A Cultivator in the World Dominated By Awakeners-Chapter 51: Murphy Jackson
"Wasn’t that amazing?" Oliver said to her with a chuckle.
"Yeah, really amazing," the woman replied.
Oliver caressed her butt and hugged her tighter.
"You’re not going home, right, babe?" Ivy asked.
"Don’t worry. We’ll stay here until morning," Oliver answered.
Ivy was so happy to hear that, she kissed his face again.
But not long after, she suddenly fell asleep, probably because of exhaustion and the effects of the alcohol making it easy for her to drift off.
On the other hand, Oliver didn’t feel sleepy at all.
Without doing anything in particular, he naturally began to digest his techniques.
Compared to the Black Hole, which was a scripture, understanding techniques was much easier. That’s why his comprehension of techniques was higher than that of his scripture, even though the number of techniques he had was far greater.
Besides that, a deeper understanding of techniques made it easier to comprehend scriptures.
Even though techniques were easier, Void Domain and Absolute Fusion Technique were still very difficult for him. He could only slowly improve his understanding of them bit by bit.
Without a special opportunity, he realized that fully merging with the Undead Emperor would take a long time.
While embracing Ivy’s naked body, he continued to cultivate, and somehow it felt more comfortable like this than meditating alone.
He ended up cultivating until two in the morning before deciding to sleep. At least for a bit—he needed some rest.
Of course, there was a noticeable improvement in his comprehension of his techniques.

In the morning, maybe around 7 a.m. when the sky had brightened, he woke up because of Ivy’s movements, who also seemed to have just awakened.
The woman was still lying beside him, hugging him, with her face pressed against his.
Apparently, her hair had come loose, making her look a little different.
She had hair that only reached about her chest.
Oliver smiled when he saw her and gently stroked her waist.
"Want to go another round?" he asked.
"Mm!" the woman gave a soft nod, and Oliver immediately pressed her body beneath his.
Early morning was when desire surged the most. With a woman in his arms, how could they not make love again?
That morning, he made Ivy moan in pleasure nonstop until 9 a.m. They didn’t just do it once.
Other women might not have been able to keep up, but Ivy really loved it.
His embrace, his pressure, and his kisses brought her pure delight.
By 10 a.m., they finally checked out of the hotel after showering and getting some rest.
Today, they were supposed to go to school because the announcement about which universities had accepted them had already been released.
Unfortunately, the information was only available at each student’s respective school. The government, under the new prime minister, had deliberately arranged for the results not to be published online so that students would gather at school and discuss their outcomes together.
It was merely a policy matter that could change depending on who the prime minister was.
When they left their room, they were already wearing fresh clothes.
Ivy dressed in a similar style to the night before, except she now wore long jeans.
She was no longer drunk, so she looked a bit cold again. If she hadn’t been walking beside Oliver, she would’ve looked truly aloof and indifferent.
Back in the hotel lobby, they ran into the receptionists, who seemed to have just arrived. Since they had stayed out late, they had the privilege of coming in late too.
Even though many couples stayed in this hotel, Oliver and Ivy were clearly the most eye-catching, so they drew intense stares from the staff.
Their expressions varied, but the conservative receptionist gave them a clearly judgmental look.
Oliver only smiled at her behavior.
They quickly left the hotel and headed for the bar across the street since Ivy’s car was parked in its lot.
The bar had closed; it would reopen in the evening.
By now, it was already 10 a.m., so Ivy’s car was the only one left, and there was no one else in sight.
Just like the night before, Oliver took the wheel.
He hadn’t gone home at all, so while driving, he sent a message to his mother letting her know he was fine and still had something to take care of.
With the money he had left at home, he wasn’t worried that his mother and younger sister wouldn’t be able to eat. They could easily order food.
Ivy seemed a bit busy on her phone, probably replying to messages from her friends and people who wanted to bond with her undead.
According to Ivy, even many rich people were willing to pay just to merge with her undead.
Her type of power made her quite popular.
"Babe, how about we grab breakfast first?" Ivy asked while they were still on the road.
They had left the hotel without accepting the breakfast it provided, so they needed to find food themselves.
Ivy seemed to want to enjoy breakfast alone with him without interruption, so she preferred eating at a restaurant rather than the school cafeteria.
Oliver didn’t object and pulled into a large, always-crowded restaurant that served breakfast.
They entered the restaurant and sat by the window.
While they were eating, someone suddenly caught their attention.
Murphy Jackson—the man who had been chased by the white goose.
He entered the restaurant followed by five large, dark-skinned men.
They were just ordinary humans, while he was an Awakener. It might not have been a perfect match to have such escorts, but it probably indicated his background.
He now had only one natural arm. The other had been replaced with a robotic arm that moved perfectly. It was clearly an expensive type that could even simulate real touch.
Cultivators and Awakeners could generally regenerate lost limbs using their own energy or specific resources if they wanted to speed it up, but it seemed Murphy had chosen to replace his.
Ivy couldn’t help but watch him closely when she saw him. She still didn’t know that this man had reported Oliver to the police, but the police were too afraid to arrest him.
Sitting in a corner, Murphy didn’t look around, so he didn’t notice them.
He went up to the second floor, which was reserved for VIP rooms for customers who didn’t want to eat in open areas.
However, Murphy didn’t seem like he was there just for breakfast. Oliver suspected he was there to meet someone.
He didn’t really know him, so he couldn’t guess what Murphy was planning to do next.
Considering what had happened between them, he didn’t believe Murphy wouldn’t try to take revenge.
Curious, Oliver spread his Void Sense to observe the man.
Upstairs, Murphy had actually stopped in front of a door guarded by two cold-faced men with dark eyes.
Oliver was slightly surprised when he saw them—they were actually Cultivators. And not just that, they were both at the Fifth Stage, just like him.
Who could possibly have two Fifth-Stage Cultivators guarding a door?
He became even more curious, but before he could peek into the room, one of the men opened the door for Murphy.
