Chapter 1024

Dashing forward, Fenrir wrapped his entire body with lightning, causing the earth to get scorched with every single step he took.

The closer he got to the enemy, the higher he vaulted off the ground with his head pointed forward like an arrow.

Then, he began spinning rapidly while the lightning surrounding him grew in intensity.

He kicked the air behind him and shot forward while still spinning repeatedly like a broken arrow.

Within seconds, he crashed directly into the midst of the Otherworlders.

The force of his spin and the lightning surrounding him not only amplified his destructive prowess, but it also scattered the gathered enemies like leaves in a wind storm.

Some unlucky ones got shredded as Fenrir ripped through their bodies as if he were an arrow himself.

The moment he came to a skidding halt deep within the heart of the enemy, the cloud overhead thundered loudly.

Soon enough, strikes from above crashed downward, electrocuting the enemies surrounding him, thereby paralyzing them and keeping them rooted.

The moment they were stuck, a pair of lightning swords flashed into his grip as he bolted forward with maximum pace.

Within seconds, bodies smashed into the ground in wet thuds.

With his curved blades in hand, Gunther deflected a sharp sword thrust aimed directly for his chest.

Then, he sidestepped a wind gale from the enemy before rushing forward with overwhelming speed and bashing his sword into the chest of the man before him.

Before the body could crash into the ground with a thud, he grabbed him by the chest, swirled Ki around his feet, and rocketed forward with the body in front of him, shielding himself from any and all incoming magical attacks.

While doing this, he was actively pushing the enemy back, using the body as a battering ram.

Then, in one fluid motion, he vaulted backward as flames engulfed the position where he stood just a moment ago.

He grabbed his blade, then swung it forward, unleashing a visible ki slash that tore right through the flames and ripped a deep gash across the chest of the attacker.

Spinning around almost immediately, his hand snapped in place.

Clang!

He intercepted a sword strike fluidly.

Smirking, he parried the attack away before blurring forward and bashing his head into that of his attacker, sending the man’s body rising above the ground and ricocheting away with immense force.

Dante stepped into the battlefield without a single change in his expression.

Beasts growled fiercely in his direction, yet before they could even decide to charge his way, the earth trembled.

It surged upward with hands made entirely of earth, whooshing forward with tremendous speed.

Within moments,

BAM! BOOOM!

The hands crashed onto the beasts from above with a destructive force that even caused the ground to split open under the weight of the slam. 𝑓𝑟ℯ𝘦𝓌𝘦𝘣𝑛𝑜𝓋𝑒𝓁.𝑐ℴ𝓂

Snapping his head to the side, the hands moved in place, shielding Dante as a volley of ki swords were hurtling his way.

The hands blocked the attacks with only a few rocks falling off their surface.

Swinging the hands aside, the attacks crashed away from him safely.

Shifting his foot subtly against the ground, a dozen earthen spikes burst out with incredible force and speed.

Within moments, they had entered and exited the other way from the enemies’ chests.

The earthen hands clenched their fists and rose upward for a moment before descending downward into the midst of a hundred men.

WAM! BOOOOM!

The force of the smash sent a violent shockwave blasting in all directions and flinging the gathered men away like they were nothing more than discarded rags.

Dashing through the shockwave created by Dante, Sol could be seen.

Mid-run, she grabbed a few spears which were now hung securely around her waist.

Now in her hands were swords that she had picked up a short while ago.

Springing to the side, ice spears crashed into where she was just a moment ago.

Without losing her stride, she kept rushing forward when her hand snapped into place, parrying a sword slash to the side.

She kicked upward with her free hands, grabbing a hold of the man’s head, and then her knees hammered into his face with all the strength her petite frame could muster.

Crimson droplets burst out as the man’s head was flung backward.

Flipping forward, Sol landed on her knees.

Her hands were placed firmly on the ground for a few moments before she suddenly erupted to the side, dodging a sharp wind blade that gouged the terrain where she stood just a moment ago.

A sudden rush of air was speeding her way from the flank.

She immediately snapped her head in that direction.

A shimmering rune appeared directly between her face and the incoming punch, and from the magical sigil, a violent blast of wind roared out, smashing into the man’s face and sending him crashing backward.

Nearby, a young woman could be seen surrounded by enemies, yet she looked completely unfazed, behaving as though she were in a social lounge of some sort and not on a deadly battlefield.

"Uh... now how do I take care of you all? On the bed or..." Lyra smiled.

Yet, the enemy men were entirely unfazed as all manner of elements flared to existence around them.

"Oh? My charm didn’t work on you lot? Tch! Then you can just die."

Wind howled around her frame with extreme intensity and soon enough, sharp wind swords rippled outward with full speed, bashing into their ranks and piercing straight through their defenses.

Twirling around with fluid grace, she held out her hand, pointing it directly toward the main battlefield.

"Wind tornadoes."

And the element responded instantly as a dozen razor-sharp tornadoes howled into existence and surged forward.

Their rotating tips tore up the ground as they raced forward.

Within moments, the enemy vanguard was decimated as energy and force sprayed across the clearing.

Bang!

A heavy cannon blast from Randin, who was still positioned securely on the roof, shot across the sky, and a concentrated ball of energy crashed into the midst of a few charging beasts.

Though unable to instantly kill them due to their high durability, it still injured them significantly as the other allied mages blurred into motion to capitalize on the opening.

The overall scales of the war were beginning to tilt steadily in the Supreme Magus’ favor.

And the warrior mage hadn’t even personally joined the fray yet as he kept watching from his vantage point.

Likewise, the main enemies hadn’t moved either, biding their time while observing the core forces of the Supreme Magus act out their strategies.
