Autumn Shelby’s expression remained unchanged, but inwardly, she scoffed.

’Her first request wasn’t too outrageous, but this second one... She really doesn’t know her place, does she?’

’Uncle Quinn saw through her intentions and decided she should marry Miles to form an alliance? Please. It’s more likely the Grant Family is eyeing the Quinn Family’s status and desperately trying to marry their daughter off into it.’

Her words dispelled all of Chloe Grant’s doubts and worries. Seeing her take so long to respond just now, Chloe had thought she was going to refuse.

Chloe Grant was overjoyed. "Miss Shelby, then it’s a deal."

Autumn Shelby smiled as well. "It’s a deal! By the way, since we’ve hit it off so well and we’ll be sisters-in-law in the future, let’s not be so formal. I’ll just call you Chloe, and you can call me Autumn."

"Okay!" Chloe Grant agreed readily, then called out sweetly, "Autumn."

She picked up her coffee cup and added, "Autumn, let’s toast with coffee instead of wine. To our successful collaboration."

Autumn Shelby also raised her coffee cup, clinking it against hers. "To a successful collaboration!"
