I was reincarnated into the world of a novel I’d only read the free chapters.

Thankfully, the blood flowing in the body of the person I’d possessed was blue.

Maybe this is the price to pay for that. But I got a father who seems overly loyal to the Emperor. And because of that, I was forced to become a Civil Servant.

While everyone else enjoys romance, I’m just spending my days as a Civil Servant.

Transmigrating into the novel, [The Emperor of Luck] Gu Xia received the despair villain system and became a small villain who is destined to be face slapped by the protagonist then eventually killed.

Having been through the plot thousands of times and being failed by the system every time, he finally snapped.

“System! What did I do wrong this time!?”

[Host, please calm down... There has been an error in the world that I have no control over. As an apology I can grant you extra rewards once you complete the plot!]

Gritting his teeth and having bloodshot red eyes Gu Xia finally had enough.

[I quit being the villain! Fuck the plot, fuck the heroine's, fuck the protagonist, fuck everyone, I just want to live my life without being face slapped! I QUIT!]

Unknowing to him all of the heroines could now hear his inner voice…

“Then why don’t I marry you!” Yu Dong suddenly proposed.

“You…” Xia Feng thought he had misheard.

“You see, you’re looking for someone to marry to ease your mother’s heart, I also want to get married, we’re right in front of the doors to the Civil Affairs Bureau, and with all our papers too!” Yu Dong exclaimed while holding up her red household book.

“And the most important thing is that we just broke up with our exes. This is fate, ah!”

Right up until they left the Civil Affairs Bureau again, holding a newly registered red book, Xia Feng remained dazed still wondering, how did he end up getting married?

Did he just pick up a wife at the doors to the Civil Affairs Bureau?
