A Favor Done, A Husband Won-Chapter 623 - 617: Sweet Extra – Celebrity Couple Variety Show 102
The difficulty of the game set up by the production team is actually not that great overall, but some parts are indeed quite challenging.
For example, who would have thought that the director would hide the last remaining set of fishing tools inside the villa at the top of the island?
Yes, it’s the villa that Shi Su missed.
She followed Jing Jihan step by step up the slope, almost the whole way he was holding her hand as they walked. Although they were climbing the slope, she barely exerted any effort herself, as Jing Jihan practically dragged and pushed her along. If it weren’t for the fact that they were filming, he probably wouldn’t mind just carrying her up.
Along the way, Shi Su observed the surroundings. When they passed a slightly steep section, she patted Jing Jihan’s hand and pointed inside. Jing Jihan turned to look and saw a large area covered with a rainproof tarp.
It was likely the site for their next game.
Originally, Shi Su intended to go over and check out what they were supposed to do next, but since it was too steep and the staff hadn’t had a chance to clear the area, Jing Jihan stopped her and went to take a look for her.
Turned out it was just a pile of sand and dirt, not yet organized by the team.
Once they reached the top of the island, facing the courtyard of the villa, there was an electronic password lock on the gate. Shi Su tried several sets of numbers, none of which worked. She even tried looking up Mr. He’s and the producer’s birthdays on her phone to guess the password, but still no luck.
"Even though we haven’t moved in, this villa clearly has set checkpoints. I bet there’s lots of good stuff inside to be found," Shi Su said as she continued trying the password, yet after a while, she still couldn’t get it.
Neither the birthdays of related staff nor hers and the other guests worked.
"Could it be unrelated numbers..." Shi Su hesitated as she held the lock.
Jing Jihan glanced at the lock in front of her, raised his hand to move hers aside, looked at it for a couple of seconds, then placed her hand back.
"When did the first and second episodes air?" he said indifferently.
Shi Su suddenly had an epiphany with his hint, quickly trying the air date of the first episode as scheduled. Considering that they were recording this current episode just a week after, she entered the air date for the second episode.
Two beeps sounded.
The tightly closed gate in front of the villa courtyard opened.
Shi Su was overjoyed, eager to speak but rushed inside while holding onto Jing Jihan.
The doors inside the villa had the same type of password lock, but the password was identical to the gate, allowing for easy access.
Shi Su was ready to enter and explore the surprises and good stuff the program might have prepared, but Jing Jihan said in front of the villa courtyard, "You go in first. The backyard of the villa is on level ground, I’ll go check it out."
Shi Su made an OK hand gesture, reached up to touch the wall, couldn’t find the light switch, and instinctively clapped twice in the air, causing the lights in the villa’s first-floor hall to illuminate.
As she looked around, though it could be called a villa, it was essentially a high-end lodging for tourists, probably with an expensive nightly rate. But in reality, the environment on the first floor was similar to a presidential suite in a standard hotel, not reaching the true residential villa standard.
Thinking about it, she hadn’t been back to Nanshan Villa for quite a while; before filming, she was usually either at the Jing Family home or in the apartment near the company.
After a brief glance at the environment, Shi Su headed straight for the kitchen as her first target.
