Xiao Chen was once a great soldier of Huaxia known for his strange, unique but effective tactics and plans during operations. He would always assume command and orchestrate highly-dangerous missions and would lead his unit to success.

His soul wandered through the river of time and space still seeking vengeance and was soon swallowed up by a swirling light.

He soon found himself in the body of a monster or that’s what others consider him to be. He had a hulking figure pack with muscles,towering nearly 7ft tall, a pair thick tusks jutting out from his mouth and lupine ears along with the great desire for battle welling up inside him.

He begins his new journey as a green hulking monster or an orc as what his kind was called, a monster born for war and lived for war.

A mortal youth accidentally stumbled upon the path of immortality and struggled to move forward on the arduous journey of seeking immortality.The road to immortality is more difficult than reaching the heavens, yet despite the countless obstacles, his determination to pursue immortality remained unwavering.Looking back, the green mountains still stood, but his old companions had all turned to bones.

In the year of 632, a young Emperor was crowned at an age of eight. He was crowned with a crown of a dying Empire, plagued by enemies, internal strife and plague. This was the Sassanid Empire, and he was Yazdegerd III, the last Sassanid Emperor. He was meant to guide the Empire out of these dark times and he was meant to revive the fallen giant.

But it was not to be. After continuous defeats of the Sassanids, the Empire eventually succumbed to the pressure, both external and internal.

There will be romance - at least I hope so. I am not sure how I'll develop the relationship between the main couple, but I plan to have a bit of romance there.

Although this is a fiction, most of the characters and events occuring are real and this book works with historical events.
