Chapter 556: Leaving For The Temple Of Enlightenment.

The Leviathon Empire was established on the foundation of the Blood Wreckage under the witness of the whole world.

Once this newest Beast Empire was established, it spread ripples of shock throughout all of Oceania. Even amid the world war, the news spread far and wide as this world welcomed another superpower among the Beast Empires.

For a long time, the Leviathons had laid so low that not many people knew how deep their foundations were. After their establishment though, they quickly rose to the top of the charts due to their horrifying strength.

Powerful Beast Empires like the Killer Whale Empire only had 3 Black tier predators, and the Necromancy Empire only had 1 Black tier predator, the fact that the new Leviathon Empire had 6 of these predators came as a shock to many.

As the tiers increased, fewer predators got to the pinnacle. Compared to the total number of beasts in Oceania, the Black tier predators were only a handful.

The Leviathon Empire starting with 6 of these hegemons sent them flying the charts to the top list of most dangerous Empires in all of Oceania.

And Sebastian, being the leader of these 6 and the whole Leviathon Empire rose to even more fame. By now, the name Sebastian was already a household name in Oceania as adult beasts used it to tell tales to their young ones.

The Leviathon Empire did not rest immediately after it was established, and neither did Sebastian. Establishing an Empire entailed more than just creating it, it needed to have a good foundation that would propel its growth.

Getting this good foundation created entailed a lot of work.

Sebastian spent a lot of time alongside his confidants thoroughly planning their dream Empire. This planning entailed the construction plan of the Empire, the organization system, and everything else that an Empire needed to thrive.

A day after the establishment of the Empire, Lord Rudock scouted the prime location that would serve as the headquarters of the Leviathon Empire.

This rare prosperous region in the Dungeon of Souls that originally belonged to the notorious Black tier predator, the Teta Overlord was claimed by the Leviathon Empire and no one complained.

Once they claimed their territory, the Leviathons laid down their rules before opening their doors to welcome and accommodate stray beasts into their empire and populate it. An Empire needed a great population to thrive.

In just 2 days, the first population limit that was set by Sebastian was reached. The ongoing world war was not felt much by Sebastian any longer due to his current strength and power, but it was still going on at full throttle.

Millions still died every day; Oceania was still going through the worst period of its history and this made a lot of beasts susceptible to migration.

They were ready to move so long as their safety was guaranteed and this worked in the favor of the recently established Leviathon Empire.

Once the first population limit that Sebastian set was reached, construction of the Empire started at full speed.

Constructing an Empire entailed much more work than the simple military base that Sebastian built for the Sebastian Warrior’s Army, but still, in a week the job was completed as a new Empire stood tall in the Dungeon of Souls. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦

Of course, the massive construction that spanned the whole territory quickly became known across the Dungeon of Souls as the new territory of the Leviathons.

All the big Empires and rural settlements across Oceania rewrote their maps as they added a new red zone to it, another behemoth already rose to power.

During the past 1 week, apart from supervising the development of the Leviathon Empire and the massive construction, Sebastian also gave attention to his army and his anatomy organization.

Just 2 days ago, his Night Rakshasha living doppelganger finally came back to life. The experience was strange for him, but his consciousness that dominated the Night Rakshasha simply felt like he just woke up from a long slumber.

Once the Night Rakshasha came back to life, he took over control of the Shadow Realm as he finally returned to his throne as the rightful leader of the Demon Inter-racial bounty organization.

For the first time, the bounty hunters of this organization finally got to see the appearance of their leader and they were appreciative of it.

After revealing himself to the bounty hunters, Sebastian gave a passionate speech about the ongoing war before delegating to them one ultimate mission.

This ultimate mission was to stay calm and lie low. Sebastian had great ambitions in mind, but for now, he intended to continue accumulating in the dark in preparation for his great takeover.

After he became the Ocean Master, he did not want to take over an Oceania that was already on the verge of being destroyed, he wanted an Oceania that was still intact, and to achieve this required a lot of intelligence on his part.

Apart from attending to the Demon Inter-racial bounty organization, Sebastian lastly attended to his army. The main military base of the army was still in the Nightmare Forest, but Sebastian built another base in the Blood Wreckage.

Due to certain reasons, the Leviathons were not idle to take care of this massive wreckage, Sebastian intended for the Blood Wreckage to be the territory of his army from the beginning and now he fulfilled it.

This time, Captain Omega was at the helm again from the beginning till the end as the new massive military base was built.

After the military base was built, Sebastian finally opened the Blood Wreckage to the outside world again but he set some ground rules.

For every scavenger team that established itself in the blood wreckage, they would have to pay a royalty fee for all their gains to the Sebastian Warriors’ Army.

The Blood Wreckage was now the property of the Sebastian Warriors’ Army, so staying here needed a renting fee. The scavenger teams also needed to pay for this apart from their royalty fees.

These was the basic requirements to now get access inside the Blood Wreckage. Apart from the basic requirements, Sebastian had other requirements like conduct inside the wreckage but he let Captain Omega take care of them all.

After achieving all these within a short period of a week, Sebastian finally retired from all the work and gave himself a full day of rest.

On this rest day, he analyzed all that he had achieved so far and rewarded himself by spending some quality time with his girlfriend.

Eliana was still in the process of challenging the Black tier breakthrough, but she could still communicate with him through her illusion soul body.

After spending quality time with Eliana for the whole day, Sebastian rested for the remaining parts. The next day when he woke up, he finally relayed his first orders to the Leviathons.

His order was simple and similar to the ones that he gave to his other organizations. "Lie low and develop slowly".

The Leviathon Empire had a lot of growth potential, Sebastian allowed them to expand and grow but this was limited to gentle growth.

Sebastian prohibited them from engaging in war campaigns against other Beast Empires until his return from his trip.

After making sure that his orders sank in, Sebastian finally left for the Temple of Enlightenment.
