I'd like to put this here for all those who will be interested in reading. This book is not the sort of novel where the main character goes around taking all the abilities in the world for himself. Nor would it be a book where only the main character has screen time and we only focus on what he's doing as he goes around saving damsels in distress. I want to write a novel where all the characters have their personalities and trials. The readers do not have to love only the MC since all the characters have something worth relating to, they can like any of the characters.

There will be powers that the MC cannot have (Ever) and people the MC cannot fight (For now). Things will happen outside of the MC's control and he might never even know about it. If things like these aren't to your liking, or if you want a book where you just watch the MC run around and spawn crazy skills mindlessly, then this book might not be for you. But if you can stay with me on this journey, I promise to write something you'll love.

Hundreds of years ago, Human, Celestial Clan and Demon Clan lived together on the Origin Continent. However, a great war broke out between the three races. Shan He, the leader of Human, had discovered a catalogue of methods to forge Divine Weapons. With this catalogue, Shan He led Human to defeat the other two clans and expelled them from the Origin Continent.

The peace did not last long. After the passing of Shan He, the once Glory Empire collapsed. Various forces of Human fell into a long period of wild war for the Divine Weapon Catalogue, but the catalogue was lost during the war.

The Demon Clan took advantage of the internal strife of Human. Under the lead of their new lord, Fen Tian, the Demon army invaded the Origin Continent violently.

Human soon lost a large portion of their territory. At that moment, a mysterious hero suddenly appeared on the battlefield. With a legendary Divine Weapon in hand, he severely injured Fen Tian and forced him to retreat. The united Human army chased the Demon army across the strait and to the Two Realm Plain on the Tranquil Continent.

He stalked towards her, chin low so the shadow cast by his hard jaw cut across the thick fur collar of his vest. His hair had fallen over his eyes in the scuffle, so he peered at her through it like a lion in the grass. With each step, his graceful, rolling gait reminded her of a predator stalking its prey. Despite the forest floor littered in twigs and leaves, he didn’t make a sound.

“Wh-who are you?” Elia stammered, backing away, her hands up. He met her step for step until she came up hard against the tree behind her—and didn’t stop until he loomed over her, so broad his shoulders and chest made a wall in front of her. She could feel the heat rising off his skin in the cool, night air.

“I am the Leonine King.” His voice was a dark, husky gravel. Behind him a chorus of wheezes, howls, and chirps of agreement rose from the people watching. “And you are?”

“Elia,” she breathed.

“Elia,” he growled, leaning in closer, bringing with him the scent of pine and rain and the musk of something distinctly male. “I am Reth.” He said the name with a strange, guttural roll in his throat. “I am King of Beasts. I am Clan Leader, and I am Alpha of WildWood.” Several snarls rose from the crowds behind him then, but he ignored them.

Elia swallowed as he leaned in until the scruff on his jaw rasped her cheek. “I am the King,” he said, “And you will be my mate.”

The forest behind him erupted.
