Point-of-View: Argent Stryker

"Damn it, stay still!" Snapped Izzy, as she whipped her claws across at the Vampire, who evaded it with ease before knocking her away with a powerful blast of blood.

"I suppose I might as well tell you, since it won’t make a difference...my Unique Ability is called Future Sight, it allows me to see upto a full second into the future. In other words, I can see your next moves before you even make them! And knowing that won’t change a thing!" He exclaimed with a smirk, before veering across as I zipped up behind him and slashed at his back with my blades, "And as for you, human..it’s obvious that your Intangibility Skill has worn off. Still, you should feel honored...for me to use my Unique Ability on a mere human, it’s quite an accomplishment on your part!"

I then quickly crossed my blades in front of myself defensively as he drove his claws towards me, but I was too slow, his claws colliding against the armor of my Soul Weapon Ascension above the middle of my chest.

My armor couldn’t absorb the full force of his strike, a jarring pain hitting my chest as I got sent flying back through the air, grimacing as I tasted blood in my mouth, before I fired out a rapid lightning bolt from my mouth at him as Izzy charged in towards him from behind and unleashed a blazing wave of flames towards him.

He swiftly zipped up into the air, evading our attacks before firing off a barrage of blood arrows at us, a cocky look on his face as he smirked maliciously.

I managed to narrowly block and evade the projectiles, grimacing as one grazed the side of my armor with a thud.

Damn it...one second may not sound like a lot, but in the context of a battle, that’s way too much time. It’s no wonder he’s able to react so quickly...how the hell are we supposed to even land a single hit on him if he can see our moves that far in advance?

We can’t catch him off-guard thanks to that Future Sight of his, the only way to land a hit would be to attack him faster than his Unique Ability can keep up with, but he’s faster than the both of us, so that’s all but impossible.

I then shot towards him as fast as I could as he flew up into the air and swooped down towards Izzy, attacking her with a rapid flurry of blows before she could react, before knocking her away.

I fired out a massive blast of flames at him, before he spun around and unleashed a burst of blood from his hands, blocking my flames before he shot towards me, driving his claws towards my face as he closed in.

I reacted as late as I could, turning my body across right in the nick of time, his claws grazing my right cheek before I drove my knee up towards his stomach as fast as I could.

But it was no use, as he swiftly lowered his hand, my knee thudding against his palm. Damn it, it’s clear that his Unique Ability even applies to attacks from his blind spots, I-...suddenly, I sharply stiffened up as a wave of pain erupted across my entire body, my strength getting drained rapidly.

Sh-shit...I’ve reached the time limit of Limit Breaker! I was so caught up in trying to think of a way around his Future Sight that I forgot to keep track of it!

I tried to maintain my focus, but it was no use, the pain made my concentration waver, my Soul Weapon Ascension fading.

"There we go...now, die," Smirked the Vampire, as he whipped his claws across at my throat.

Suddenly, something thudded against my left side as Izzy zipped up and pushed me out of the way, grimacing as the Vampire’s claws sliced across her collarbone, before she rapidly reached out and grabbed his wrist before he could pull his arm back in time, tightening her grip and digging her claws in, as I plummeted down.

As my back hit the ground with a thud, Izzy opened her mouth and began to fire out a blast of flames, before the Vampire swiftly sliced off his forearm and flew across, the flames grazing his left arm before he quickly chopped off the burning spots as his right forearm regenerated.

Th-this is bad...I won’t be able to move at all for a full minute, and it’ll take ten minutes before I’m back to normal. But even then, without Limit Breaker, there’s no way I can keep up with him.

Izzy then began unleashing a barrage of swirling blue fireballs at him, but he evaded them with ease, before he zipped down as she blasted out a crackling bolt of lightning at him from her mouth.

He veered across to evade it, before extending out several blood tendrils and sending them shooting out towards her.

She weaved across the air to evade his attacks, but she was only able to partially dodge them, inflicting several cuts and grazes across her skin, drawing out trickles of blood, before my eyes widened in alarm as one of the tendrils struck her right arm and wrapped around it, constricting tightly.

He then swiftly grabbed her other arm and both legs, before pulling her towards him rapidly as he shot forward.

She unleashed a burst of flames around her body to vaporize the tendrils, but she was already within his reach, as he sliced off her arms before she could react.

D-damn it, I...I need to move! Come on...MOVE!!!
