A look of gentle nostalgia and deep emotion flickered in Xander’s eyes as his fingers closed around the hilt. He muttered softly, "It’s been a long time, old friend."

The Sun & Moon Blade responded with a pulse of light, as if answering his words.

Emrys stood there in quiet awe. He had wielded the blade before, but never had it shown such emotion, such attachment, and such spirit. It can be seen that even though this weapon now belonged to him, it was not truly his. Whenever he wanted, Xander could easily control the Sun & Moon Blade.

Emrys suddenly realized it’s not good to always own someone else’s weapon. Whether it is the Deformed Abyssal Sword or the Sun & Moon Blade, both came from someone else. If he truly wants to own a weapon, he must forge it himself.

Thus, after leaving the Sun & Moon Celestial Empire, Emrys spent another five hundred years gathering all sorts of rare and unique ingredients and materials.
