Chapter 1516: Supreme Warrior Sayuri

Klaus wasn’t the kind of person who could be easily impressed by someone else’s strength. In his past lives, he had met many deadly warriors, but most were merely bugs before him.

However, he had met remarkable ones, too.

The Red Fury (Lily), the Shadowless Assassin (Nia), the Asura Queen (Queenie), the Endless Sword Domain swordmaiden (Aoi), and several others had managed to impress him.

All these people had left their names in the history books, so one could only wonder what kind of monsters they truly were. To be remembered long after you were gone meant you were extraordinary.

So if someone gained Klaus’s recognition, it meant they were impressive.

The lady staring at him with a calm yet sharp gaze had impressed him.

What many didn’t know was that all the people who had managed to gain Klaus’s recognition in the past had either defeated him before or come close to killing him.

The main reason was that when they met, Klaus saw only an immovable wall. One good thing about being a Paragon was the ability to see who posed a threat to his life.

Klaus saw no weakness in these people, and that made him recognize them as worthy opponents and threats to his life. In his opinion, all who can contend with him must at least have fewer than 5 weaknesses.

The lady before him was a threat to his life. Klaus saw it, and he knew he had to be careful. However, things dont always go as they were meant to.

She wasn’t the greatest beauty. While she ranked among the top ten beauties above the god-grade Klaus had seen so far, she paled in comparison to Supreme Queen Mirabel and even Supreme Engineer Winnie.

However, her looks were enhanced by her sword aura and curves, especially the fullness of her chest.

She had an athletic build, one perfectly accentuated by her curves and rather round butt that made Klaus wonder if she had been doing squats to maintain that shape.

Her breasts, which were perfectly highlighted by the green leather clothing she was clad in, made Klaus narrow his eyes. Those round breasts were clearly struggling for attention, yet she pretended nobody would admire them.

’Ah, what I wouldn’t give to see those monsters free from their restraints.’

Klaus shuddered, his spine tingling as he sensed a fierce gaze land on him.

Supreme Healer Gideon seemed to have understood what had just happened, so he laughed. However, Klaus and the lady ignored him.

"You must be the Renegade Hunter," the lady said, her expression calm, though Klaus knew she had taken offense at the way he admired her body, especially her chest.

"You can call me Klaus Hanson."

"Join the Warrior College and train under me." 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦

There was no pause in her tone. She had come to recruit Klaus after learning that he planned to join the Engineering College.

Someone with Klaus’s talent would elevate the academy’s image, which in turn would make the Warrior College look good.

However, Klaus had already made up his mind.

"I am afraid I plan on joining the Engineering College. This decision cannot be changed since I intend to explore other options aside from my career as a warrior."

"You are making a big mistake, Klaus. I know you are a great warrior, but by joining the Warrior College, you can further sharpen your experience.

I have already witnessed your battles, and while I see no flaws in them, you can still do better than that."

Klaus smiled and nodded. "That is indeed true. However, I still won’t join the Warrior College."

The lady narrowed her eyes, a bit dissatisfied. "I am Supreme Warrior Sayuri, rank 202 on the Supreme Ancient Chart. Do you really think I do not have something I can teach you? Or do you think being the heir of the Zorvian Race makes you better than everyone else?"

Her tone grew sharp, a clear sign she was angry.

For some reason, Supreme Healer Gideon and Supreme Engineer Winnie moved back, even Eiko sneakily stepping away.

"Let me tell you this. While it is true that someone from that family is no ordinary person, in the past, most warriors from that family were defeated simply because their arrogance led them to see everyone as beneath them.

You may be leading now, but trust me, when it comes to the warriors on the Ancient Charts, don’t even bother counting yourself among them. Having some wins under your belt doesn’t make you the best.

Most importantly, killing a few demigods while only a True Immortal isn’t that impressive, not when the people involved were below average."

The more she spoke, the sharper her voice grew, and the sharper her aura became, forcing everyone to back away.

Klaus stood there, his expression calm, and at some point, a smile formed on his face.

Seeing this, Supreme Warrior Sayuri became even sharper with her words. However, after she managed to say what she had to say, a frown appeared on her face.

"Why are you smiling?" she asked, her brow knitting.

"I just realized you look like a friend of mine. She was hot-tempered, and whenever she gets mad, her personality flips, turning her into a vixen."

"Are you calling me a vixen?"

Klaus felt his body lock in place, but he didn’t feel threatened.

"No need to get mad at me, Supreme Warrior Sayuri. I am actually impressed by how you managed to control your anger. Kitty clearly never had that much grasp over her emotions, which ultimately led to her own death."

Klaus grinned and snapped his finger silently, causing a green light to flash across Supreme Warrior Sayuri’s eyes.

For a moment, her aura changed. However, before anyone could fully sense it, it vanished.

"I won’t join the Warrior College. However, I will come there to train with the disciples and even fight for you if you want. Also, until you find someone who has five law affinities, including elemental law, and can wield any weapon, know that I am indeed better than everyone."

Klaus rose into the air, and his leviathan appeared, taking both him and Eiko away. Before leaving, he turned to Supreme Engineer Winnie.

"I will be waiting for you at the Engineering College, Headmistress."

Klaus was gone, and the three Supremes were left standing there.

A few seconds later, Supreme Healer Gideon giggled and said,

"What an interesting and handsome guy. I want to play with him so badly."

His body stiffened when Supreme Warrior Sayuri suddenly shot him a sharp look.

"Chill, Sayuri. No need to direct your anger toward me." A fan appeared in his hand, and he used it to cover his lips.

"If anything, blame Winnie for snatching a gem from you."

A revolver appeared in Supreme Engineer Winnie’s hand, gleaming with lightning essence. A deadly bullet formed from Ice appeared right inside the barrel.

"Gideon, even if I can’t take on Sayuri, know that I can still riddle your body with holes if you dare throw me under the bus. While I am glad such a monster chose my college, I have no plans to monopolize him."

With a smile on her face, Supreme Engineer Winnie turned to Supreme Warrior Sayuri.

"Sayu, fear not. I will make sure the kid comes around often to train in your college."

Supreme Warrior Sayuri stood there for a few seconds before a smirk formed on her face.

"No need. Whether he comes or not, I don’t care."

With a sharp turn, she flew away, leaving the two Supremes to sigh, Supreme Healer Gideon even wiping sweat off his forehead.

"She scares me," he muttered, a giggle somehow blending into his words.

"What a monster," Supreme Engineer Winnie also muttered.

What none of them saw, however, was that just as Supreme Warrior Sayuri turned away, a smile formed on her face.
