"Sara. Can I leave now?"

"What?" Sophie looked towards her confusingly. Why did Laty lie to him?

But before she said more words, Laty dragged her away immediately.

When they returned back to their teacher, Sophie was taken away by her mother. Before leaving, Sophie swore to Laty that she would wash her uniform before returning it to Laty.

Laty pressed her lips and smiled. She waved a hand towards Sophie and said, "Not necessary. Ask your mother to give me the money to buy a new one. I don’t like the clothes used by others. I won’t wear it again."

Laty stood together with her teacher, waiting for Miss Lara, her mother.

It has been so late. But Edie hasn’t shown up. She must be on the photographing spot. She couldn’t pick her up on time today. Crap. Why couldn’t she make the schedule in advance?

Stupid woman.

While she was upset, her teacher was already distracted by a man standing at a distance.

She was so familiar with such facial expressions. When Edie employed the male model, her facial expression was exactly like that.

"Miss, my mom might be late. I should call her now. You don’t need to wait for her with me. I can go back to the taxi."

"Laty?" Stuart repeated this name. He squinted and asked one more question, "Where does he live? How many families does she have?"

"He? But she is a girl. I don’t know how many families she has. But I often see her mother. She is really a kind woman."

Stuart’s heart started beating faster and faster after being peaceful for all these years.

He returned back into his car and said, "I want to know everything about that kid."

Within ten minutes, all information about that kid was sent into his email.

"Laty Jackson, born on 28 May 2010 in Sun District, A. The house had been rebuilt. Her mother, a famous photographer Miss Yates, held People-theme photographing exhibition for three times, sightseeing-theme for four times and Europe-theme for thirteen times."

Stuart stared at the photo of the photographer for a long time. He finally confirmed it was Edie Lara, without any doubt.

The woman he’s been missing for five years was still alive. She was leading a good life here in this city. His daughter was still alive. She didn’t die at the moment when she was born. She was studying happily in kindergarten now.

"Was it...Miss Lara?"

Ivan read all those documents before Stuart. He asked shockingly.

Though her identity in these documents looked so strange to Stuart, Stuart was so familiar with this face. It was Edie. It was definitely Edie.

How could it be possible? How could it possible that she was still alive?

When Ivan said these words out, the atmosphere in the car became weird all of a sudden. Ivan looked towards Stuart. At the moment, he looked so joyful, as if he already has gotten the most precious thing in his life. He couldn’t hide that joy.

"Do you....do you want to find her now?"

"No. I have another plan."

Stuart calmed himself down. He became so rational now.

He knew why she left because of their last generation conflict.

If he appeared in front of her so suddenly, it might end with the opposite of his wish.
