how she would seek revenge after she reincarnates. But she had to shut up and prepare for battle when the cobra dragon dashed towards her.

She immediately released some of her rank 6 ants from her body. She had taken 15 of them with her earlier. But she was only using 10 now.

As the 10 rank 6 ants came out from her body, she cursed and said, "If I had known that this was going to happen, I would have brought all of the ants with me."

She was talking, but she was also activating her Divine Metacs. Of the two Divine Metacs in her possession, the Ant Hill Metac was the first to be activated.

The Ant Hill Metac used some of her lifespan to strengthen her body with the power of her Cave Heaven. Then the Ant Queen Metac transferred this enhanced power of hers onto the ten rank 6 ants.

The Ant Hill Metac raised her power from 6(Cultivation Rank) × 123 million (Cave Heaven) × 7(Law Fragments), which is 5,166 units of divine power, to 6(Cultivation Rank) × 6(Body) × 6(Divine Metac) × 123 million (Cave Heaven) × 7(Law Fragments), which is 185,976 units of divine power.

But then the Ant Queen Metac transferred this power and used it to enhance the rank 6 ants. This made the power of the rank 6 ants to jump from 6(Cultivation Rank) × 123 million (Cave Heaven) × 7(Law Fragments), which is 5,166 units of divine power, to 6(Cultivation Rank) × (6(Body) + 6(Mind)) × (6(Ant Hill) + 6(Ant Queen)) × 123 million (Cave Heaven) × 7(Law Fragments), which is 743,904 units of divine power.

This makes it so that the rank 6 ants, which are her children, are stronger than her. They are exactly four times stronger than she is. And they are ten in number. 𝑓𝘳𝘦𝑒𝑤𝑒𝘣𝘯ℴ𝘷𝘦𝓁.𝑐𝑜𝑚

Because of the combination of her two Divine Metacs, she was able to raise a small army of helpers to outnumber her enemy 10 to 1. It is only 10 to 1, not 11 to 1, because she doesn’t plan to join the fight herself.

She left the fighting to the rank 6 ants while she distanced herself from the situation. With her helpers successfully set up like this, she regained her confidence.

She muttered with a gleam in her eyes, saying, "Let’s see what’s so great about you dragons."

This ultimate move of hers is why she risked coming to participate in an outpost mission. And if not for Money Body saying he didn’t have confidence in her strength, she wouldn’t have lost so much of her confidence.
