During one of our arguments, my younger brother taunted me, claiming that I only knew how to depend on guys to get me through MMOs. In a fit of anger, I was spurred on by his words and decided to defeat my brother without depending on anyone else. By some coincidence, a new game called “Second Life” was about to go on the market and thus I started from scratch as a player. What’s more, I was the first person ever to log onto the game. The beautiful GM told me that I could have one wish granted… Humph! I. Want. To. Become. A. Guy!

An alien race invaded the Earth on June 6, 2128. At the midst of this war, many nations allied with the alien threat and the war nearly wiped out the rebelling humans of the planet. At the edge of mankind's survival, the United Nations Army launched its forces to eliminate the immediate stellar threats that loomed over Earth.

General Seeker Carlean, commander and leader of the mission, risked and gave his life to destroy the immediate stellar threat. The battle was won though Earth lay in ruins. Perhaps mankind will live to see a few years of peace before the alien threat returns to wipe out their existence.

At the immediate aftermath of the stellar battle, the fallen Seeker Carlean awakens and finds himself at aged 17, living the peaceful life he lived 16 years before he died.

So begins a new game in the battle for humanity's survival.

Three years into her marriage, she never felt loved.When she encountered a car accident in a torrential rain, her husband was celebrating another woman's birthday.When she came to a realization and decided to divorce, her husband disagreed. Only then did she discover that this loveless marriage had been his revenge against her.He had conspired with his ex-girlfriend to take revenge on her by trapping her in this marriage.When she and the ex-girlfriend were kidnapped together, he did not hesitate to choose to save his ex and abandon her. Her heart turned to ashes, and she turned away to jump into the sea.Later on, when she was gradually forgetting him day by day due to her health, he held her, crying and begging her over and over not to forget him.Eventually, when she became the music queen, and at the backstage of the award ceremony, he cornered her backstage, uttering a belated apology, “I'm sorry.”She smiled politely, “I'm sorry, but who are you?”

The Virgin Mary system dug out a delicate girl, Chi Ying, from the game world as its host.

After binding, it discovered that the delicate flower was in fact the villainess boss of the game!

The woman he pointed the gun at suddenly turned her head, which seemed to be a sign of mutation. Gu Chi looked resolute, and was about to shoot when he saw her looking at him lovingly, she said, “You are so ruthless, you must have been hurt in the past… It’s okay, I don’t blame you.”

Gu Chi shook his hand.

“…”
