Loki smiled and said, "How about this? If you fail, I won’t get total control of your life. I just want you to leave me alone after the mission for a hundred years."

This time, Ant Hill wanted to accept the bet. After all, there was nothing for her to lose and her freedom to gain if she won.

She was quick to come to that decision, and so was Money Body in coming to his decision. Without thinking about it, Money Body shook his head and said, "No."

He didn’t offer any explanation for his decision. But he didn’t need to offer any explanation because this singular word was enough to make it clear that he had made up his mind to kill Loki after this mission.

Loki sensed Money Body’s resolve to kill him, but instead of getting angry, he smiled and said, "So be it. It seems this will be fun."

In response to what he said, Money Body nodded in agreement and said, "That’s a good idea. You should have as much fun as you can while you still can."

Loki nodded and said, "It is good that you have that resolve because you will be the one to open the way for us. You will do your best for this. I don’t want you to mess this up like everything you’ve done so far."

"This mission will require brute force from you, not your brain or wisdom. So this should be right up your alley and easy for you to do. I don’t expect failure from you for something so simple."

Money Body didn’t say anything in response to the insulting words that were just spoken to him. But the way he glared at Loki had intensified.

Loki ignored his glare and said to the other two, "My brute force over there will take the lead. We will follow him."

He pointed at Money Body and said, "Blockhead will go first."

Next, he pointed at Nether Flame and said, "Blackie will go second."

Then he pointed at Anr Hill and said, "Third-rate ant breeder would go third."

Finally, he pointed at himself as he said, "As the precious cargo, I will go last. If we encounter any danger along the way, you three are to engage the source of danger and give me the opportunity to escape."

Then the Money Body plunged headfirst into the crystal shield. The crystal shield responded with an intense backlash. The strings of the crystal shield vibrated like blades and began tearing Money Body apart.

The backlash of the crystal shield damaged Money Body’s divine body, which allowed the Money Body Metac to add an extra layer of offensive power of the golden rays of light by weakening the crystal shield in exchange for making Money Body lose lifespan.

The clash between Money Body and the crystal shield affected the other three as the golden rays of light had spilled onto them. Loki was safe because he was hiding behind Ant Hill. But the other two weren’t so lucky.

The feeling of the golden light shining on their bodies was similar to a mortal having hot oil poured on them and being set on fire. That way the hot oil will scald their skin before the fire can burn them to a crisp. So the feeling was one of extreme pain. But the worst part was that the golden light froze them and made them unable to run away to avoid it.
