Demon's Lust: making a harem with lust system
Chapter 161: Tight defense
Each day passed like hell for Alexandria; between the resistance, no one trusted her. As a result, she was put in charge of monitoring five of the smallest crystal farms on earth, each barely giving 10 crystals a week. And the squad that they gave her was even messier: four men that were quited from being vice generals.
Each day they tried to flirt with her and get into her pants. After rejecting all of them, they still persisted to get into her pants.
On social media things were even worse; on the list of most hated humans on earth, General Armstrong was number one, and the second place belonged to her. She barely posted anything on her pages anymore; all the comments were mocking her to change sides if she got defeated again.
Checking her phone on the bed, she saw a wild comment from a post that had a picture of Jade waving hands at millions of people in a plaza.
Our queen will save us all.
"Your queen can’t do shit without her shadow..." Alexanderia cursed inwardly; no words of the true leaders had been spoken to the public. King of Silence and Ray both worked in silence.
Angry with the universe, she started to get ready for her day; they had given them a shitty place in the shittiest place of the underworld. Her duty was to simply watch over some rocks giving birth to more rocks.
Drying her hair after the shower, Alexanderia missed her long hair. They reached the ground, yet for a change she had decided to cut them; now they barely reached her shoulders. "Another boring da-"
The ground shook as five explosions happened one after another. The location seemed to be exactly at the crystal farms.
Around each crystal farm, a small village was made for people that traded or helped the harvesters, with a small market usually crowded with underworld people looking for anything to find a way out of the shithole they lived in.
Each place that Alexanderia checked on had vaporized. No village or farm had remained; only huge holes in the ground in their place could be seen.
"The attacker shouldn’t be that far..." Alexanderia took out her katana; her squad members were all level 7. If they died so easily, that meant the attacker was not an easy target.
Scanning kilometers around herself for any living thing, a human moved with insane speed toward the entrance of the underworld.
Going after the target, soon two other people joined her; one was General Ith, the other one one of the seven kings; she had only met him once.
Seeing the worried look on their face, Alexanderia asked, "Other farms have been destroyed?"
"All 42."
"Damn..." The trio followed the trace; it seemed to lower its speed, but others joined them one by one.
A group of eight people arrived in front of the entrance to the surface; it was a tunnel made by generations before. In front of it, a man in full black clothing stood, with severed heads in each hand.
The group of eight had two generals and five kings, with Jade leading them, standing in front of them.
Getting closer, everyone recognized who the heads belonged to. The dark lady and a man named Green Iron, both being from the kings and both level 9.
"How did he kill them without making a mess?" Alexanderia thought while shaking, "They outnumbered the man by a big margin, yet all of her senses told her to run as fast as possible."
Jade flew higher, standing in one line with the quiet person; the numbers were behind belief; half of the underworld was already destroyed in less than an hour.
Her blood boiled with rage. "King of silence."
A sweet voice came out from underneath the robe. "Run? From whom?"
"Heaven’s door."
White clouds made a wall around them, with all types of projectiles launching toward the king.
Alexanderia summoned her lock; it couldn’t kill him, but disabling some of his body still could give them an advantage.
Behind the A-line, a woman used all three pieces of equipment; her magic gave strength and magic to everyone else on the field as she wanted.
"Ligh—"
A hand crushed her head with one single strike; brains and blood sprayed on the black clothing.
Horror took over the rest of the people; he had disappeared from their sight, and a teleport would have taken seconds.
"It’s light magic; be on your guard," Jade yelled, breaking their frozen bodies. They had one support in the group that was already dead, two tanks, and the rest were just fighters with weak defenses! "Stick together, you two, with me; hold the front line against him. The rest attack until we find an opening."
Instead of attacking, they made a circle with Jade and two other men with shields guarding the four other people inside. Summoning two armored soldiers, Jade closed any gap in their defense.
The king stayed there, letting them do whatever they wanted.
"Kira, attack with all your might."
The woman next to Alexanderia summoned a bow from her system.
"Poison field."
From the ground, arrows were shot into the sky, with each one exploding into a green cloud of radiation. With a shield of three level 9s, nothing could enter their space; the outer space was different. The whole world turned green.
Not wasting a breath, millions of spears attacked from the sky, penetrating the sky. Jade kept herself calm. "If he’s like Ray, he should go after one of the tanks."
Swinging her staff, two armored soldiers came to be next to each one of them.
"He’s coming." Alexanderia said with her katana, making a shield of death upon the layers of their thick shield.
For a second, Jade felt a strange aura from the green fog before a beam of light hit their shield. Its target was the man behind him with ice magic, yet Jade’s body was frozen. "Run..."
The beam of light crushed each layer of their defense, vaporizing half of the man’s body and another person’s leg.
All the faces turned to the figure in the green fog; among all of them, only Alexanderia had the courage to speak the words on everyone’s mind: "He’s an immortal..."
