"You brought another ten races to Genesis?" Onyx was surprised but also knew that none of the races could actually safely join Genesis because they were living in and only acclimated to the water elemental alone.

"I did so to some degree, but they need time. I have a feeling that there will be a few more instances that we have to handle as they grow and learn to venture to the world and properly meet us." Walker knew that whatever happened with the continent whale and the gargantuan squid, it would take them a while to properly control a golem body and explore the world.

It didn’t mean that he was any less excited to see the day that they got to enjoy moving about with the people they protected. It also would be the biggest step toward their two races working together and showing results rather than following their instincts and fighting.

His thoughts drifted to this part and wondered just what forces kept them fighting for years and years. They could have stepped beyond that so many times before Walker intervened. But their isolation being races that were few and far between one another led to them being stuck where they were. It was somewhat sad to think this was the case.

Being social allowed for many opportunities. Not just growth as a person but as a singular person. Many people would be able to understand themselves better once they were able to see others. Or they were able to look back at their actions and glean new information from it.

His interest in this was deeper because he knew that onyx and Midnight would not actually fight often or at all. He was more shocked that the two had butt heads at all.

"Yes, sister and I were in the wrong for not taking the peaceful path and resolving the issue. We also did not trust the guards to act as they normally would. We took it on ourselves and showed that we have a lot more room to grow than what we realized." Onyx was humble about it, but Walker could see the slightly cracked bits of scales here and there knowing that Scylla had also forced him and Midnight to train a bit more.

"Then I think you should show off what you learned. The younger serpents that recently hatched or just started to find their partners in life are going to throw a little celebration, right? Your first festival will be during the eclipse that happens naturally." Knowing this was going to happen was why many others were talking about festivals as well.

"The eclipse festival is already prepared. We will show off the light and dark affinities to make sure that everyone in Genesis knows the forms and powers we possess. There are several light spiritual warriors and dark spiritual warriors that wish to make themselves known."

From the way that Walker had heard it, these were two classes that the serpents had discovered and shared. Specifically relating to the affinities of just light and just dark manas.

They would isolate and seal one of their affinities, either the dark or light causing themselves to undergo a unique awakening. Those who had discovered this had gotten warrior classes but felt that they should push themselves to be more without using their innate affinities. Therefore, they tried to isolate those affinities and caused a new quest that led them to these classes.

As such, they could use light mana or dark mana to make their bodies larger like massive armors similar to how Onyx could wreath himself in both light and dark manner to achieve mana armor. It was impressive but also proved that their resonance with that own mana was deeper and more innately close to their beliefs.

"A festival should also bring a lot more encouragement for people to work on their competitions and other projects. Plenty to show off. I just wonder if this will affect the bridges to the elemental planes or the dungeons popping up here and there." The sight that Walker released came with the same stress he felt when he had returned to the world from the water elemental plane and realized that he would be heading back to the elemental planes sooner and sooner.

He also felt stressed because he realized that he was missing other parts of the projects he had begun to help. Specifically the floating islands projects had leaped ahead again. The elemental dome rune formations had been integrated into a floating run formation that could help the islands. Right now there was a weight limit, but there was a huge amount of room for imporvement.

Those working on it adamantly said that he did not have to take the time to help them, they preferred to keep pushing forward. However, Walker still wished to see it all happen. It was frustrating.

On another side of it though, the pride he possessed hearing that they advanced while he was focused elsewhere just grew and grew. Especially since he heard that the academy grounds workshops had taken some notes from the projects like the elemental dome project to help them build out the workshop even better. Even the tools had been copied to better show an example of what would be used in real experimental labs or locations.

"Brother, I feel you are trying to get ahead of yourself again. You keep doing this. But we are worried that you will work too much." Feeling somewhat bad that Onyx was worrying about him, Walker stood up and made a plan on the spot.

"I am heading to the light elemental plane next. I want to see what has changed and if they need help. I should be gone just enough time for everyone to throw their festivals. That way I can return and help with cleaning up." Onyx didn’t stop Walker and instead rushed off to work on things himself. He knew full well that Walker needed to keep moving along his own path and he would always support that.

As Walker used space mana to move, he felt he could move further. As such, he appeared at the entrance to the bridge to the elemental planes and sensed the light mana flowing through. This has recently shifted to be connected to the light elemental plane which was why it had come to Walker’s attention.

He kept track of all of this since he could always feel the slightest variations in the manas around him. With how sensitive Genesis was with all the improvements to rune formations, the magic tower, and even the other naturally formed runes he could always catch the changes in the elemental planes flow too.

The light mana was stronger than usual proving it was closer to the center but not quite the center truly. It was most likely the closer area of the middle ground of the light elemental plane. The perfect place where some of the new light elemental planes from the outer edges would be dropped. Meaning that he would have the ideal placing of himself to sense and work toward helping where was necessary.

He also knew that a few monsters were right near the entrance as he moved through it. Their lack of movement was like a predator waiting for prey, not for someone with intelligence to wait and meet him. There was just a sharpness to their mana that screamed monster and not an intelligent race.

As he appeared, he darted to the side and took in the creatures moving ahead of him. Their pure white scales made it clear that they had a singular white light mana affinity instead of anything with more influence. They also must consume the light mana to grow in these ways.

Six legs, one head, and smooth skin instead of fur. They looked like wolves with extra limbs and no fur. But they were absorbing light mana and focusing their white eyes on him. But once they realized that they were the weak ones, they turned away and tried to run. It just left Walker laughing.

For them to find the bridge and immediately wait for prey was smart for predators, but they should have waited anywhere else to ambush someone. They had picked the worst place because anyone who walked through the bridges would have the strength to handle them.

Regardless of this, Walker took in the dense light mana and allowed himself to sense the changes and flow. He could easily let himself focus and discover where he needed to go. It would just take a few moments to track down something interesting to follow after.
