Chapter 120: Not Playing Apex Live Again!

Mia was stunned. Her big brother’s reasoning made sense. She recalled what Ben had said, causing her to ruminate deeply about learning sword.

In the end, she turned silent but also means giving her big brother a silent treatment until they arrived at Residential Wings.

Felix entered to his room and rested after packing his things, waiting for Krisha to tell him they would finally depart.

Meanwhile, Krisha and Mia were packing their things, twice or almost thrice than Felix’s, while chatting with each other.

Mia hesitated for some time until Krisha had to assure her it was fine to ask her.

She asked, "Do you really feel okay having been almost killed by my big brother?"

Krisha smiled bitterly. She took a deep breath and exhaled for some time, not out of anger but also to force her brain to reply what was proper.

"If it was real sword, then I might get really killed by your big brother. But such is the cruel way of learning how to fight with a sword. You learn sword techniques to defend yourself and to murder others.

Though, of course it’s mostly about defending yourself, not only from humans but mainly beast attacks.

Anyway, me and your big brother was fighting with wooden sword. Though it’s possibly he might kill me, but there’s no way he would. He might kill himself if he did so." Krisha laughed awkwardly.

Mia fell into contemplation.

She said in a tone like she was about to cry, "I-I didn’t know about that."

Krisha smiled. She walked towards her and hugged her deeply.

"Don’t know about what?"

"How dangerous sword is. I thought it’s like playing toys."

Krisha couldn’t hold herself from laughing. Mia was confused by her reaction, but it made her calmed down somewhat.

After a while, Krisha said, "Someday, Mia, Someday, you will understand. For now, treat the sword as toys. Treat your enemies, like your big brother as villain you want to fight against. Don’t think about killing him, just think about of defeating him."

Mia’s eyes widened. Her perception was instantly altered by what Krisha had said.

She thanked Krisha again and again, causing the latter to feel an immense relief. For the next half an hour, under Felix’s constant messages of how they were doing, the girls were finally ready for their departure.

Krisha had also just contacted Lucia and received a message that she was already waiting outside.

Krisha also messaged Felix that they were also finally ready now.

When they opened the door, Felix was already waiting, with the same impatient expression on his face.

As soon as his eyes landed at Mia, his face changed and suddenly grabbed her bag. Mia didn’t resist and gave it to his big brother.

Krisha said, "I fed PengPeng. That’s why we took so much time."

Felix said nothing, turned around, and began walking.

Krisha simply smiled and followed him, carrying a bag and a suitcase with another bag above it.

Once they reached the cafeteria, every inner disciples, including Isaac and Damian, were present.

Felix stopped on his track. He had never expected them to line up in a position, with Jayden and Damian on his either side.

Jayden took a step forward and patted his shoulder, saying, "Thank you for your staying here, Felix."

Damian took a step forward and waved his hand at Krisha. "Thank you for staying here, Krisha."

The rest of the disciples, including the reluctant Isaac, then said simultaneously, "Thank you!"

Felix and Krisha were flabbergasted. They did not expect the surprise prepared by the inner disciples.

Felix was genuinely happy. He hugged Isaac and said to the rest of the inner disciples, "Thank you, as well."

They didn’t bid farewell to each disciple. Felix and Krisha appeared in a hurry, so they didn’t block his path. They simply watched them descended into the stairs, where the outer disciples had also gathered to surprise and bid farewell to Felix and Krisha.

Thankfully, Felix and Krisha positioned themselves in the middle of Mia, where she could easily reach out them whenever she felt anxious by the crowd of people.

Hence, Mia was able to hold herself and even laughed after seeing Felix and Krisha’s face in the wooden stick.

Like the inner disciples, the outer disciples didn’t dare to block their path, even restraining themselves from desiring to get their signature.

Felix and Krisha also didn’t linger longer. After meeting Ben, who failed to have an interview after their duel, and greeted briefly with him, Felix and Krisha finally left the Residential Wing.

When they arrived at the gate, they were stunned that every instructor present were waiting for them.

Instructor Frank, Instructor Albert, and more other instructors, including Instructor Arlo himself.

Felix and Krisha greeted each of the instructor, except Instructor Arlo. The other instructors didn’t chime in to introduce Instructor Arlo to them—they had already a slight idea of the reason Felix and Krisha purposely ignored him.

However, Mia wasn’t aware.

Hence, she said, "Brother, Big Sister, you still haven’t bid farewell to that guy."

Felix and Krisha didn’t respond as Instructor Frank and Instructor Albert opened the gate.

Felix urged Mia to pass the gate first where the blue sedan was already waiting for them, with Krisha behind him.

Once they finally passed through the gate and was about to close by Instructor Frank and Instructor Albert, Instructor Arlo shouted from the other side, "I swear I won’t play Apex Live again!"

The gate was shut. Silence ensued. Mia turned around and stared at Felix and Krisha, who were dumbfounded by Instructor Arlo’s antics.

Mia innocently asked, "What is Apex Live?"

Felix and Krisha were speechless. They stared at each other for a while, perceiving the anger swelling inside them on Instructor Arlo.

Krisha thought. That damn old shits. He just won’t leave us alone in peace!

Felix thought. The next time I sees him, I’ll break his bones. His eyes turned sharp.

"Brother? Sister?" Mia’s voice woke them from stupor.

Before Felix and Krisha could reply, Lucia opened the door and the noise startled Mia.

Without hesitation, Felix and Krisha hastily changed the topic and urged Mia to rest inside the blue sedan.
