Chapter 536: Broken Luck Meter
Chapter 536: Broken Luck Meter
Ashira was only around 4 meters long from head to tail and probably had a wingspan of 6 meters if she stretched her folded wings.
She had the delicate feminine features expected of a female Wyvern. No, her looks were far better than the average female Wyverns Leo had seen and killed. Even her obsidian scales had a deeper reddish hue beneath them, and Leo was sure she must have been popular among the male Wyverns.
Heh, my tamed beast is just like me. Bagging the most beautiful woman for himself.
Leo was internally satisfied with Agnivar’s choice, like a dad proud of his son.
"L-Lord Noble Dragon, please!" Ashira immediately dropped to the ground and pressed her head against it, not even looking at Leo as she bowed in complete submission.
"Please! I beg you!" she pleaded desperately.
"Spare Agni’s life!" She gulped.
"Instead, take me!"
By the end, tears were streaming down her eyes as she recalled how her mother had been ripped apart and thought that now the same thing would happen to Agnivar.
"Lord Nobl—"
Smack!
Agnivar smacked Ashira on her prostrated head with his folded wing.
"AH!" She held her head, the strike seeming surprisingly strong.
"Agni! What are you doing?! Don’t be disrespectful to a noble dragon!" she shouted at him and once again prostrated herself.
"Lor—AH!"
This time, Agnivar struck her on the butt.
"Master, please tame her quickly, or else she will keep forming stupid scenarios in her head."
Leo felt amused by the scene in front of him, especially after Agnivar smacked Ashira’s butt.
Is this how Professor Katherine felt when I kissed Lily within range of her senses? Leo wondered.
By now, Ashira seemed completely confused as she looked back and forth between Leo and Agnivar.
"W-what is happening?" she asked.
"Agni... Lord Noble Dragon is your master? Did he take you as his student?" she asked repeatedly.
"You will get your answers when we are in a safe place, and right now, this man, my new master, is the only way out of the danger we are in," Agnivar said seriously.
"The Noble Dragons have decided to exterminate all of us brothers and sisters."
He paused.
"And do you want to know something?"
"W-what?" Ashira asked, her eyes glancing at Leo every now and then.
"Our scumbag father sold our lives in exchange for his own freedom. Do you still respect him?" Agnivar asked.
"No... T-that can’t be..." Ashira muttered as her wide eyes looked directly into Agnivar’s calm ones.
"Let’s talk about that later. First, accept Master’s taming seal," Agnivar said.
Ashira nodded with a determined expression.
Leo stepped forward.
"You will address me as Lord from now on. Drop the master salutation."
Agnivar nodded.
"Alright, Lord Leo."
Even Agnivar seemed more comfortable saying it.
Leo simply stepped forward and extended his palm to tame Ashira, and she readily accepted.
Ding!
>Taming Successful.
Um? Oh, yeah. She is still at the Juvenile stage.
Leo noted that there was no worldly interference when he tamed Ashira like there had been with Agnivar.
Since her intelligence was still at the Juvenile stage, there was no need. That also meant he wouldn’t be able to form a direct blood bond with her and ascend the bond to the Soul stage after naming her like Agnivar.

Ding!
>Beast’s strength too low to be able to share attributes.
While Leo had just finished taming the female Wyvern, Zerathra had her eyes wide in the shadows.
Both she and Gunther had decided to follow Leo since watching him was more interesting than the Dragons, who were monotonously sucking up the Wyverns one after another.
"That’s another variant of a hoarding Wyvern..." she muttered.
"And that too, a female... those always tend to have some great support-type talents."
"Human, get your student’s luck meter checked. There’s something terribly good about it," she said.
"If it works, don’t touch it," Gunther replied.
"That’s how I’ve been alive till this day."
Back to Leo’s location—
"L-lord is a human?!" Ashira blurted out, completely baffled.
"Then why does he emit the aura of a drago—no... now that I look closely, it’s similar to that of a strong Wyvern. But how?"
"Don’t worry about that. You will have lots of time to figure it out," Leo said.
"But on that account, does it bother you that I have killed and will be killing the Wyverns present here? I mean, they are your brothers and sisters."
Agnivar snorted.
"I would have killed many of them myself if not for Father’s rule of no killing. I don’t care if the rest of my so-called brothers and sisters are massacred."
He glanced at Ashira.
"My only concern is her safety, which those bastards always threatened."
"Though I hate to say it, it was thanks to Father’s no-kill rule that Ashira had been alive till now, or else the other women would have already killed her out of sheer jealousy of her beautiful looks. This would have happened before I had even found her."
At that comment, Ashira seemed embarrassed as her tail swayed left and right.
Leo took the opportunity and asked her.
"What about you? You should also be fine after I kill the others, right?" Leo asked while her mind wasn’t in the right place.
"Uh? Y-yes... I guess so?"
