SSS Grade Pervert: I Rule The World
Chapter 26: Refinment
"Shouldn’t you be helping others?" Emi asked, looking at the outside from the window.
"Help others? We are too weak," Adrine replied, while lying on the floor.
All of us were staying on the first floor attached to the shop, taking a small break. The entire city was currently facing a zombie or undead apocalypse. The good thing was, according to Ron, these undead were limited to 5 kilometres of the Wong Zhi mountains. I didn’t have to worry about mom, which was a great relief.
"Your fan can even deflect lightning, he’s super strong, and Ricky had that hellfire, you should be saving people out there, instead of chilling here," Emi said, as she had gotten too comfortable, I guess.
"You forgetting that little guy?" Adrine pointed at Mink, whose head was buried in the box of candies he picked up from the shop.
"Chee... chaa..."
Crunch~ Crunch~
I didn’t really have an opinion on saving others because the demon behind it was way too strong.
"Helping them is useless if we cause trouble, for the one behind it all, we will be first to die," Ron spoke, sitting in the corner.
"Um~ then are we gonna do?" She asked, as she also knew about the ritual of ascension that the demon had planned.
"Wait..." Ron replied plainly.
"That is the only thing we should do for now," Adrine said in agreement with Ron’s words.
I didn’t say anything, as I have some other plans, unlike them, I can actually grow faster with system rewards. In this place, being a little pervert to save thousands of lives would be worth it. The only problem with my plan was that I didn’t want anyone to know about it.
"What are you thinking about?" Adrine looked at me, his head resting on his hands.
"I feel like, as a righteous hero, it’s my job to save these poor fellows out of this disaster," I replied, standing up from my seat.
"Huh..." Adrine’s reaction was way too bleak, but Emi was already grabbing my hand, saying in a low voice, "Don’t..."
Looking at her eyes and her double standards of wanting to save everyone, to stop me, I liked it. That’s how a good sister should be.
"Hey... hey... It’s not right. Didn’t you tell us to help these poor fellows? Now you’re stopping him." Adrine sat up as he poked her earlier heroic words.
"Hey, I am not going out. I just wanted to do an experiment with the undead locked in the shop." I decided to tell the truth because, currently, I wasn’t actually strong enough to deal with everything.
"Experiment... I am in, let’s go," Adrine quickly got up, ready to follow me down.
On the side, Ron didn’t say anything, but he was also coming down. Leaving only Mink in the room, who didn’t even lift his head, was too busy emptying his candy box.
At the end, all of us were standing back in the shop where those two skeletons were tied together by Ron.
I walked forward with an old dream in my eyes. I came up to the two undead, stared down at their headless bodies, with a few chunks of rotten meat attached to them. They were disgusting.
It was a time to test out if I could have my own undead army or not. I lifted my hand, and the hellfire began to burn on it. I was able to see the reflection of Ron and Adrine within it. I took a deep breath and threw it at those skeletons.
Their entire bodies were instantly caught in the fire. Despite its extreme cold nature, it was able to melt these skeletons, making me wonder how the hell this hellfire works. It’s cold, but it can burn too; then again, it can also freeze things up.
But right now, it was melting these skeletons, even vaporising the strange liquid that was dripping from their bones.
The room was in pin-drop silence, and I began to use my summoning talent with the hellfire, trying to call these dissolving skeletons as my own summon beast. The entire process could be considered an undead refining process in simple terms. My hellfire was working as a refining element, while summoning talent was letting me have control over these refined things.
I was naturally able to feel the strange, undead ravings filled with hunger through the combination of hellfire and the summoning element.
It took a whole minute to dissolve these bones completely into the hellfire.
Once they were completely dissolved into the hellfire. I was able to feel a strange kind of consciousness filled with hunger appearing within the hell flames.
After this, I spread my hands out, summoning the undead soldier I just created. As I threw the hellfire on the ground, it began to grow and slowly turned in the 4 feet tall burning figure with two long horns on its head. It was nowhere close to the skeleton I melted, but it was a ferocious devil, which will exist as long as I have the hellfire. Unlike my normal summon from the hell plane, who would die once and forever.
I was staring at this short devil, with eyes full of satisfaction. After all, finally, I’ve gotten my own undead warrior in a sense. Moreover, now I know that refining undead is possible with the hellfire, and it being unkillable was the cherry on top.
"Did you get yourself a fire demon by melting those skeletons?" Finally, Adrine opened his mouth, looking at the demon I summoned from my hellfire.
"You can say so," I replied casually, before waving my hand, and he disappeared into the thin air.
"That’s some really cool thing, now, I am getting curious what else this hellfire can do," Adrine spoke, staring at me for an answer.
I didn’t reply to him and headed back to the first floor. I came up to the window and threw a fireball outside. At one of the skeletons roaming the streets, his entire body was quickly caught in the hellfire, but it didn’t make him stop as it continued to search for food, unable to feel the pain, as his body was being melted away.
